ਸਰਕਿਸੇਲਸੂਰਮਾਮਟਿਕਬਾਜਸੁਟਿਹੈ॥
ਸੂਰਮਾ ਬਰਛੇ ਨੂੰ (ਅਗੇ ਵਲ) ਸਰਕਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਮਟਕ ਕੇ ਘੋੜੇ ਨੂੰ ਭਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਅਮੰਡਮੰਡਲੀਕਸੇਅਫੁਟਸੂਰਫੁਟਿਹੈ॥
ਨਾ ਮੰਡੇ ਜਾ ਸਕਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਰਾਜੇ ('ਮੰਡਲੀਕ') ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਫੁਟਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸੂਰਮੇ ਫੁਟ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
Riding enthusiastically on horses, the warriors will throw the pike immediately and will chop down the infinitely glorious warriors
ਸੁਪ੍ਰੇਮਨਾਮਸੂਰਕੋਬਿਸੇਖਭੂਪਜਾਨੀਐ॥
ਉਸ 'ਪ੍ਰੇਮ' ਨਾਮ ਵਾਲੇ ਸੂਰਮੇ ਦਾ ਹੇ ਰਾਜਨ! ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਰੂਪ ਜਾਣਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਸੁਸਾਖਤਾਸਕੀਸਦਾਤਿਹੂੰਨਲੋਕਮਾਨੀਐ॥੨੫੩॥
ਉਸ ਦੀ ਸਾਖ ਸਦਾ ਤਿੰਨਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਮੰਨੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ॥੨੫੩॥
O king! the warriors named Prem (love) is a significant fighter, whose greatness is known in all the there worlds.26.253.
ਅਨੂਪਰੂਪਭਾਨਸੋਅਭੂਤਰੂਪਮਾਨੀਐ॥
(ਜਿਸ ਦਾ) ਅਨੂਪ ਰੂਪ ਸੂਰਜ ਵਰਗਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਤੱਤਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਰਹਿਤ ਰੂਪ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਸੰਜੋਗਨਾਮਸਤ੍ਰੁਹਾਸੁਬੀਰਤਾਸੁਜਾਨੀਐ॥
ਉਸ ਸੂਰਮੇ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ 'ਸੰਜੋਗ' ਹੈ ਜੋ ਵੈਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਜਾਣਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
This warrior of sun-like unique beauty, the killer of enemies, is known by the name of Sanjog (coherence)
ਸੁਸਾਤਿਨਾਮਸੂਰਮਾਸੁਅਉਰਏਕਬੋਲੀਐ॥
ਇਕ ਹੋਰ 'ਸਾਂਤਿ' ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਸੂਰਮਾ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ,
ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪਜਾਸਕੋਸਦਾਸੁਸਰਬਲੋਗਤੋਲੀਐ॥੨੫੪॥
ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਵਿਚਾਰਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੨੫੪॥
There is also another warriors named Shaani (peace), whom all the people recognize as glorious and powerful.27.254.
ਅਖੰਡਮੰਡਲੀਕਸੋਪ੍ਰਚੰਡਰੂਪਦੇਖੀਐ॥
(ਜਿਸ ਦਾ) ਰੂਪ ਅਖੰਡ ਰਾਜੇ ('ਮੰਡਲੀਕ') ਜਿਹਾ ਪ੍ਰਚੰਡ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਸੁਕੋਪਸੁਧਸਿੰਘਕੀਸਮਾਨਸੂਰਪੇਖੀਐ॥
(ਜਦੋਂ) ਉਹ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ (ਉਸ ਦਾ) ਰੂਪ ਨਿਰੋਲ ਸ਼ੇਰ ਵਰਗਾ ਦਿਸ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
This warrior of indivisible and powerful beauty looks highly infuriated like a lion
ਸੁਪਾਠਨਾਮਤਾਸਕੋਅਠਾਟਤਾਸੁਭਾਖੀਐ॥
ਉਸ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ 'ਪਾਠ' ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਠਾਠ-ਰਹਿਤ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
His name is Supaath (good religious study)
ਭਜ੍ਯੋਨਜੁਧਤੇਕਹੂੰਨਿਸੇਸਸੂਰਸਾਖੀਐ॥੨੫੫॥
(ਉਹ) ਕਦੇ ਯੁੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਭਜਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ, ਚੰਦ੍ਰਮਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੂਰਜ (ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦੇ) ਸਾਖੀ ਹਨ ॥੨੫੫॥
Both Surya and Chandra are a witness to it hat he never runs away from war.28.255.
ਸੁਕਰਮਨਾਮਏਕਕੋਸੁਸਿਛਦੂਜਜਾਨੀਐ॥
ਇਕ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ 'ਕਰਮ' ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਦਾ 'ਸਿਛ' ਜਾਣਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਅਭਿਜਮੰਡਲੀਕਸੋਅਛਿਜਤੇਜਮਾਨੀਐ॥
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਾ ਭਿਜਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਰਾਜੇ ('ਮੰਡਲੀਕ') ਜਿਹੇ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਛਿਜਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਤੇਜ ਵਾਲੇ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
He has one disciple, who is known by the name Sukran (good action) and is considered a warrior of indestructible brilliance in the whole universe
ਸੁਕੋਪਸੂਰਸਿੰਘਜ੍ਯੋਂਘਟਾਸਮਾਨਜੁਟਿਹੈ॥
ਉਹ ਸੂਰਮੇ ਸ਼ੇਰ ਵਾਂਗ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਘਟਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਮਾਨ (ਯੁੱਧ ਵਿਚ) ਜੁਟ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਦੁਰੰਤਬਾਜਬਾਜਿਹੈਅਨੰਤਸਸਤ੍ਰਛੁਟਿਹੈ॥੨੫੬॥
(ਉਸ ਵੇਲੇ) ਬੇਅੰਤ ਵਾਜੇ ਵਜਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਅਨੰਤ ਸ਼ਸਤ੍ਰ ਛੁਟਦੇ ਹਨ ॥੨੫੬॥
When that warrior in his fury, thundering like the lion and clouds, will fall upon the enemy, then the dreadful musical instruments will be played and many weapons will strike the blows.29.256.
ਸੁਜਗਿਨਾਮਏਕਕੋਪ੍ਰਬੋਧਅਉਰਮਾਨੀਐ॥
ਇਕ ਯੋਧੇ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ 'ਜਗ' ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਦਾ (ਨਾਮ) 'ਪ੍ਰਬੋਧ' ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਸੁਦਾਨਤੀਸਰਾਹਠੀਅਖੰਡਤਾਸੁਜਾਨੀਐ॥
ਤੀਜੇ ਹਠੀ (ਦਾ ਨਾਮ) 'ਦਾਨ' ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਅਖੰਡ ਜਾਣਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
There is another warriors Suyang (good Yajna), the second is Prabodh (knowledge) and the third warrior is Daan (Charity), who is indivisible persistent
ਸੁਨੇਮਨਾਮਅਉਰਹੈਅਖੰਡਤਾਸੁਭਾਖੀਐ॥
'ਨੇਮ' ਇਕ ਹੋਰ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਅਖੰਡ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
There is another warrior named Suniyam (good principle), who has conquered the whole world
ਜਗਤਜਾਸੁਜੀਤਿਆਜਹਾਨਭਾਨੁਸਾਖੀਐ॥੨੫੭॥
ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਜਗਤ ਨੂੰ ਜਿਤ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। (ਸਾਰਾ) ਸੰਸਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਸੂਰਜ (ਇਸ ਦੇ) ਗਵਾਹ ਹਨ ॥੨੫੭॥
The whole universe and the sun are its witnesses.30.257.
ਸੁਸਤੁਨਾਮਏਕਕੋਸੰਤੋਖਅਉਰਬੋਲੀਐ॥
ਇਕ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ 'ਸਤ' ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਦਾ ਨਾਂ 'ਸੰਤੋਖ' ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
There is another warrior Susatya (truth) and another one is Santokh (contentment)
ਸੁਤਪੁਨਾਮਤੀਸਰੋਦਸੰਤ੍ਰਜਾਸੁਛੋਲੀਐ॥
ਤੀਜੇ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ 'ਤਪ' ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਦਾ (ਯਸ਼) ਦੇਸ ਦੇਸਾਂਤਰਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਪਸਰਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।
The third one is Tapsaya (austerity), who has subjugated all the ten directions
ਸੁਜਾਪੁਨਾਮਏਕਕੋਪ੍ਰਤਾਪਆਜਤਾਸਕੋ॥
ਇਕ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ 'ਜਾਪ' ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਅਜ (ਸਭ ਪਾਸੇ) ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਹੈ।
Another glorious warrior is Japa (repetition of the name).,
ਅਨੇਕਜੁਧਜੀਤਿਕੈਬਰਿਯੋਜਿਨੈਨਿਰਾਸਕੋ॥੨੫੮॥
ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਯੁੱਧ ਜਿਤ ਕੇ 'ਨਿਰਾਸ' (ਆਸ ਦੇ ਤਿਆਗ) ਨੂੰ ਵਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ ॥੨੫੮॥
Who after conquering many wars has assumed detachment.31.258.

ਅਤਿਪ੍ਰਚੰਡਬਲਵੰਡਨੇਮਨਾਮਾਇਕਅਤਿਭਟ॥
ਬਹੁਤ ਪ੍ਰਚੰਡ ਤੇਜ ਵਾਲਾ 'ਨੇਮ' ਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਇਕ ਯੋਧਾ ਹੈ।
ਪ੍ਰੇਮਨਾਮਦੂਸਰੋਸੂਰਬੀਰਾਰਿਰਣੋਤਕਟ॥
ਦੂਜੇ ਯੋਧੇ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ 'ਪ੍ਰੇਮ' ਹੈ ਜੋ ਸੂਰਮਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਵੈਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਯੁੱਧ ਵਿਚ ਪ੍ਰਬਲ ਹੈ।
An extremely powerful and potent warrior is named Niyam (principle) the second warrior is Prem (love),
ਸੰਜਮਏਕਬਲਿਸਟਿਧੀਰਨਾਮਾਚਤੁਰਥਗਨਿ॥
ਇਕ 'ਸੰਜਮ' ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਹੋਰ ਬਲਵਾਨ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਚੌਥਾ ਨਾਮ 'ਧੀਰ' (ਧੀਰਜ) ਦਾ ਗਿਣਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
Third one is Snjam (restraint) and the fourth one is Dhairya (patience)
ਪ੍ਰਾਣਯਾਮਪੰਚਵੋਧਿਆਨਨਾਮਾਖਸਟਮਭਨਿ॥
ਪੰਜਵੇਂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ 'ਪ੍ਰਾਣਾਯਾਮ' ਅਤੇ ਛੇਵੇਂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ 'ਧਿਆਨ' ਹੈ।
And the sixth one is Panayama (regulation of breath) and the sixth one is called Dhyan (meditation)
ਜੋਧਾਅਪਾਰਅਨਖੰਡਸਤਿਅਤਿਪ੍ਰਤਾਪਤਿਹਮਾਨੀਐ॥
ਸੱਤਵੇਂ ਨਾ ਖੰਡਿਤ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੇ, ਅਪਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਅਤਿਅੰਤ ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਵਾਲੇ ਯੋਧੇ ਨੂੰ
This great warriors is considered extremely truthful and gloruiou,
ਸੁਰਅਸੁਰਨਾਗਗੰਧ੍ਰਬਧਰਮਨਾਮਜਵਨਕੋਜਾਨੀਐ॥੨੫੯॥
ਦੇਵਤੇ, ਦੈਂਤ, ਨਾਗ, ਗੰਧਰਬ ਆਦਿ 'ਧਰਮ' ਨਾਮ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹਨ ॥੨੫੯॥
He is also known by the name Dharma (duty) by the gods, demons, Nagas, and Gandharvas.32.259.
ਸੁਭਾਚਾਰਜਿਹਨਾਮਸਬਲਦੂਸਰਅਨੁਮਾਨੋ॥
'ਸੁਭਾਚਾਰ' ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਦੂਜਾ ਬਲਵਾਨ 'ਅਨੁਮਾਨ' ਹੈ।
Shubh Acharan (good character) is considered the second warrior
ਬਿਕ੍ਰਮਤੀਸਰੋਸੁਭਟਬੁਧਿਚਤੁਰਥਜੀਅਜਾਨੋ॥
ਤੀਜਾ 'ਬਿਕ੍ਰਮ' ਹੈ, ਚੌਥਾ ਸੂਰਮਾ 'ਬੁਧਿ' ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਜਾਣ ਲਵੋ।
The third warrior is Vikram (Bravery) and the fourth one is mighty Buddh (intellect)
ਪੰਚਮਅਨੁਰਕਤਤਾਛਠਮਸਾਮਾਧਅਭੈਭਟ॥
ਪੰਜਵਾਂ 'ਅਨੁਰਕਤਤਾ' ਅਤੇ ਛੇਵਾਂ 'ਸਾਮਾਧ' (ਸਮਾਧੀ) ਨਿਡਰ ਯੋਧੇ ਹਨ।
The fifth one is Anuraktata (attachment) and the sixth warrior is Samadhi (contemplaton)
ਉਦਮਅਰੁਉਪਕਾਰਅਮਿਟਅਨਜੀਤਅਨਾਕਟ॥
'ਉਦਮ' ਅਤੇ 'ਉਪਕਾਰ' (ਨਾਮ ਵਾਲੇ ਯੋਧੇ) ਨਾ ਮਿਟਣ ਵਾਲੇ, ਨਾ ਜਿਤੇ ਜਾ ਸਕਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਕਟੇ ਜਾ ਸਕਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਨ।
Uddam (effort), Upakaar (benevolence) etc. are also unconquerable, invincible and ineffaceable
ਜਿਹਨਿਰਖਿਸਤ੍ਰੁਤਜਿਆਸਨਨਿਬਿਮਨਚਿਤਭਾਜਤਤਵਨ॥
ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਵੈਰੀ ਆਸਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਛਡ ਕੇ ਬੁਝੇ ਹੋਏ ਮਨ ਨਾਲ ਉਥੋਂ ਭਜ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
Seeing them, the enemies forsake their seat and run away, while deviating from their position
ਬਲਿਟਾਰਿਹਾਰਿਆਹਵਹਠੀਅਠਟਠਾਟਭੁਲਤਗਵਨ॥੨੬੦॥
ਹਠੀ ਸੂਰਮੇ ਬਲ ਛਡ ਕੇ, ਯੁੱਧ ਵਿਚ ਹਾਰ ਮੰਨ ਕੇ ਅਣਮਿਥੇ ਠਾਠ ਭੁਲ ਕੇ ਚਲੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ॥੨੬੦॥
The glory of these mighty warrior is spread all over the earth.33.260.

ਸੁਬਿਚਾਰਹੈਭਟਏਕ॥
ਇਕ 'ਬਿਚਾਰ' ਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਸੂਰਮਾ ਹੈ,
ਗੁਨਬੀਚਜਾਸੁਅਨੇਕ॥
ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ ਅਨੇਕ ਗੁਣ ਹਨ।
There is a warrior named Suvichar (good thought), who has many qualities
ਸੰਜੋਗਹੈਇਕਅਉਰ॥
ਇਕ ਹੋਰ (ਸੂਰਮਾ) 'ਸੰਜੋਗ' ਹੈ,
ਜਿਨਿਜੀਤਿਆਪਤਿਗਉਰ॥੨੬੧॥
ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਗੌਰੀ ਦੇ ਪਤੀ (ਸ਼ਿਵ) ਨੂੰ ਜਿਤ ਲਿਆ ਸੀ ॥੨੬੧॥
There is another warriors named Sanjog (coherence), who had even conquered Shiva.34.261.
ਇਕਹੋਮਨਾਮਸੁਬੀਰ॥
ਇਕ 'ਹੋਮ' ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਯੋਧਾ ਹੈ
ਅਰਿਕੀਨਜਾਸੁਅਧੀਰ॥
ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਵੈਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਧੀਰਜ-ਰਹਿਤ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ।
There is one warrior named Hom (sacrifice), who has made the enemies impatient
ਪੂਜਾਸੁਅਉਰਬਖਾਨ॥
ਇਕ ਹੋਰ 'ਪੂਜਾ' ਨਾਮ ਵਾਲਾ (ਯੋਧਾ) ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ,
ਜਿਹਸੋਨਪਉਰਖੁਆਨਿ॥੨੬੨॥
ਜਿਸ ਵਰਗੀ ਹੋਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ॥੨੬੨॥
Another one is Pooja (worship), who is unequalled in courage by anyone.35.262.
ਅਨੁਰਕਤਤਾਇਕਅਉਰ॥
ਇਕ ਹੋਰ 'ਅਨੁਰਕਤਤਾ' (ਨਾਮ ਵਾਲਾ ਸੂਰਮਾ) ਹੈ,
ਸਭਸੁਭਟਕੋਸਿਰਮਉਰ॥
ਜੋ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਸੂਰਮਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਿਰੋਮਣੀ ਹੈ।
The chief of all the warriors is Anuraktita
