ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਘੋਰ ਯੁੱਧ ਹੋਇਆ।
ਭਾਤਿਭਾਤਿਗਿਰੇਧਰਾਪਰਸੂਰਸੁੰਦਰਕਿਸੋਰ॥
ਭਾਂਤ ਭਾਂਤ ਦੇ ਸੁੰਦਰ, ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਸੂਰਮੇ ਧਰਤੀ ਉਤੇ ਡਿਗੇ ਪਏ ਸਨ।
In this way, there was a dreadful fighting and the fine warriors fell upon the earth
ਕੋਪਕੋਪਹਠੀਘਟੀਰਣਿਸਸਤ੍ਰਅਸਤ੍ਰਚਲਾਇ॥
ਰਣ-ਭੂਮੀ ਵਿਚ ਹਠੀ (ਯੋਧਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸੈਨਾ) ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਕਰ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਅਸਤ੍ਰ ਸ਼ਸਤ੍ਰ ਚਲਾਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਘਟ ਗਈ ਸੀ।
ਜੂਝਿਜੂਝਿਗਏਦਿਵਾਲਯਢੋਲਬੋਲਬਜਾਇ॥
ਢੋਲ ਵਜਾ ਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਲਲਕਾਰਾ ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਲੜਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਦੇਵ ਲੋਕ ਨੂੰ ਚਲੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ।
Those persistent warriors in their fury struck their arms and weapons and sounding their drums and trumpets and fighting bravely, they tell upon the ground
ਹਾਇਹਾਇਭਈਜਹਾਤਹਭਾਜਿਭਾਜਿਸੁਬੀਰ॥
ਜਿਥੇ ਕਿਥੇ ਯੋਧੇ ਭਜੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਹਾਇ ਹਾਇ ਦਾ ਰੌਲਾ ਪਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ।
The sound of lamentation was heard on all sides and the warriors ran hither and thither
ਪੈਠਿਪੈਠਿਗਏਤ੍ਰੀਆਲੈਹਾਰਿਹਾਰਿਅਧੀਰ॥
ਹਾਰ ਹਾਰ ਕੇ ਅਧੀਰ ਹੋਏ (ਸੂਰਮੇ) ਰੰਨਵਾਸਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਵੜੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ।
On this side they were falling on the earth and on that side the heavenly damsels getting agitated were putting wreaths around their necks and wedding them
ਅਪ੍ਰਮਾਨਛੁਟੇਸਰਾਨਦਿਸਾਨਭਯੋਅੰਧਿਆਰ॥
ਬੇਅੰਤ ਤੀਰ ਚਲੇ ਸਨ (ਜਿਸ ਕਰ ਕੇ) ਦਿਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਹਨੇਰਾ ਛਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।
ਟੂਕਟੂਕਪਰੇਜਹਾਤਹਮਾਰਿਮਾਰਿਜੁਝਾਰ॥੧੦੧॥
ਜਿਥੇ ਕਿਥੇ ਯੋਧੇ 'ਮਾਰੋ' 'ਮਾਰੋ' ਕਰਦੇ ਟੁਕੜੇ ਟੁਕੜੇ ਹੋਏ ਪਏ ਸਨ ॥੧੦੧॥
The darkness spread on the discharge of innumerable arrows and the dead warriors were seen scattered hither and thither in bits.27.101.

ਮਾਰੂ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਸੁਹਾਵਣੇ ਵਾਜੇ ਵਜ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
ਜੇਜੇਹੁਤੇਸੁਭਟਰਣਿਸੁੰਦਰਗਹਿਗਹਿਆਯੁਧਗਾਜੇ॥
ਜਿਹੜੇ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਰਣਭੂਮੀ ਵਿਚ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਸੂਰਮੇ ਸਨ, (ਉਹ) ਸ਼ਸਤ੍ਰ ਫੜ ਫੜ ਕੇ ਗਜ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
The deadly musical instruments were played in the wararena and all the fine warriors holding their weapons in their hands thundered
ਕਵਚਪਹਰਿਪਾਖਰਸੋਡਾਰੀਅਉਰੈਆਯੁਧਸਾਜੇ॥
ਕਵਚ ਪਾ ਕੇ (ਘੋੜਿਆਂ ਉਤੇ) ਕਾਠੀਆਂ ਪਾ ਲਈਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਸਤ੍ਰ ਸਜਾ ਲਏ ਸਨ।
ਭਰੇਗੁਮਾਨਸੁਭਟਸਿੰਘਨਜ੍ਯੋਂਆਹਵਭੂਮਿਬਿਰਾਜੇ॥
ਸੂਰਮੇ ਸ਼ੇਰਾਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਗੁਮਾਨ ਨਾਲ ਭਰੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਰਣ-ਭੂਮੀ ਵਿਚ ਬਿਰਾਜ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ।
Wearing their armours and striking all the warriors were fighting in the battlefield like lions filled with pride
ਗਹਿਗਹਿਚਲੇਗਦਾਗਾਜੀਸਬਸੁਭਟਅਯੋਧਨਕਾਜੇ॥
ਸਾਰੇ ਯੋਧੇ ਗਦਾ ਨੂੰ ਫੜ ਫੜ ਕੇ ਯੁੱਧ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਚਲੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ।
ਆਹਵਭੂਮਿਸੂਰਅਸਸੋਭੇਨਿਰਖਿਇੰਦ੍ਰਦੁਤਿਲਾਜੇ॥
ਸੂਰਮੇ ਯੁੱਧ-ਭੂਮੀ ਵਿਚ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸ਼ੋਭਾ ਪਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ (ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ) ਚਮਕ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਇੰਦਰ ਵੀ ਲਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
Holding their maces, the fighters moved for fighting, these warriors looked splendid in the battlefield and even Indra on seeing them and their elegance was feeling shy
ਟੂਕਟੂਕਹੂਐਗਿਰੇਧਰਣਿਪਰਆਹਵਛੋਰਿਨਭਾਜੇ॥
(ਯੋਧੇ) ਟੋਟੇ ਟੋਟੇ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਧਰਤੀ ਉਤੇ ਡਿਗ ਪਏ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਯੁੱਧ-ਭੂਮੀ ਛਡ ਕੇ ਭਜੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ।
They were falling on the ground having been cut into bits, but they were not running away from the battlefield
ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤਿਭਏਦੇਵਮੰਦਰਕਹੁਸਸਤ੍ਰਨਸੁਭਟਨਿਵਾਜੇ॥੧੦੨॥
(ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ) ਯੋਧਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਸਤ੍ਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਨਿਵਾਜਿਆ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਦੇਵ ਲੋਕ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ (ਅਰਥਾਤ ਬੈਕੁੰਠ ਚਲੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ) ॥੧੦੨॥
They were embracing death and were moving into the worlds of gods alonwith their weapons.28.102.

ਜੁਝਾਰੂ ਸੈਨਿਕ ਦਸਾਂ ਦਿਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਵਲ ਭਜੀ ਫਿਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਮੁਦਗਰਗੁਫਨਗੁਰਜਗੋਲਾਲੇਪਟਸਿਪਰਘਪ੍ਰਹਾਰੇ॥
ਮੁਦਗਰ, ਗੋਪੀਏ, ਗੁਰਜ, ਗੁਲੇਲੇ, ਪਟਸ, ਪਰਘ ਆਦਿ ਚਲਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
The warriors ran in all the ten directions and struck blows with maces, cannon-balls and axes
ਗਿਰਿਗਿਰਿਪਰੇਸੁਭਟਰਨਮੰਡਲਿਜਾਨੁਬਸੰਤਖਿਲਾਰੇ॥
ਰਣ-ਭੂਮੀ ਵਿਚ ਯੋਧੇ ਡਿਗ ਡਿਗ ਪਏ ਹਨ, ਮਾਨੋ ਹੋਲੀ (ਬਸੰਤ) ਖੇਡ ਕੇ ਸੁਤੇ ਹੋਣ।
ਉਠਿਉਠਿਭਏਜੁਧਕਉਪ੍ਰਾਪਤਿਰੋਹਭਰੇਰਜਵਾਰੇ॥
ਰੋਹ ਨਾਲ ਭਰੇ ਹੋਏ ਰਜਵਾੜੇ ਉਠ ਉਠ ਕੇ ਫਿਰ ਲੜਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਲਗ ਗਏ ਹਨ।
The warriors fallen in the battlefield were looking like the flowers scattered in the spring
ਭਖਿਭਖਿਬੀਰਪੀਸਦਾਤਨਕਹਰਣਮੰਡਲੀਹਕਾਰੇ॥
ਯੋਧੇ (ਕੋਇਲੇ ਵਾਂਗ) ਭਖ ਭਖ ਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਦੰਦ ਪੀਹ ਕੇ ਰਣ-ਭੂਮੀ ਵਿਚ ਲਲਕਾਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਬਰਛੀਬਾਨਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਨਗਜਾਇਧੁਅਸਤ੍ਰਸਸਤ੍ਰਸੰਭਾਰੇ॥
ਬਰਛੀ, ਬਾਣ, ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਨ, ਗਜਾਯੁੱਧ (ਅੰਕੁਸ਼) ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਸਤ੍ਰਾਂ ਅਸਤ੍ਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਕੜਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।
The proud kings, getting up again, were fighting and were challenging their gathering of warriors shouting and grinding their teeth
ਭਸਮੀਭੂਤਭਏਗੰਧ੍ਰਬਗਣਦਾਝਤਦੇਵਪੁਕਾਰੇ॥
ਗਣ ਗੰਧਰਬ ਭਸਮ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਦੇਵਤੇ ਸੜਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਪੁਕਾਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਹਮਮਤਮੰਦਚਰਣਸਰਣਾਗਤਿਕਾਹਿਨਲੇਤਉਬਾਰੇ॥੧੦੩॥
ਅਸੀਂ ਮੰਦ ਮਤ ਵਾਲੇ (ਆਪ ਜੀ ਦੇ) ਚਰਨ ਸ਼ਰਨ ਆਏ ਹਾਂ। (ਸਾਨੂੰ) ਕਿਉਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਉਬਾਰਦੇ ਹੋ ॥੧੦੩॥
The Gandharvas while fighting with lances, arrows, swords and other arms and weapons, rolling in dust, shouted to the gods, saying “O Lord! we are under your refuge, why do you save up?”29.103.

ਦੋਊਦਿਸਸੁਭਟਜਬੈਜੁਰਿਆਏ॥
ਜਦੋਂ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਪਾਸਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਯੋਧੇ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਆ ਗਏ।
ਦੁੰਦਭਿਢੋਲਮ੍ਰਿਦੰਗਬਜਤਸੁਨਿਸਾਵਨਮੇਘਲਜਾਏ॥
ਨਗਾਰਿਆਂ, ਢੋਲਾਂ, ਮ੍ਰਿਦੰਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਜਦਿਆਂ ਸੁਣ ਕੇ ਸਾਵਣ ਦੇ ਬਦਲ ਸ਼ਰਮਿੰਦੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ।
When the warriors rushed to fight from both the directions and confronted one another then, listening to the sound of drums and kettledrums, the clouds of Sawan felt shy
ਦੇਖਨਦੇਵਅਦੇਵਮਹਾਹਵਚੜੇਬਿਮਾਨਸੁਹਾਏ॥
(ਇਸ) ਮਹਾਨ ਹਵਨ (ਯੁੱਧ) ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖਣ ਲਈ ਦੇਵਤੇ ਅਤੇ ਦੈਂਤ ਵਿਮਾਨਾਂ ਉਤੇ ਚੜ੍ਹੇ ਹੋਏ ਸ਼ੋਭਾ ਪਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
The gods and demons ascended their air-vehicles in order to see the war
ਕੰਚਨਜਟਤਖਚੇਰਤਨਨਲਖਿਗੰਧ੍ਰਬਨਗਰਰਿਸਾਏ॥
ਸੋਨੇ ਦੇ ਜੜ੍ਹੇ ਹੋਏ ਗਹਿਣਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਰਤਨ ਖਚੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ, ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਗੰਧਰਬ ਨਗਰ ਖਿਝ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
Seeing the articles studded with gold and gems, the gandharvas got enraged,
ਕਾਛਿਕਛਿਕਾਛਕਛੇਕਛਨੀਚੜਿਕੋਪਭਰੇਨਿਜਕਾਏ॥
ਲੰਗੋਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਸ ਕਸ ਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਲਕ ਨੂੰ ਕਸ ਕਸ ਕੇ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਨਾਲ ਭਰੇ ਹੋਏ ਨੇੜੇ ਢੁਕ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
And in their fury began to chop the fighters dreadful war
ਕੋਊਕੋਊਰਹੇਸੁਭਟਰਣਮੰਡਲਿਕੇਈਕੇਈਛਾਡਿਪਰਾਏ॥
ਕੋਈ ਕੋਈ ਯੋਧਾ ਰਣ-ਭੂਮੀ ਵਿਚ ਡਟਿਆ ਖਲੋਤਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਕੋਈ ਛਡ ਕੇ ਭਜ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
Very few warriors survived in the battlefield and many adandoned the fighting and ran away
ਝਿਮਝਿਮਮਹਾਮੇਘਪਰਲੈਜ੍ਯੋਂਬ੍ਰਿੰਦਬਿਸਿਖਬਰਸਾਏ॥
ਪਰਲੋ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੇ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਬਦਲਾਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਬਹੁਤ ਬਾਣਾਂ ਦੀ ਝੜੀ ਲਗਾਈ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ।
The arrows were being showered like the rain-drops from the clouds on the doomsday
ਐਸੋਨਿਰਖਿਬਡੇਕਵਤਕਕਹਪਾਰਸਆਪਸਿਧਾਏ॥੧੦੪॥
ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਕੌਤਕ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਪਾਰਸ ਨਾਥ ਖੁਦ (ਯੁੱਧ-ਭੂਮੀ ਵਲ) ਤੁਰੇ ਹਨ ॥੧੦੪॥
Parasnath himself reached there in order to see this wonderful war.30.104.

ਦੈਰੇਦੈਰੇਦੀਹਦਮਾਮਾ॥
ਵੱਡਾ ਧੌਂਸਾ ਧੈਂ ਧੈਂ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਵਜਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਕਰਹੌਰੁੰਡਮੁੰਡਬਸੁਧਾਪਰਲਖਤਸ੍ਵਰਗਕੀਬਾਮਾ॥
ਧਰਤੀ ਉਤੇ ਸਿਰ ਅਤੇ ਧੜ ਖਿਲਾਰ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਵਰਗ ਦੀਆਂ ਇਸਤਰੀਆਂ (ਅਪੱਛਰਾਵਾਂ) ਵੇਖਣਗੀਆਂ।
He said, “Strike on the trumpets and within the view of these heavenly damsels, I shall devastate the whole earth
ਧੁਕਿਧੁਕਿਪਰਹਿਧਰਣਿਭਾਰੀਭਟਬੀਰਬੈਤਾਲਰਜਾਊ॥
ਧਰਤੀ ਉਤੇ ਧੁਕ ਧੁਕ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਯੋਧੇ ਡਿਗਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ (ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਰਕਤ ਨਾਲ) ਬੀਰ ਅਤੇ ਬੈਤਾਲ ਰਜਾ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ।
“This earth will throb and tremble and I shall satisfy the hunger of Vaitals etc.
ਭੂਤਪਿਸਾਚਡਾਕਣੀਜੋਗਣਕਾਕਣਰੁਹਰਪਿਵਾਊ॥
ਭੂਤਾਂ, ਪਿਸਾਚਾਂ, ਡਾਕਣੀਆਂ, ਜੋਗਣਾਂ, ਕਾਂਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਲਹੂ ਪਿਲਾਵਾਂਗਾ।
I shall cause the ghosts, fiends, Dakinis, Yoginis and Kakinis to drink blood to their fill
ਭਕਿਭਕਿਉਠੇਭੀਮਭੈਰੋਰਣਿਅਰਧਉਰਧਸੰਘਾਰੋ॥
ਭਿਆਨਕ ਭੈਰੋ ਯੁੱਧ-ਭੂਮੀ ਵਿਚ ਭਕ ਭਕ ਕਰਦਾ ਉਠੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਪਰ ਹੇਠਾਂ (ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ) ਮਾਰ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ।
“I shall destroy everything up and down in all the directions and many Bhairavas will appear in this war
ਇੰਦ੍ਰਚੰਦਸੂਰਜਬਰਣਾਦਿਕਆਜਸਭੈਚੁਨਿਮਾਰੋ॥
ਇੰਦਰ, ਚੰਦ੍ਰਮਾ, ਸੂਰਜ, ਵਰੁਣ ਆਦਿ ਸਭਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਜ ਚੁਣ ਚੁਣ ਕੇ ਮਾਰਾਂਗਾ।
I shall kill even today Indra, Chandra, Surya, Varuna etc. by picking them up
ਮੋਹਿਬਰਦਾਨਦੇਵਤਾਦੀਨਾਜਿਹਸਰਿਅਉਰਨਕੋਈ॥
ਮੈਨੂੰ ਦੇਵਤਾ (ਦੇਵੀ) ਨੇ ਵਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਸਮਾਨ ਹੋਰ ਕੋਈ (ਵਰ) ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।
“I have been blessed with boon by that Lord, who has no second to Him
ਮੈਹੀਭਯੋਜਗਤਕੋਕਰਤਾਜੋਮੈਕਰੌਸੁਹੋਈ॥੧੦੫॥
ਮੈਂ ਹੀ ਜਗਤ ਦਾ ਕਰਤਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹਾਂ, ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ ਉਹੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ॥੧੦੫॥
I am the creator of the world and whatever I shall do, that will happen.31.105.

ਮੇਰੇ ਤੋਂ (ਵਧ) ਹੋਰ ਕੌਣ ਬਲਵਾਨ ਹੈ
ਜਉਨਮੋਤੇਜੰਗਜੀਤੇਜੁਧਮੈਕਰਜੈ॥
ਜੋ ਮੇਰੇ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਯੁੱਧ ਜਿਤੇ ਅਤੇ ਯੁੱਧ ਵਿਚ ਜੇਤੂ ਹੋਵੇ।
“Who I more powerful than me. Who will become victorious over me?
ਇੰਦ੍ਰਚੰਦਉਪਿੰਦ੍ਰਕੌਪਲਮਧਿਜੀਤੌਜਾਇ॥
ਇੰਦਰ, ਚੰਦ੍ਰਮਾ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਵਨ ਨੂੰ (ਮੈਂ) ਪਲ ਵਿਚ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਜਿਤ ਲਵਾਂਗਾ।
“I shall conquer even Indra, Chanddra, Upendra in an instant
ਅਉਰਐਸੋਕੋਭਯੋਰਣਮੋਹਿਜੀਤੇਆਇ॥
(ਜਗਤ ਵਿਚ) ਹੋਰ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕੌਣ ਹੈ? ਜੋ ਯੁੱਧ ਵਿਚ ਆ ਕੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਜਿਤੇਗਾ।
Who is there anyone else who will come to fight with me
ਸਾਤਸਿੰਧਸੁਕਾਇਡਾਰੋਨੈਕੁਰੋਸੁਕਰੋ॥
(ਜੇ ਮੈਂ) ਰਤਾ ਜਿੰਨਾ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਕਰ ਲਵਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਸੱਤਾਂ ਸਮੁੰਦਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਕਾ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ।
ਜਛਗੰਧ੍ਰਬਕਿੰਨ੍ਰਕੋਰਕਰੋਰਮੋਰਿਧਰੋ॥
ਯਕਸ਼, ਗੰਧਰਬ ਅਤੇ ਕਿੰਨਰ ਕਰੋੜਾਂ (ਨੂੰ ਮੈਂ) ਅੱਖ ਦੇ ਪਲਕਾਰੇ ('ਕੋਰ') ਵਿਚ ਮਰੋੜ ਕੇ ਰਖ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ।
“On getting slightly angry, I can dry up all the seven oceans and can throw away by twisting crores of Yakshas, gandharvas and Kinnars
ਦੇਵਔਰਅਦੇਵਜੀਤੇਕਰੇਸਬੈਗੁਲਾਮ॥
ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਦੈਂਤਾਂ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਿਤ ਕੇ ਗੁਲਾਮ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਦਿਬਦਾਨਦਯੋਮੁਝੈਛੁਐਸਕੈਕੋਮੁਹਿਛਾਮ॥੧੦੬॥
(ਮੈਨੂੰ ਦੇਵੀ ਨੇ) ਦਿਬ ਦਾਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ, ਮੇਰੀ ਛਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਕੋਈ ਛੁਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਕਦਾ ॥੧੦੬॥
“I have conquered and enslaved all the gods and demons, I have been blessed by the Divine Power and who is there who can even touch my shadow.”32.106.

ਯੌਕਹਿਪਾਰਸਰੋਸਬਢਾਯੋ॥
ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਹਿ ਕੇ ਪਾਰਸ (ਨਾਥ) ਨੇ ਰੋਸ ਵਧਾ ਲਿਆ।
ਦੁੰਦਭਿਢੋਲਬਜਾਇਮਹਾਧੁਨਿਸਾਮੁਹਿਸੰਨ੍ਯਾਸਨਿਧਾਯੋ॥
ਧੌਂਸੇ ਅਤੇ ਢੋਲ ਵਜਾ ਕੇ ਵੱਡੀ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਧੁਨ ਕਢਦਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੰਨਿਆਸੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਹਮਣਿਓਂ ਧਾਵਾ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਪਿਆ।
Saying thus, Parasnath was greatly infuriated and he came in front of the Sannyasis
ਅਸਤ੍ਰਸਸਤ੍ਰਨਾਨਾਬਿਧਿਛਡੈਬਾਣਪ੍ਰਯੋਘਚਲਾਏ॥
ਅਸਤ੍ਰ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਸਤ੍ਰ ਕਈ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਛਡੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਣਾਂ ਦੀ ਝੜੀ ਲਗਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ।
ਸੁਭਟਸਨਾਹਿਪਤ੍ਰਚਲਦਲਜ੍ਯੋਂਬਾਨਨਬੇਧਿਉਡਾਏ॥
ਸੂਰਮਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਕਵਚਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਿਪਲ ਦੇ ਪਤਿਆਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਬਾਣਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਵਿੰਨ੍ਹ ਵਿੰਨ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਉਡਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
He struk blows of arms and weapons in various ways and pierced the armours of the warriors with his arrows like the leaves
ਦੁਹਦਿਸਬਾਨਪਾਨਤੇਛੂਟੇਦਿਨਪਤਿਦੇਹਦੁਰਾਨਾ॥
ਦੋਹਾਂ ਪਾਸਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ (ਸੂਰਮਿਆਂ ਦੇ) ਹੱਥਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਣ ਛੁਟਦੇ ਹਨ ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਸੂਰਜ ਦਾ ਸਰੂਪ ਲੁਕ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
The arrows were discharged from sides, which caused the concealment of the sun
ਭੂਮਿਅਕਾਸਏਕਜਨੁਹੁਐਗਏਚਾਲਚਹੂੰਚਕਮਾਨਾ॥
ਧਰਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਆਕਾਸ਼ ਮਾਨੋ ਇਕ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਚੌਹਾਂ ਚੱਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਭੂਚਾਲ ਮੰਨ ਲਿਆ।
It appeared that the earth and the sky had become one
ਇੰਦਰਚੰਦ੍ਰਮੁਨਿਵਰਸਬਕਾਪੇਬਸੁਦਿਗਿਪਾਲਡਰਾਨੀਯ॥
ਇੰਦਰ, ਚੰਦ੍ਰਮਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਮੁਨੀ ਕੰਬਣ ਲਗ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਬਸੂ ਤੇ ਦਿਗਪਾਲ ਵੀ ਡਰ ਨਾਲ ਭੈਭੀਤ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ।
Indra, Chandra, the great sages, Dikpals etc., all trembled with fear
ਬਰਨਕੁਬੇਰਛਾਡਿਪੁਰਭਾਜੇਦੁਤੀਯਪ੍ਰਲੈਕਰਿਮਾਨੀਯ॥੧੦੭॥
ਵਰੁਣ ਅਤੇ ਕੁਬੇਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਗਰਾਂ (ਪੁਰੀਆਂ) ਨੂੰ ਛਡ ਕੇ ਭਜ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ (ਇਸ ਨੂੰ) ਦੂਜੀ ਪਰਲੋ ਮੰਨ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ ॥੧੦੭॥
Varuna and Kuber etc., also feeling the presence of second doomsday, left their own abodes and ran away.33.107.

ਸੁਰਪੁਰਨਾਰਿਬਧਾਵਾਮਾਨਾ॥
ਸਵਰਗ ਦੀਆਂ ਨਾਰੀਆਂ (ਅਪੱਛਰਾਵਾਂ) ਨੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਖ਼ੁਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਮੰਨਾਈਆਂ
ਬਰਿਹੈਆਜਮਹਾਸੁਭਟਨਕੌਸਮਰਸੁਯੰਬਰਜਾਨਾ॥
(ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਹ) ਯੁੱਧ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਅੰਬਰ ਜਾਣ ਕੇ ਮਹਾਨ ਯੋਧਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਅਜ ਵਰਣ ਕਰਨਗੀਆਂ।
The heavenly damsels began to sing songs of felicitation thinking that they would be wedding the great warriors in that swayamvara of war
ਲਖਿਹੈਏਕਪਾਇਠਾਢੀਹਮਜਿਮਜਿਮਸੁਭਟਜੁਝੈਹੈ॥
ਇਕ ਪੈਰ ਉਤੇ ਖੜੋ ਕੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਵੇਖਾਂਗੀਆਂ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਸੂਰਮੇ ਜੂਝਦੇ ਹਨ,
ਤਿਮਤਿਮਘਾਲਿਪਾਲਕੀਆਪਨਅਮਰਪੁਰੀਲੈਜੈਹੈ॥
(ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ) ਤਿਵੇਂ ਤਿਵੇਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਾਲਕੀ ਵਿਚ ਬਿਠਾ ਕੇ 'ਅਮਰ ਪੁਰੀ' (ਸਵਰਗ) ਵਿਚ ਲੈ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ।
That they would stand on one foot and observe the warriors fighting and immediately take them to heaven, causing them to sit in their palanquins
ਚੰਦਨਚਾਰੁਚਿਤ੍ਰਚੰਦਨਕੇਚੰਚਲਅੰਗਚੜਾਊ॥
(ਉਸ ਦਿਨ) ਚੰਦਨ ਦੇ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਚਿਤਰ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਚੰਦਨ ਵਰਗੇ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਸ਼ਰੀਰ ਉਤੇ ਲਗਾਵਾਂਗੀਆਂ
ਜਾਦਿਨਸਮਰਸੁਅੰਬਰਕਰਿਕੈਪਰਮਪਿਅਰਵਹਿਪਾਊ॥
ਜਿਸ ਦਿਨ ਯੁੱਧ ਰੂਪ ਸੁਅੰਬਰ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਪਰਮ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਾਂਗੀਆਂ।
The day on which they would come into contact with their beloved one, on that day they would decorated with sandal their pretty limbs
ਤਾਦਿਨਦੇਹਸਫਲਕਰਿਮਾਨੋਅੰਗਸੀਂਗਾਰਧਰੋ॥
ਉਸ ਦਿਨ ਸ਼ਰੀਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਫਲ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਮੰਨਾਂਗੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਗਾਂ ਉਤੇ ਸ਼ਿੰਗਾਰ ਕਰਾਂਗੀਆਂ।
ਜਾਦਿਨਸਮਰਸੁਯੰਬਰਸਖੀਰੀਪਾਰਸਨਾਥਬਰੋ॥੧੦੮॥
ਹੇ ਸਖੀ! ਜਿਸ ਦਿਨ ਯੁੱਧ ਸੁਅੰਬਰ ਵਿਚ ਪਾਰਸ ਨਾਥ ਨੂੰ ਵਰਾਂਗੀਆਂ ॥੧੦੮॥
O friend! the day on which they would wed Parasnath, on that day they would consider their body as fruitful and then embellish it.34.108.
