ਅਤਿਪਵਿਤ੍ਰਅਬਿਕਾਰਅਚਲਅਨਖੰਡਅਕਟਭਟ॥
ਅਤਿ ਪਵਿਤ੍ਰ 'ਅਬਿਕਾਰ' (ਨਾਂ ਦਾ) ਨਾ ਕਟੇ ਜਾ ਸਕਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਅਖੰਡ ਅਤੇ ਅਚਲ ਯੋਧਾ ਹੈ।
ਅਮਿਤਓਜਅਨਮਿਟਅਨੰਤਅਛਲਿਰਣਾਕਟ॥
(ਜਿਸ ਦਾ) ਅਮਿਤ ਤੇਜ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਨਾ ਮਿਟਣ ਵਾਲਾ, ਅਨੰਤ, ਅਛਲ ਅਤੇ ਰਣ ਵਿਚ ਅਕਟ ਹੈ।
He is extremely immaculate, vice-less, invariable, indivisible and invincible warrior, whose glory is infinite and who is unconquerable and never deceivable,
ਧਰਅਸਤ੍ਰਸਸਤ੍ਰਸਾਮੁਹਸਮਰਜਿਦਿਨਨ੍ਰਿਪੋਤਮਗਰਜਿਹੈ॥
ਅਸਤ੍ਰ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਸਤ੍ਰ ਧਾਰਨ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਹੇ ਉਤਮ ਰਾਜੇ! (ਜਦੋਂ) ਯੁੱਧ ਵਿਚ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਗਰਜੇਗਾ,
ਟਿਕਿਹੈਇਕਭਟਨਹਿਸਮਰਿਅਉਰਕਵਣਤਬਬਰਜਿਹੈ॥੨੪੨॥
ਤਦੋਂ ਯੁੱਧ-ਭੂਮੀ ਵਿਚ ਇਕ ਯੋਧਾ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਟਿਕ ਸਕੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਕਿਹੜਾ ਯੋਧਾ ਰੋਕ ਸਕੇਗਾ ॥੨੪੨॥
O king! on the day, then holding his arms and weapons, he will thunder, then no one will be able to stay before him and even obstruct him.15.242.
ਇਕਿਬਿਦਿਆਅਰੁਲਾਜਅਮਿਟਅਤਿਹੀਪ੍ਰਤਾਪਰਣਿ॥
ਇਕ (ਦਾ ਨਾਂ) 'ਬਿਦਿਆ' ਅਤੇ (ਦੂਜੇ ਦਾ) 'ਲਾਜ' ਹੈ, (ਇਹ ਦੋਵੇਂ) ਅਮਿਟ ਅਤੇ ਰਣ ਵਿਚ ਅਤਿ ਅਧਿਕ ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਨ।
Vidya (learning) and Lajja (modesty) are also extremely glorious
ਭੀਮਰੂਪਭੈਰੋਪ੍ਰਚੰਡਅਮਿਟਅਦਾਹਣ॥
ਭੈਰੋਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਰੂਪ ਵਾਲੇ ਪ੍ਰਚੰਡ, ਅਮਿਟ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਸੜਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਨ।
They are large-bodies, powerful and indestructible
ਅਤਿਅਖੰਡਅਡੰਡਚੰਡਪਰਤਾਪਰਣਾਚਲ॥
ਅਤਿ ਅਖੰਡ, ਅਦੰਡ, ਪ੍ਰਚੰਡ ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਵਾਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਯੁੱਧ ਵਿਚ ਸਥਿਰ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਨ।
Their glory is extremely strong and indivisible
ਬ੍ਰਿਖਭਕੰਧਆਜਾਨਬਾਹਬਾਨੈਤਮਹਾਬਲਿ॥
ਸਾਨ੍ਹ (ਵਰਗੇ ਉੱਚੇ) ਮੋਢਿਆਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਗੋਡਿਆਂ ਤਕ ਲੰਬੀਆਂ ਬਾਂਹਵਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ, ਬਾਂਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਮਹਾ ਬਲਵਾਨ ਹਨ।
They are mighty ones, long-armed and broad-shouldered like a bull
ਇਹਛਬਿਅਪਾਰਜੋਧਾਜੁਗਲਜਿਦਿਨਨਿਸਾਨਬਜਾਇਹੈ॥
ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਯੋਧਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਅਪਾਰ ਛਬੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਦਿਨ (ਯੁੱਧ-ਭੂਮੀ ਵਿਚ) ਧੌਂਸਾ ਵਜਾਉਣਗੇ,
ਭਜਿਹੈਭੂਪਤਜਿਲਾਜਸਭਏਕਨਸਾਮੁਹਿਆਇਹੈ॥੨੪੩॥
(ਤਦ) ਲਾਜ ਮਰਯਾਦਾ ਛਡ ਕੇ ਸਭ ਭਜ ਜਾਣਗੇ, ਇਕ ਵੀ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਵੇਗਾ ॥੨੪੩॥
In this way, the day on which these two warriors, they will sound their trumpet, then all the kings, forsaking their modesty will run away and none of them will confront them.16.243.

ਸੰਜੋਗਨਾਮਸੂਰਮਾਅਖੰਡਏਕਜਾਨੀਐ॥
ਇਕ 'ਸੰਜੋਗ' ਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਅਖੰਡ ਸੂਰਮਾ ਜਾਣਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ,
ਸੁਧਾਮਿਧਾਮਿਜਾਸਕੋਪ੍ਰਤਾਪਆਜਮਾਨੀਐ॥
ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਅਜ ਘਰ ਘਰ ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
There is one warriors named Sanjog (coherence), who is considered glorious in every home
ਅਡੰਡਔਅਛੇਦਹੈਅਭੰਗਤਾਸੁਭਾਖੀਐ॥
(ਜੋ) ਅਦੰਡ, ਅਛੇਦ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਅਭੰਗ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
He is called unpunishable, invincible and fearless
ਬਿਚਾਰਆਜਤਉਨਸੋਜੁਝਾਰਕਉਨਰਾਖੀਐ॥੨੪੪॥
ਵਿਚਾਰ ਪੂਰਵਕ ਅਜ ਕਿਹੜਾ ਯੋਧਾ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਰਖਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੨੪੪॥
What description be given about him ? 17.244
ਅਖੰਡਮੰਡਲੀਕਸੋਪ੍ਰਚੰਡਬੀਰਦੇਖੀਐ॥
(ਇਕ) ਅਖੰਡ ਰਾਜ ('ਮੰਡਲੀਕ') ਵਾਲਾ ਪ੍ਰਚੰਡ ਸੂਰਮਾ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
There is another powerful warrior seen in this sphere of stars
ਸੁਕ੍ਰਿਤਨਾਮਸੂਰਮਾਅਜਿਤਤਾਸੁਲੇਖੀਐ॥
(ਉਸ) 'ਸੁਕ੍ਰਿਤ' ਨਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਸੂਰਮੇ ਨੂੰ ਅਜਿਤ ਜਾਣਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
His name is Sukriti (good deed) and he is considered unconquerable
ਗਰਜਿਸਸਤ੍ਰਸਜਿਕੈਸਲਜਿਰਥਧਾਇਹੈ॥
(ਜਦੋਂ) ਸ਼ਸਤ੍ਰ ਸਜਾ ਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਗਜਵਜ ਕੇ ਲੱਜਾ ਸਹਿਤ ਰਥ ਨਾਲ ਧਾਵਾ ਕਰੇਗਾ,
ਅਮੰਡਮਾਰਤੰਡਜ੍ਯੋਂਪ੍ਰਚੰਡਸੋਭਪਾਇਹੈ॥੨੪੫॥
(ਤਾਂ) ਅਮੰਡ ਸੂਰਜ ਵਾਂਗ ਪ੍ਰਚੰਡ ਸੋਭਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰੇਗਾ ॥੨੪੫॥
When he comes out thundering bedecked with his weapons and mounted on his chariot, then he looks supremely glorious like the sun.18.245.
ਬਿਸੇਖਬਾਣਸੈਹਥੀਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਨਪਾਣਿਸਜਿਹੈ॥
ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਕਰ ਕੇ (ਜਿਸ ਨੇ) ਬਾਣ, ਬਰਛੀ, ਤਲਵਾਰ ਹੱਥ ਵਿਚ ਪਕੜੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ।
ਅਮੋਹਨਾਮਸੂਰਮਾਸਰੋਹਆਨਿਗਜਹੈ॥
(ਉਹ) 'ਅਮੋਹ' ਨਾਮ ਵਾਲਾ ਸੂਰਮਾ (ਜਦੋਂ) ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਨਾਲ ਆ ਕੇ ਗਜਦਾ ਹੈ।
Holding his special arrow, sword etc., when this warrior named Amodh (Detachment) will thunder,
ਅਲੋਭਨਾਮਸੂਰਮਾਦੁਤੀਅਜੋਗਰਜਿਹੈ॥
'ਅਲੋਭ' ਨਾਮ ਵਾਲਾ ਜੋ ਦੂਜਾ ਸੂਰਮਾ ਹੈ, (ਉਹ ਵੀ) ਗਜਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਰਥੀਗਜੀਹਈਪਤੀਅਪਾਰਸੈਣਭਜਿਹੈ॥੨੪੬॥
(ਉਦੋਂ) ਰਥਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ, ਹਾਥੀਆਂ ਵਾਲੇ, ਘੋੜਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਪਾਰ ਸੈਨਾ ਵਾਲੇ (ਰਣ ਵਿਚੋਂ) ਭਜ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ॥੨੪੬॥
And when he will be accompanied by the second thundering warriors Alobh, then infinite forces of the riders of chariots, elephants and horses will run away.19.246.
ਹਠੀਜਪੀਤਪੀਸਤੀਅਖੰਡਬੀਰਦੇਖੀਐ॥
(ਜੋ) ਹਠੀ, ਜਪੀ, ਤਪੀ, ਸਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਖੰਡ ਸੂਰਮੇ ਵੇਖੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਪ੍ਰਚੰਡਮਾਰਤੰਡਜ੍ਯੋਂਅਡੰਡਤਾਸੁਲੇਖੀਐ॥
ਸੂਰਜ ਵਾਂਗ ਪ੍ਰਚੰਡ ਤੇਜ ਵਾਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਦੰਡ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
You may see many warriors, lustrous and unpunishable like the sun, who may be persistent ones, worshippers, ascetics and truthful ones
ਅਜਿਤਿਜਉਨਜਗਤਤੇਪਵਿਤ੍ਰਅੰਗਜਾਨੀਐ॥
ਜਗਤ ਵਿਚ ਜੋ ਅਜਿਤ ਹਨ, (ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ) ਪਵਿਤ੍ਰ ਅੰਗ (ਸ਼ਰੀਰ) ਵਾਲਾ ਸਮਝਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਅਕਾਮਨਾਮਸੂਰਮਾਭਿਰਾਮਤਾਸੁਮਾਨੀਐ॥੨੪੭॥
'ਅਕਾਮ' ਨਾਮ ਵਾਲਾ (ਜੋ) ਯੋਧਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੨੪੭॥
But this unconquerable and pure-limbed warriors is Akaam (desireless).20.247.
ਅਕ੍ਰੋਧਜੋਧਕ੍ਰੋਧਕੈਬਿਰੋਧਸਜਿਹੈਜਬੈ॥
'ਅਕ੍ਰੋਧ' (ਨਾਂ ਵਾਲਾ) ਯੋਧਾ ਜਦੋਂ ਕ੍ਰੋਧਿਤ ਹੋ ਕੇ 'ਬਿਰੋਧ' (ਯੁੱਧ) ਨੂੰ ਜਾਏਗਾ
ਬਿਸਾਰਿਲਾਜਸੂਰਮਾਅਪਾਰਭਾਜਿਹੈਸਭੈ॥
(ਤਦੋਂ) ਬੇਅੰਤ ਸੂਰਮੇ, ਸਾਰੀ ਲਾਜ ਮਰਯਾਦਾ ਨੂੰ ਭੁਲਾ ਕੇ ਭਜ ਜਾਣਗੇ।
When this warrior named Akrodh (peaceful) will be there in the battlefield in this fury, then all the fighters, forgetting their modesty, will run away
ਅਖੰਡਦੇਹਿਜਾਸਕੀਪ੍ਰਚੰਡਰੂਪਜਾਨੀਐ॥
ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਦੇਹ ਅਖੰਡ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਚੰਡ ਰੂਪ ਵਾਲਾ ਜਾਣਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ,
ਸੁਲਜਨਾਮਸੂਰਮਾਸੁਮੰਤ੍ਰਿਤਾਸੁਮਾਨੀਐ॥੨੪੮॥
ਉਹ 'ਲਜ' (ਲਜਾ) ਨਾਮ ਵਾਲਾ ਸੂਰਮਾ, ਉਸ ਦਾ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੨੪੮॥
He is the same warrior whose body is indivisible, whose form is powerful and who is modest.21.248.
ਸੁਪਰਮਤਤਆਦਿਦੈਨਿਰਾਹੰਕਾਰਗਰਜਿਹੈ॥
'ਪਰਮ ਤੱਤ' ਆਦਿ (ਯੋਧੇ) ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ 'ਨਿਰਹੰਕਾਰ' (ਸਮੇਤ) ਗਜਣਗੇ,
ਬਿਸੇਖਤੋਰਸੈਨਤੇਅਸੇਖਬੀਰਬਰਜਿਹੈ॥
ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਸੈਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਚਲਾ ਕੇ, ਬੇਅੰਤ ਸੂਰਮਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕ ਦੇਣਗੇ।
When this ego-less warrior of the supreme essence will thunder, he will especially destroy army and will oppose many fighters
ਸਰੋਖਸੈਹਥੀਨਲੈਅਮੋਘਜੋਧਜੁਟਿਹੈ॥
ਯੋਧੇ ਕ੍ਰੋਧਿਤ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਅਮੋਘ ਬਰਛੀਆਂ (ਹੱਥ ਵਿਚ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਯੁੱਧ ਵਿਚ) ਜੁਟ ਜਾਣਗੇ।
ਅਸੇਖਬੀਰਕਾਰਮਾਦਿਕ੍ਰੂਰਕਉਚਤੁਟਹੈ॥੨੪੯॥
ਬੇਅੰਤ ਯੋਧਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਸਖਤ ਧਨੁਸ਼ ਆਦਿ ਅਤੇ ਕਵਚ ਟੁਟ ਜਾਣਗੇ ॥੨੪੯॥
Many warriors getting together, taking their unfailing weapons will encounter him in great fury and many warriors, the bows and the dreadful armours will break up.22.249.

ਸਭਗਤਿਏਕਭਾਵਨਾਸੁਕ੍ਰੋਧਸੂਰਧਾਇਹੈ॥
ਇਕ ਭਾਵਨਾ ਸਹਿਤ 'ਭਗਤਿ' (ਨਾਮ ਵਾਲਾ) ਸੂਰਮਾ ਕ੍ਰੋਧਿਤ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਧਾਵਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਅਸੇਖਮਾਰਤੰਡਜ੍ਯੋਂਬਿਸੇਖਸੋਭਪਾਇਹੈ॥
ਬੇਅੰਤ ਸੂਰਜਾਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਸ਼ੋਭਾ ਪਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
All the warriors will emotionally get enraged will fall upon the enemy and look magnificent like many suns
ਸੰਘਾਰਿਸੈਣਸਤ੍ਰੁਵੀਜੁਝਾਰਜੋਧਜੁਟਿਹੈ॥
ਵੈਰੀ ਦੀ ਸੈਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਨਸ਼ਟ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸੂਰਮੇ ਯੁੱਧ ਵਿਚ ਜੁਟ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
The warriors will join hands to destroy the forces of the enemies
ਕਰੂਰਕੂਰਸੂਰਮਾਤਰਕਤੰਗਤੁਟਿਹੈ॥੨੫੦॥
(ਉਸ ਵੇਲੇ) 'ਕਰੂਰ' ਅਤੇ 'ਕੂੜ' (ਨਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ) ਸੂਰਮਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਤੰਗ ਤੜਕ ਕੇ ਟੁਟ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ॥੨੫੦॥
They will break up the forces constituting the tyrannical fighters.23.250.
ਸਿਮਟਿਸੂਰਸੈਹਥੀਸਰਕਿਸਾਗਸੇਲਹੈ॥
(ਉਹ) ਸੂਰਮੇ ਸਿਮਟ ਕੇ ਅਤੇ (ਅਗੇ ਵਲ) ਸਰਕ ਕੇ ਸੈਹਥੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਬਰਛੀਆਂ ਚਲਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਦੁਰੰਤਘਾਇਝਾਲਿਕੈਅਨੰਤਸੈਣਪੇਲਿਹੈ॥
ਬਹੁਤ ਵੱਡੇ ਘਾਓ ਸਹਿ ਕੇ ਬੇਅੰਤ ਸੈਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਅਗੇ ਧਕ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ।
The warriors after stepping back will strike their lances and enduring the anguish of many wounds, they will kill innumerable forces
ਤਮਕਿਤੇਗਦਾਮਿਣੀਸੜਕਿਸੂਰਮਟਿਹੈ॥
ਬਿਜਲੀ ਵਰਗੀ ਚਮਕ ਵਾਲੀ ਤਲਵਾਰ ਸੜਕ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਸੂਰਮੇ ਤੁਰਤ ('ਮਟਿ') (ਚਲਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ)।
ਨਿਪਟਿਕਟਿਕੁਟਿਕੈਅਕਟਅੰਗਸਟਿਹੈ॥੨੫੧॥
(ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ) ਨਾ ਕਟੇ ਜਾ ਸਕਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਅੰਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਕਟ ਕੁਟ ਕੇ ਸੁਟ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ॥੨੫੧॥
The sword flashing like lightning will create sensation amongst warriors and will chop and throw away their limbs.24.251.
ਨਿਪਟਿਸਿੰਘਜ੍ਯੋਂਪਲਟਿਸੂਰਸੇਲਬਾਹਿਹੈ॥
ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਸ਼ੇਰ ਵਾਂਗ ਪਲਟ ਕੇ ਸੂਰਮੇ ਬਰਛੇ ਚਲਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਬਿਸੇਖਬੂਥਨੀਸਕੀਅਸੇਖਸੈਣਗਾਹਿਹੈ॥
ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਸੈਨਾਪਤੀਆਂ ('ਬੂਥਨੀਸ') ਦੀ ਬੇਅੰਤ ਸੈਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਦਲ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ।
Turning like lions, the warriors will strike lances and will churn the army of the chief generals
ਅਰੁਝਿਬੀਰਅਪਮਝਿਗਝਿਆਨਿਜੁਝਿਹੈ॥
ਆਪਸ ਵਿਚ ਗੁਥਮ ਗੁੱਥਾ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਹਿੰਮਤ ('ਗਝਿ') ਵਾਲੇ ਸੂਰਮੇ ਆ ਕੇ ਲੜਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਬਿਸੇਖਦੇਵਦਈਤਜਛਕਿੰਨਰਕ੍ਰਿਤਬੁਝਿਹੈ॥੨੫੨॥
ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਦੇਵਤੇ, ਦੈਂਤ, ਯਕਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਕਿੰਨਰ (ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ) ਕੀਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ ॥੨੫੨॥
The warriors mutually moving away at a distance, will come to fight with the enemy’s forces in such a way that the gods, demons, Yakshas, Kinnars etc. will not recognize them.25.252.
