After saying the words “Nari, Aasuri, Kinnari and Suri” and then uttering the words “Niddihi Pati Astar”, the names of Paash are recognized in the mind.365.

Saying primarily “Phanijaa etc.”, then uttering “Jaa, Niddhi, Ishraastra”, the names of Paash are known.366.

Sayng the words “Abla, Baalaa, Maanjaa ad Triyajaa Niddhi” and then adding “Ishraastra”, O wise men! recognize the names of Paash.367.

ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਵਲ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਜੋ ਨਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਕਥਨ ਕਰੋ।

(ਮਗਰੋਂ) 'ਈਸ ਏਸ' ਕਹਿ ਕੇ 'ਅਸਤ੍ਰ' ਕਹਿ ਦਿਓ। (ਇਹ) ਪਾਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਸਮਝੇ ਜਾਣ ॥੩੬੮॥
After mentioning the names of all the rivers falling in the ocean, and then adding “Ishesh” and afterwards saying “Astar”, recognize the names of Paash.368.
ਪੈਪਦਪ੍ਰਿਥਮਬਖਾਨਿਕੈਈਸਰਾਸਤ੍ਰਕਹਿਅੰਤਿ॥

ਪਹਿਲਾਂ 'ਬਾਰਿ ਧਰ' ਉਚਾਰ ਕੇ, ਫਿਰ 'ਈਸਰਾਸਤ੍ਰ' ਅੰਤ ਉਤੇ ਕਹੋ।
