ਨਮੀਗੁਜੰਦਬਚਸ਼ਮਮਗ਼ੈਰਿਸ਼ਾਹਿਖ਼ੁਦ-ਪਸੰਦਿਮਨ।
ਮੇਰੀਆਣ ਅੱਖਾਣ ਵਿਚ ਮੇਰੇ ਖੁਦ-ਪਸੰਦ ਬਾਦਸ਼ਾਹ ਤੋਣ ਬਿਨਾਣ ਹੋਰ ਕੁਝ ਨਹੀਣ ਸਮਾਉਣਦਾ,
That you have turned your face away from Him just for the sake of this material world. (249)
ਬਚਸ਼ਮਮਖ਼ੁਸ਼ਨਿਸ਼ਸਤਆਣਕਾਮਤਿਬਖ਼ਤਿਬੁਲੰਦਿਮਨ।੬੦।੧।
ਮੇਰੀਆਣ ਅੱਖਾਣ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਵਡ-ਭਾਗੀ ਕੱਦ ਠੀਕ ਜੱਚ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ।
The worldly riches are not going to last for ever,
ਤਮਾਮੀਮੁਰਦਾਹਾਰਾਅਜ਼ਤਬੱਸੁਮਜ਼ਿੰਦਾਮੀਸਾਜ਼ਦ।
ਸਾਰੇ ਮੁਰਦਿਆਣ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਮੁਸਕਾਣ ਨਾਲ ਜੀਉਣਦਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ,
(Therefore) You should turn yourself towards Waaheguru even for just one moment. (250)
ਚੂਰੇਜ਼ਦਆਬਹੈਵਾਣਅਜ਼ਦਹਾਨਿਗੁੰਚਾ-ਖ਼ੰਦਿ-ਮਨ।੬੦।੨।
ਜਦੋਣ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਕਲੀ ਵਰਗੇ ਤੰਗ ਮੂੰਹ ਤੋਣ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਵਰ੍ਹਾਉਣਦਾ ਹੈ ।
When your heart and soul becomes inclined towards remembering Waaheguru,
ਬਰਾਇਦੀਦਨਿਤੂਦੀਦਾਅਮਸ਼ੁਦਚਸ਼ਮਾਇਕੌਸ਼ਰ।
ਤੇਰੇ ਦੀਦਾਰ ਲਈ ਮੇਰੀਆਣ ਅੱਖਾਣ ਚਸ਼ਮੇ ਦਾ ਸ੍ਰੋਤ ਬਣ ਗਈਆਾਣ,
Then, how and when would that pious and chaste Waaheguru be separated from you? (251)
ਬਿਆਜਾਨਾਣਕਿਕੁਰਬਾਨਿਤੂਜਾਨਿਦਰਦ-ਮੰਦਮਨ।੬੦।੩।
ਆ ਮੇਰੇ ਜਾਨੀ # ਕਿ ਮੇਰੀ ਦਰਦ-ਭਰੀ ਜਾਨ ਤੈਥੋਣ ਕੁਰਬਾਨ ।
If you remain negligent about paying close attention to the remembrance of lofty Akaalpurakh,
ਅਗਰਬੀਨੀਦਰੂਨਿਮਨਬਗ਼ੈਰਅਜ਼ਖ਼ੁਦਕੁਜਾਯਾਬੀ।
ਜੇਕਰ ਤੂੰ ਕਿਧਰੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਝਾਤੀ ਮਾਰੇਣ, ਤਾਣ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਬਿਨਾਣ ਉਸ ਵਿਚ ਹੋਰ ਕੁਝ ਨਹੀਣ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆਵੇਗਾ,
Then, you mentally alert person! How can there be a meeting between you and Him (You are here and He is somewhere else)? (252)
ਕਿਗ਼ੈਰਅਜ਼ਜ਼ਿਕਰਿਤੂੰਨਬੂਦਦਰੂਨਿਬੰਦਬੰਦਿਮਨ।੬੦।੪।
ਕਿਉਣ ਜੋ ਮੇਰੇ ਤਾਣ ਬੰਦ ਬੰਦ ਵਿਚ ਤੇਰੇ ਸਿਵਾ ਹੋਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਦਾ ਜ਼ਿਕਰ ਤੱਕ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਣ ।
Memory of Waaheguru is the cure-all for all pains and agonies of both the worlds;
ਮਨਮਯੱਕਮੁਸ਼ਤਿਗਿਲਗੋਯਾਦਰੂਨਮਨੂਰਿਓਲਾਮਅ।
ਗੋਯਾ # ਮੈਣ ਤਾਣ ਮਿੱਟੀ ਦੀ ਇਕ ਮੁੱਠ ਹਾਣ, ਮੇਰਾ ਅੰਦਰਲਾ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਨੂਰ ਦੀਆਣ ਕਿਰਨਾਣ ਨਾਲ ਭਰਿਆ ਪਿਆ ਹੈ,
His memory also directs all lost and strayed ones to the correct path. (253)
ਬਗ਼ਰਦਿਸ਼ਦਾਇਮਾਗਰਦਦਦਿਲਿਪੁਰਹੋਸ਼ਮੰਦਿਮਨ।੬੦।੫।
ਇਸਲਈ ਮੇਰਾ ਹੋਸ਼ਮੰਦ ਦਿਲ ਸਦਾ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਉਦਾਲੇ ਘੁੰਮਦਾ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ।
His remembrance is absolutely imperative for everyone,
