ਜੋਪ੍ਰਾਨੀਨਿਸਿਦਿਨੁਭਜੈਰੂਪੁਰਾਮਤਿਹਜਾਨ॥
ਜਿਹੜਾ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਰਾਤ ਦਿਨ (ਹਰ ਵੇਲੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ) ਜਪਦਾ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਰੂਪ ਸਮਝੋ।
That mortal who meditates and vibrates upon the Lord night and day - know him to be the embodiment of the Lord.
जो प्रानी निसि दिनु भजै रूपु राम तिह जान ॥
ਹਰਿਜਨਹਰਿਅੰਤਰੁਨਹੀਨਾਨਕਸਾਚੀਮਾਨ॥੨੯॥
ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਸੱਚੀ ਮੰਨੋ ਕਿ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਭਗਤ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਵਿਚ ਕੋਈ ਫ਼ਰਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ॥੨੯॥
There is no difference between the Lord and the humble servant of the Lord; O Nanak, know this as true. ||29||
