ਤਾਜਕਹੂੰਗਜਰਾਜਰਣੰਭਟਕੇਸਨਤੇਗਹਿਕੇਸਨਜੂਟੇ॥
ਰਣ-ਭੂਮੀ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਧਰੇ ਤਾਜ ਡਿਗੇ ਪਏ ਹਨ, (ਕਿਤੇ) ਵੱਡੇ ਹਾਥੀ (ਡਿਗੇ ਪਏ ਹਨ) ਅਤੇ ਕਿਤੇ ਯੋਧੇ (ਇਕ ਦੂਜੇ ਦੇ) ਕੇਸਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਕੜ ਕੇ ਰੁਝੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ।
ਪਉਨਸਮਾਨਬਹੈਕਲਿਬਾਨਸਬੈਅਰਿਬਾਦਲਸੇਚਲਿਫੂਟੇ॥੩੮੮॥
ਕਲਕੀ ਦੇ ਬਾਣ ਪੌਣ ਵਾਂਗ ਵਗਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ (ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ) ਵੈਰੀ ਦੇ ਦਲ ਨੂੰ ਬਦਲ ਵਾਂਗ ਖਿੰਡਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ॥੩੮੮॥
Somewhere neighing and somewhere the elephant were seen running, the warriors catching the hair of one another were engaged in fight with them, the arrows were being discharged like the wind and with them, the arrows were being discharged like the wind an
ਧਾਇਪਰੇਕਰਿਕੋਪਬੜੇਭਟਬਾਨਕਮਾਨਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਨਸੰਭਾਰੇ॥
ਵੱਡੇ ਸੂਰਮੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਪੈ ਗਏ ਹਨ (ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਹੱਥ ਵਿਚ) ਬਾਣ, ਕਮਾਨ, ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਨ (ਆਦਿ ਸ਼ਸਤ੍ਰ) ਸੰਭਾਲੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ।
ਪਟਿਸਲੋਹਹਥੀਪਰਸਾਕਰਿਕ੍ਰੋਧਚਹੂੰਦਿਸਚਉਕਪ੍ਰਹਾਰੇ॥
ਪਟਿਸ, ਲੋਹੇ ਦੇ ਹੱਥੇ ਵਾਲੀ ਬਰਛੀ, ਕੁਹਾੜੇ ਕ੍ਰੋਧਿਤ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਚੌਹਾਂ ਪਾਸੇ ਸਾਵਧਾਨੀ ਨਾਲ ਮਾਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
Holding their arrows, bows and swords the great warriors fell upon (the opponents), the warriors were striking blows from all the four directions, taking their swords, axes etc. in their hands
ਕੁੰਜਰਪੁੰਜਗਿਰੇਰਣਿਮੂਰਧਨਸੋਭਤਹੈਅਤਿਡੀਲਡਿਲਾਰੇ॥
ਹਾਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਝੁੰਡ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਰ ਰਣਭੂਮੀ ਵਿਚ ਡਿਗੇ ਪਏ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਕਦ-ਕਾਠ ਵਾਲੇ (ਹਾਥੀ) ਸ਼ੋਭਾ ਪਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
ਰਾਵਣਰਾਮਸਮੈਰਣਕੇਗਿਰਿਰਾਜਨੋਹਨਵੰਤਿਉਖਾਰੇ॥੩੮੯॥
(ਇੰਜ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਤ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ) ਮਾਨੋ ਰਾਵਣ ਤੇ ਰਾਮ ਦੇ ਯੁੱਧ ਵੇਲੇ ਹਨੂਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਪਰਬਤ ਨੂੰ ਉਖਾੜਿਆ ਹੋਵੇ ॥੩੮੯॥
There were groups of elephants fallen in the war on the side and support of their faces and they appeared like the mountains uprooted and thrown by Hanuman in the Rama-Ravana war.389.
ਚਓਪੁਚਰੀਚਤੁਰੰਗਚਮੂੰਕਰੁਣਾਲਯਕੇਪਰਸਿੰਧੁਰਪੇਲੇ॥
ਚਤੁਰੰਗਨੀ ਸੈਨਾ ('ਚਮੂੰ') ਬੜੇ ਚਾਉ ਨਾਲ ਚੜ੍ਹੀ ਹੈ, ਕਲਕੀ ('ਕਰੁਣਾਲਯ') ਉਪਰ ਹਾਥੀ ਚੜ੍ਹਾ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ।
ਧਾਇਪਰੇਕਰਿਕੋਪਹਠੀਕਰਕਾਟਿਸਬੈਪਗਦ੍ਵੈਨਪਿਛੇਲੇ॥
ਹਠੀਲੇ ਸੂਰਮੇ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਨਾਲ ਧਾ ਕੇ ਪੈ ਗਏ ਹਨ, ਹੱਥ ਨਾਲ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਕਟੀ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਕ ਕਦਮ ਵੀ ਪਿਛੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਧਰਦੇ।
Taking the fourfold army, the Lord (Kalki) was attacked through elephants through the persistent warriors were chopped, but still they did not retrace their steps
ਬਾਨਕਮਾਨਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਨਨਕੇਘਨਸ੍ਯਾਮਘਨੇਤਨਿਆਯੁਧਝੇਲੇ॥
ਘਨਸ਼ਿਆਮ (ਕਲਕੀ) ਨੇ ਤਨ ਉਤੇ ਬਾਣ, ਕਮਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਨ ਆਦਿ ਸ਼ਸਤ੍ਰ ਝਲੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ।
ਸ੍ਰੋਨਰੰਗੇਰਮਣੀਅਰਮਾਪਤਿਫਾਗੁਨਅੰਤਿਬਸੰਤਸੇਖੇਲੇ॥੩੯੦॥
ਭਗਵਾਨ ਕਲਕੀ ('ਰਮਾਪਤਿ') ਲਹੂ ਨਾਲ ਰੰਗੇ ਹੋਏ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਜ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ ਮਾਨੋ ਫਗਣ ਦੇ ਅੰਤ ਵਿਚ ਫਾਗ ਖੇਡ ਰਹੇ ਹੋਣ ॥੩੯੦॥
Enduring the blows of bows, swords and other weapons and dyed with blood, the Lord (Kalki) looked like one who had played Holi in the spring season.390.
ਘਾਇਸਬੈਸਹਿਕੈਕਮਲਾਪਤਿਕੋਪਿਭਰ੍ਯੋਕਰਿਆਯੁਧਲੀਨੇ॥
(ਵੈਰੀ ਦੇ) ਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਹਾਰ ਕੇ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਨਾਲ ਭਰੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਲਕੀ ਅਵਤਾਰ ('ਕਮਲਾਪਤਿ') ਨੇ ਹੱਥ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਸਤ੍ਰ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਲਏ ਹਨ।
ਦੁਜਨਸੈਨਬਿਖੈਧਸਿਕੈਛਿਨਮੈਬਿਨਪ੍ਰਾਣਸਬੈਅਰਿਕੀਨੇ॥
ਦੁਸ਼ਟਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੈਨਾ ਵਿਚ ਵੜ ਕੇ ਇਕ ਛਿਣ ਵਿਚ ਸਾਰੇ ਵੈਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਣਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
When wounded, the Lord was greatly enraged and he took his weapons in his hands, he penetrated into the army of the enemy and killed all of it in an instant
ਟੂਟਪਰੇਰਮਣੀਅਸਭੂਖਣਬੀਰਬਲੀਅਤਿਸੁੰਦਰਚੀਨੇ॥
ਸੁੰਦਰ ਤਲਵਾਰ ਰੂਪ ਭੂਸ਼ਣ ਧਾਰਨ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ (ਕਾਲਕੀ ਵੈਰੀ ਉਤੇ) ਟੁਟ ਕੇ ਪੈ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਬਲਵਾਨ ਯੋਧਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਸਮਝਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਯੌਉਪਮਾਉਪਜੀਮਨਮੈਰਣਭੂਮਿਕੋਮਾਨਹੁਭੂਖਨਦੀਨੇ॥੩੯੧॥
(ਕਵੀ ਦੇ) ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਪਮਾ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ਮਾਨੋ ਰਣ-ਭੂਮੀ (ਰੂਪ ਇਸਤਰੀ) ਨੂੰ ਗਹਿਣੇ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ੇ ਹੋਣ ॥੩੯੧॥
He fell upon the warriors and he seemed splendidly beautiful as if the had given the ornaments of wounds to all the warriors in the battlefield.391.
ਚਉਪਿਚੜਿਓਕਰਿਕੋਪਕਲੀਕ੍ਰਿਤਆਯੁਧਅੰਗਅਨੇਕਨਸਾਜੇ॥
ਕਲਕੀ ਨੇ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਉਤਸਾਹ ਪੂਰਵਕ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਰੀਰ ਉਤੇ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਸ਼ਸਤ੍ਰ ਸਜਾਏ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ।
ਤਾਲਮ੍ਰਿਦੰਗਉਪੰਗਮੁਚੰਗਸੁਭਾਤਿਅਨੇਕਭਲੀਬਿਧਿਬਾਜੇ॥
ਤਾਲ, ਮ੍ਰਿਦੰਗ, ਉਪੰਗ, ਮੁਚੰਗ (ਆਦਿ) ਅਨੇਕ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਾਜੇ ਵਜ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
The Lord Kalki, bedecked his limbs with weapons, and in great rage, went forward, many musical instruments including drums were played in the war-arena
ਪੂਰਿਫਟੀਛੁਟਿਧੂਰਜਟੀਜਟਦੇਵਅਦੇਵਦੋਊਉਠਿਭਾਜੇ॥
(ਸਾਰੇ ਜਗਤ ਵਿਚ) ਧੁੰਨ ਭਰ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਸ਼ਿਵ ਦੀ ਸਮਾਧੀ ਛੁਟ ਗਈ ਹੈ; ਦੇਵਤੇ ਅਤੇ ਦੈਂਤ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਉਠ ਕੇ ਭਜ ਗਏ ਹਨ,
ਕੋਪਕਛੂਕਰਿਕੈਚਿਤਮੋਕਲਕੀਅਵਤਾਰਜਬੈਰਣਿਗਾਜੇ॥੩੯੨॥
ਜਿਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਕਲਕੀ ਅਵਤਾਰ ਨੇ ਚਿਤ ਵਿਚ ਥੋੜਾ ਜਿੰਨਾ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਰਣ ਵਿਚ ਲਲਕਾਰਾ ਮਾਰਿਆ ਹੈ ॥੩੯੨॥
Seeing that dreadful war, the matted locks of Shiva were also loosened and both the gods and demons fled away, all this happened at that time when Kalki thundered in rage in the battlefield.392.
ਬਾਜਹਨੇਗਜਰਾਜਹਨੇਨ੍ਰਿਪਰਾਜਹਨੇਰਣਭੂਮਿਗਿਰਾਏ॥
ਘੋੜੇ ਮਾਰੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ, ਵੱਡੇ ਹਾਥੀ ਸੰਘਾਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ, ਰਾਜਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਰਣ-ਭੂਮੀ ਵਿਚ ਸੁਟ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
ਡੋਲਿਗਿਰਿਓਗਿਰਮੇਰਰਸਾਤਲਦੇਵਅਦੇਵਸਬੈਭਹਰਾਏ॥
(ਉਸ ਰੌਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣ ਕੇ) ਸੁਮੇਰ ਪਰਬਤ ਡੋਲ ਕੇ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਧਸ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ; ਦੇਵਤੇ ਅਤੇ ਦੈਂਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਘਬਰਾ ਗਏ ਹਨ।
The horses, elephants, and kings were killed in the battlefield, the Sumeru mountain trembled and thrust into the earth, the gods and demons both became fearful
ਸਾਤੋਊਸਿੰਧੁਸੁਕੀਸਰਤਾਸਬਲੋਕਅਲੋਕਸਬੈਥਹਰਾਏ॥
ਸੱਤਾਂ ਸਮੁੰਦਰਾਂ ਸਹਿਤ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਨਦੀਆਂ ਸੁਕ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ; ਲੋਕ ਅਤੇ ਅਲੋਕ (ਪਰਲੋਕ) ਸਾਰੇ ਹੀ ਕੰਬ ਗਏ ਹਨ।
ਚਉਕਚਕੇਦ੍ਰਿਗਪਾਲਸਬੈਕਿਹਪੈਕਲਕੀਕਰਿਕੋਪਰਿਸਾਏ॥੩੯੩॥
ਸਾਰੇ ਦਿਗਪਾਲ ਸੌਂ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਕਲਕੀ ਕ੍ਰੋਧਵਾਨ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਕਿਸ ਉਤੇ ਚੜ੍ਹੇ ਆਏ ਹਨ ॥੩੯੩॥
All the seven oceans and all the rivers dried up in fear all the people trembled, the guardians of all the directions were wonder-struck as to who had been attacked in anger by Kalki.393.
ਬਾਨਕਮਾਨਸੰਭਾਰਿਹਠੀਹਠਠਾਨਿਹਠੀਰਣਿਕੋਟਿਕੁਮਾਰੇ॥
ਹਠੀਲੇ ਯੋਧਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਬਾਣ ਅਤੇ ਕਮਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਕੇ ਹਠ ਪੂਰਵਕ ਰਣ-ਭੂਮੀ ਵਿਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਵੈਰੀ ਮਾਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ।
ਜਾਘਕਹੂੰਸਿਰਬਾਹਕਹੂੰਅਸਿਰੇਣੁਪ੍ਰਮਾਣਸਬੈਕਰਿਡਾਰੇ॥
ਕਿਤੇ ਜੰਘ, ਕਿਤੇ ਸਿਰ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਤੇ ਬਾਂਹ (ਪਈ ਹੈ) ਤਲਵਾਰ ਨੇ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਣਕਿਆਂ ਵਰਗਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
Holding his bow and arrows, Kalki, killed crores of enemies, the legs, heads and swords lay scattered at several places, the Lord (Kalki) rolled all in the dust
ਬਾਜਕਹੂੰਗਜਰਾਜਧੁਜਾਰਥਉਸਟਪਰੇਰਣਿਪੁਸਟਬਿਦਾਰੇ॥
ਕਿਤੇ ਘੋੜੇ, ਕਿਤੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਹਾਥੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਤੇ ਊਠ, ਝੰਡੇ ਅਤੇ ਰਥ ਰਣ-ਭੂਮੀ ਵਿਚ ਪਿਠ ਪਰਨੇ ਡਿਗੇ ਪਹੇ ਹਨ
ਜਾਨੁਕਬਾਗਬਨਿਓਰਣਿਮੰਡਲਪੇਖਨਕਉਜਟਿਧੂਰਪਧਾਰੇ॥੩੯੪॥
(ਅਤੇ ਕਲਕੀ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ) ਚੀਰ ਸੁਟਿਆ ਹੈ। (ਇੰਜ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਤ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ) ਮਾਨੋ ਰਣ-ਭੂਮੀ ਬਾਗ ਹੋਵੇ ਅਤੇ (ਉਸ ਨੂੰ) ਵੇਖਣ ਲਈ ਸ਼ਿਵ ਆਇਆ ਹੋਵੇ ॥੩੯੪॥
The elephants, horses, chariots and camels were lying dead, it seemed that the battlefield had become and arrows and Shiva was looking for it, roaming hither and thither.394.
ਲਾਜਭਰੇਅਰਿਰਾਜਚਹੂੰਦਿਸਭਾਜਿਚਲੇਨਹੀਆਨਿਘਿਰੇ॥
ਅਣਖ ਦੇ ਭਰੇ ਹੋਏ ਵੈਰੀ ਰਾਜੇ ਚੌਹਾਂ ਪਾਸਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਜ ਤੁਰੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਘੇਰੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ।
ਗਹਿਬਾਨਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਨਗਦਾਬਰਛੀਛਟਛੈਲਛਕੇਚਿਤਚੌਪਚਿਰੇ॥
ਤੀਰ, ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਨ, ਗਦਾ, ਬਰਛੀ (ਆਦਿ ਸ਼ਸਤ੍ਰ) ਪਕੜ ਕੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਯੋਧੇ ਚਿਤ ਵਿਚ ਚਾਉ ਨਾਲ ਭਰੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ।
The inimical kings, filled with shame ran in all the four directions and they again began to strike blows taking up their swords, maces, lances etc. with double zeal
ਪ੍ਰਤਿਮਾਨਸੁਜਾਨਅਜਾਨੁਭੁਜਾਕਰਿਪੈਜਪਰੇਨਹੀਫੇਰਿਫਿਰੇ॥
(ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ) ਪ੍ਰਤਿਨਿਧ ਸੁਜਾਨ (ਕਲਕੀ) ਜਿਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਭੁਜਾਵਾਂ ਗੋਡਿਆਂ ਤਕ ਹਨ, (ਉਸ ਉਤੇ ਵੈਰੀ ਰਾਜੇ) ਅਣਖ ਨਾਲ ਭਰ ਕੇ ਪੈ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਪਿਛੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਰਤੇ ਹਨ।
ਰਣਮੋਮਰਿਕੈਜਸਕੋਕਰਿਕੈਹਰਿਸੋਲਰਿਕੈਭਵਸਿੰਧੁਤਰੇ॥੩੯੫॥
ਰਣ ਵਿਚ ਮਰ ਕੇ ਯਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਕਲਕੀ ਅਵਤਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਯੁੱਧ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਸਾਗਰ ਤੋਂ ਤਰ ਗਏ ਹਨ ॥੩੯੫॥
He, whosoever came to fight with that most powerful Lord, did not return alive, he died while fighting with the Lord (Kalki) and earning approbation, ferried across the Ocean of fear.395.
ਰੰਗਸੋਜਾਨੁਸੁਰੰਗੇਹੈਸਿੰਧੁਰਛੂਟੀਹੈਸੀਸਪੈਸ੍ਰੋਨਅਲੇਲੈ॥
ਹਾਥੀ (ਲਹੂ ਦੇ) ਰੰਗ ਵਿਚ ਰੰਗੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ (ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ) ਸਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਲਹੂ ਦੀ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਧਾਰ ਵਗ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਬਾਜਗਿਰੇਭਟਰਾਜਕਹੂੰਬਿਚਲੇਕੁਪਕੈਕਲਕੇਅਸਿਕੇਲੈ॥
ਕਿਧਰੇ ਘੋੜੇ ਡਿਗੇ ਪਏ ਹਨ, ਕਿਤੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਦੇ ਸੂਰਮੇ ਵਿਚਲਿਤ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ; (ਕਿਉਂਕਿ) ਕਲਕੀ ਨੇ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਤਲਵਾਰ ਦੇ ਕੌਤਕ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ।
With the currents of blood, having fallen on them, the elephants are seen dyed in beautiful colour, the Lord Kalki, in his fury, wrought such a havoc that somewhere the horses have fallen down and somewhere the superb warriors have been knocked down
ਚਾਚਰਜਾਨੁਕਰੈਬਸੁਧਾਪਰਜੂਝਿਗਿਰੇਪਗਦ੍ਵੈਨਪਛੇਲੈ॥
(ਸੂਰਮੇ ਇਤਨੀ ਫੁਰਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਲੜ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ) ਜਿਵੇਂ ਧਰਤੀ ਉਤੇ ਗਿਧਾ ਪਾ ਰਹੇ ਹੋਣ; ਲੜ ਕੇ ਡਿਗ ਪੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਪਰ ਕਦਮ ਪਿਛੇ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਚੁਕਦੇ।
ਜਾਨੁਕਪਾਨਕੈਭੰਗਮਲੰਗਸੁਫਾਗੁਨਅੰਤਿਬਸੰਤਸੋਖੇਲੈ॥੩੯੬॥
(ਇੰਜ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਤ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ) ਮਾਨੋ ਫਗਣ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੇ ਅੰਤ ਉਤੇ ਫਾਗ ਖੇਡ ਕੇ ਮਲੰਗ ਭੰਗ ਪੀ ਕੇ ਸੁੱਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਹੋਣ ॥੩੯੬॥
Though the warriors are definitely falling on the earth, but they are not retracing even two steps backwards, they all seen like the wrestlers playing Holi after drinking hemp.396.
ਜੇਤਕਜੀਤਿਬਚੇਸੁਸਬੈਭਟਚਓਪਚੜੇਚਹੁੰਓਰਨਧਾਏ॥
ਜਿਤਨੇ ਵੀ ਸੂਰਮੇ ਜੀਉਂਦੇ ਬਚ ਗਏ, ਉਹ ਉਤਸਾਹ ਨਾਲ ਭਰ ਕੇ ਫਿਰ ਚੜ੍ਹੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ (ਕਲਕੀ ਉਤੇ) ਚੌਹਾਂ ਪਾਸਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
ਬਾਨਕਮਾਨਗਦਾਬਰਛੀਅਸਿਕਾਢਿਲਏਕਰਮੋਚਮਕਾਏ॥
ਬਾਨ, ਕਮਾਨ, ਗਦਾ, ਬਰਛੀ ਅਤੇ ਤਲਵਾਰ (ਆਦਿ ਸ਼ਸਤ੍ਰ) ਕਢ ਕੇ ਹੱਥ ਵਿਚ ਚਮਕਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ।

ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕਲਕੀ ਅਵਤਾਰ ਨੇ ਹੱਥ ਵਿਚ ਤਲਵਾਰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਇਕਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਭਜ ਗਏ ਹਨ ॥੩੯੭॥
Whipping their horses and waving like the clouds of Sawan, they penetrated into the enemy’s army, but taking his sword in his hand, the Lord (Kalki) killed many and many and many fled away.397.
ਮਾਰਮਚੀਬਿਸੰਭਾਰਜਬੈਤਬਆਯੁਧਛੋਰਿਸਬੈਭਟਭਾਜੇ॥
ਜਦੋਂ (ਕਲਕੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ) ਬੇਸੁਧ ਕਰ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਮਾਰ ਮਚੀ ਤਦ ਸਾਰੇ ਯੋਧੇ ਹਥਿਆਰ ਛਡ ਕੇ ਭਜ ਗਏ ਹਨ।
ਡਾਰਿਹਥ੍ਯਾਰਉਤਾਰਿਸਨਾਹਿਸੁਏਕਹੀਬਾਰਭਜੇਨਹੀਗਾਜੇ॥
(ਯੋਧੇ) ਸ਼ਸਤ੍ਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਟ ਕੇ, ਕਵਚਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਾਰ ਕੇ ਇਕੋ ਵਾਰ ਹੀ ਭਜ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਕ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਡਟਿਆ ਹੈ।
When the dreadful war was waged in this way, the warriors fled away, leaving behind their weapons, they put off their armours and throwing their weapons fled and then they did not shout

ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕਲਕੀ ਅਵਤਾਰ ਸਾਰੇ ਹਥਿਆਰ ਧਾਰਨ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਉਥੇ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਬਿਰਾਜੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ
ਭੂਮਿਅਕਾਸਪਤਾਰਚਕਿਓਛਬਿਦੇਵਅਦੇਵਦੋਊਲਖਿਲਾਜੇ॥੩੯੮॥
ਕਿ ਭੂਮੀ, ਆਕਾਸ਼, ਪਾਤਾਲ ਹੈਰਾਨ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ (ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ) ਛਬੀ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਦੇਵਤੇ ਅਤੇ ਦੈਂਤ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਸ਼ਰਮਿੰਦੇ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ॥੩੯੮॥
Kalki, catching his weapons in the battlefield looks so charming that seeing his beauty, the earth, sky and nether-world were all feeling shy.398.
ਦੇਖਿਭਜੀਪ੍ਰਤਿਨਾਅਰਿਕੀਕਲਕੀਅਵਤਾਰਹਥ੍ਯਾਰਸੰਭਾਰੇ॥
ਵੈਰੀ ਦੀ ਸੈਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਭਜੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਕਲਕੀ ਅਵਤਾਰ ਨੇ ਹੱਥ ਵਿਚ ਹਥਿਆਰ ਫੜ ਲਏ ਹਨ।
ਬਾਨਕਮਾਨਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਨਗਦਾਛਿਨਬੀਚਸਬੈਕਰਿਚੂਰਨਡਾਰੇ॥
ਬਾਨ, ਕਮਾਨ, ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਗਦਾ (ਪਕੜ ਕੇ ਵੈਰੀ ਦੇ) ਸਾਰਿਆਂ (ਸੂਰਮਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ) ਛਿਣ ਭਰ ਵਿਚ ਚੂਰ ਚੂਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
Seeing the army of the enemy running away, Kalki holding his weapons his bow and arrows, his sword, his mace etc., mashed everyone in an instant
ਭਾਗਿਚਲੇਇਹਭਾਤਿਭਟਾਜਿਮਿਪਉਨਬਹੇਦ੍ਰੁਮਪਾਤਨਿਹਾਰੇ॥
ਯੋਧੇ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਭਜ ਚਲੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਪੌਣ ਦੇ ਚਲਣ ਨਾਲ ਬ੍ਰਿਛਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪੱਤਰ (ਡਿਗਦੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ) ਵੇਖੀਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਪੈਨਪਰੀਕਛੁਮਾਨਰਹਿਓਨਹਿਬਾਨਨਡਾਰਿਨਿਦਾਨਪਧਾਰੇ॥੩੯੯॥
(ਕਲਕੀ ਅਵਤਾਰ ਦੀ) ਤਿਖੀ (ਤਲਵਾਰ) ਅਜਿਹੀ ਪਈ ਕਿ ਕਿਸੇ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਮਾਣ ਨਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਤ ਵਿਚ ਬਾਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਟ ਕੇ ਭਜ ਗਏ ॥੩੯੯॥
The warriors ran away like the leaves before the blow of wind, those who took shelter, survived, the others, discharging their arrows fled away.399.
