ਬੇਵਫ਼ਾਨੀਸਤਕਸੇਗਰਤੂਵਫ਼ਾਦਾਰਸ਼ਵੀ।
ਜੇਕਰ ਤੂੰ ਵਫਾਦਾਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਣ, ਤਾਣ ਹੋਰ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਬੇਵਫਾਈ ਨਹੀਣ ਕਰੇਗਾ,
And, anyone who becomes negligent and forgets Him is indeed guilty. (254)
ਵਕਤਆਨਸਤਕਿਬਰਵਕਤਖ਼ਬਰਦਾਰਸ਼ਵੀ।੬੧।੧।
ਸਮਾਣ ਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਤੂੰ ਵਕਤ ਨਾਲ ਇਸ ਸੱਚ ਤੋਣ ਹੁਸ਼ਿਆਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਣ ।
O Akaalpurakh ! Kindly bless me with such a courage and strength,
ਜਾਣਅਗਰਹਸਤਸਿਰਿਕਦਮਿਜਾਨਾਣਕੁਨ।
ਜੇਕਰ ਤੇਰੇ ਕੋਲ ਜਾਨ ਹੈ, ਤਾਣ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਦੇ ਕਦਮਾਣ ਤੋਣ ਵਾਰ ਦੇ,
So that this life of mine is spent in a worthwhile manner in remembering You. (255)
ਦਿਲਬ-ਦਿਲਦਾਰਬਿਦਿਹਜ਼ਾਕਿਤੂਦਿਲਦਾਰਸ਼ਵੀ।੬੧।੨।
ਆਪਣਾ ਦਿਲ ਦਿਲਦਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਦੇ ਦੇ, ਤਾਣ ਜੋ ਤੂੰ ਆਪ ਦਿਲਦਾਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇੰ ।
That life is worth living that is spent in remembering Akaalpurakh,
ਮੰਜ਼ਿਲਿਇਸ਼ਕਦਰਾਜ਼ਅਸਤਬ-ਪਾਨਤਵਾਣਰਫ਼ਤ।
ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਦਾ ਸਫਰ ਬਹੁਤ ਲੰਬਾ ਹੈ, ਪੈਰਾਣ ਨਾਲ ਨਹੀਣ ਤੁਰਿਆ ਜਾਣਾ,
Any part of it spent without His memory, is simply a waste and useless. (256)
ਸਰਕਦਮਸਾਜ਼ਕਿਤਾਦਰਰਹਿਆਣਯਾਰਸ਼ਵੀ।੬੧।੩।
ਆਪਣੇ ਸਿਰ ਨੂੰ ਪੈਰ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਚਲ, ਤਾਣ ਜੋ ਉਸ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਦੇ ਰਾਹ ਉੱਤੇ ਟੁਰ ਸਕੇਣ ।
There is no purpose (of life) better than the remembrance of Akaalpurakh,
ਗੁਫ਼ਤਗੂਇਹਮਾਕਸਦਰਖ਼ੋਰਿਇਦਰਾਕਿਖ਼ੁਦਅਸਤ।
ਸਾਡੇ ਲੋਕਾਣ ਦੀ ਗਲ ਬਾਤ ਆਪਣੀ ਸੂਝ ਬੂਝ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਹੈ,
And, our hearts and minds can never be pleased without remembering Him. (257)
ਲਭਫ਼ਰੋਬੰਦਕਿਤਾਮਹਿਰਮਿਅਸਰਾਰਸ਼ਵੀ।੬੧।੪।
ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੋਣਠ ਮੀਟੀ ਰੱਖ ਤਾਣ ਜੋ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਭੇਤਾਣ ਤੋਣ ਜਾਨੂ ਹੋ ਸਕੇਣ ।
The nostalgia about Waaheguru bestows upon us an eternal elation;
ਮੀਫ਼ਰੋਸ਼ਦਦਿਲਿਦੀਵਾਨਾਇਖ਼ੁਦਰਾਗੋਯਾ।
ਗੋਯਾ ਆਪਣਾ ਦੀਵਾਨਾ ਦਿਲ ਉਸ ਮਿਹਰ ਦੀ ਆਸ ਵਿਚ ਵੇਚ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ,
How fortunate we are that it shows us the direction (in our lives)!(258)
ਬ-ਉਮੀਦਿਕਰਮਿਆਣਕਿਖ਼ਰੀਦਾਰਸ਼ਵੀ।੬੧।੫।
ਕਿ ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਿਹਰ ਨਾਲ ਇਸਦਾ ਖਰੀਦਾਰ ਬਣ ਜਾਵੇਣ ।
Even though Akaalpurakh abides in the hearts of everyone,
