ਅੰਤਿਕਾਲਿਜੋਹੋਇਸਹਾਈ॥
ਜੋ ਅੰਤ-ਕਾਲ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
O Brother! Why do you not meditate on Him, who will help you at the time of death?
ਫੋਕਟਧਰਮਲਖੋਕਰਭਰਮਾ॥
ਫੋਕਟ ਧਰਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਰਮ ਸਮਝੋ
ਇਨਤੇਸਰਤਨਕੋਈਕਰਮਾ॥੪੯॥
(ਕਿਉਂਕਿ) ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਕੰਮ ਰਾਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਆ ਸਕਦਾ ॥੪੯॥
Consider the vain religions as illusory, because they do not serve our purpose (of life).49.
ਇਹਕਾਰਨਿਪ੍ਰਭਹਮੈਬਨਾਯੋ॥
ਇਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੇ ਸਾਡੀ ਸਿਰਜਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ
ਭੇਦੁਭਾਖਿਇਹਲੋਕਪਠਾਯੋ॥
ਅਤੇ (ਇਹ ਸਾਰਾ) ਭੇਦ ਦਸ ਕੇ ਇਸ ਲੋਕ ਵਿਚ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਹੈ।
For this reason the Lord created me and sent me in this world, telling me the secret.
ਜੋਤਿਨਕਹਾਸੁਸਭਨਉਚਰੋ॥
ਜੋ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ, (ਕੇਵਲ) ਉਹੀ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਸਾਂਗਾ
ਡਿੰਭਵਿੰਭਕਛੁਨੈਕਨਕਰੋ॥੫੦॥
ਅਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਪਾਖੰਡ ਆਦਿ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ ॥੫੦॥
Whatever He told me, I say unto you, there is not even a little heresay in it.50.
ਰਸਾਵਲਛੰਦ॥
ਰਸਾਵਲ ਛੰਦ:
RASAAVAL STANZA
ਨਜਟਾਮੁੰਡਿਧਾਰੌ॥
(ਮੈਂ) ਨਾ ਸਿਰ ਉਤੇ ਜਟਾਵਾਂ ਧਾਰਨ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ,
ਨਮੁੰਦ੍ਰਕਾਸਵਾਰੌ॥
ਨਾ (ਕੰਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ) ਮੁੰਦਰਾਂ ਪਾਵਾਂਗਾ,
I neither wear matted hair on the head nor bedeck myself with ear-rings.
ਜਪੋਤਾਸਨਾਮੰ॥
(ਕੇਵਲ) ਉਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਜਪਾਂਗਾ,
ਸਰੈਸਰਬਕਾਮੰ॥੫੧॥
(ਜਿਸ ਕਰਕੇ) ਸਾਰੇ ਕੰਮ ਸਿਰੇ ਚੜ੍ਹਦੇ ਹਨ ॥੫੧॥
I meditate on the Name of the Lord, which helps me in all my errands.51.
ਨਨੈਨੰਮਿਚਾਉ॥
ਨ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਮੀਟ ਕੇ (ਬੈਠਾਂਗਾ)
ਨਡਿੰਭੰਦਿਖਾਉ॥
ਨਾ ਹੀ ਕੋਈ ਪਾਖੰਡ ਜਾਂ ਆਡੰਬਰ ਦਿਖਾਵਾਂਗਾ।
Neither I close my eyes, nor exhibit heresy.
ਨਕੁਕਰਮੰਕਮਾਉ॥
ਨਾ ਕੋਈ ਮਾੜਾ ਕਰਮ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ
ਨਭੇਖੀਕਹਾਉ॥੫੨॥
ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ (ਕੋਈ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼) ਭੇਖਧਾਰੀ ਅਖਵਾਵਾਂਗਾ ॥੫੨॥
Nor perform evil actions, nor cause others to call me a person in disguise. 52.

CHAUPAI
ਜੇਜੇਭੇਖਸੁਤਨਮੈਧਾਰੈ॥
ਜੋ ਜੋ (ਸਾਧਕ) ਸ਼ਰੀਰ ਉਤੇ (ਕੋਈ ਨਾ ਕੋਈ) ਭੇਖ ਧਾਰਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ,
ਤੇਪ੍ਰਭਜਨਕਛੁਕੈਨਬਿਚਾਰੈ॥
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ (ਭੇਖਧਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ) ਸੱਚੇ ਸਾਧਕ (ਪ੍ਰਭੂ-ਜਨ) ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਮਝਦੇ।
Those persons who adopt different guises are never liked by the men of God.
ਸਮਝਲੇਹੁਸਭਜਨਮਨਮਾਹੀ॥
ਸਭ ਲੋਕ (ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਨੂੰ ਚੰਗੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ) ਆਪਣੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਸਮਝ ਲੈਣ
ਡਿੰਭਨਮੈਪਰਮੇਸੁਰਨਾਹੀ॥੫੩॥
ਕਿ ਪਾਖੰਡਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ਵਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ (ਅਰਥਾਤ ਪਾਖੰਡੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ) ॥੫੩॥
All of you may understanding this that God is absent form all these guises.53.
ਜੇਜੇਕਰਮਕਰਿਡਿੰਭਦਿਖਾਹੀ॥
ਜਿਹੜੇ ਜਿਹੜੇ (ਲੋਕ) ਕਰਮ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਪਾਖੰਡ ਵਿਖਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ,
ਤਿਨਪਰਲੋਕਨਮੋਗਤਿਨਾਹੀ॥
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਰਲੋਕ ਵਿਚ ਗਤੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੀ।
Those who exhibit various garbs through various actions, they never get release in the next world.
ਜੀਵਤਚਲਤਜਗਤਕੇਕਾਜਾ॥
(ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ) ਜੀਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਸੰਸਾਰਿਕ ਕੰਮ ਚਲਦੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ (ਅਰਥਾਤ ਮਾਨ ਮਰਯਾਦਾ ਬਣੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ)
ਸ੍ਵਾਂਗਦੇਖਿਕਰਿਪੂਜਤਰਾਜਾ॥੫੪॥
ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ (ਬਾਹਰਲੇ) ਸਾਂਗ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ (ਕਈ) ਰਾਜੇ ਵੀ (ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ) ਪੂਜਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਗ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ॥੫੪॥
While alive, their worldly desires may be fulfilled and the king may be pleased on seeing their mimicry.54.
ਸੁਆਂਗਨਮੈਪਰਮੇਸੁਰਨਾਹੀ॥
(ਪਰ ਸੱਚੀ ਗੱਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ) ਸਾਂਗਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ਵਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲਦਾ
ਖੋਜਿਫਿਰੈਸਭਹੀਕੋਕਾਹੀ॥
(ਭਾਵੇਂ) ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕ ਕਿਤੇ ਵੀ (ਕਿਉਂ ਨ) ਖੋਜਦੇ ਫਿਰਨ।
The Lord-God is not present in such mimics, even all the places be serched by all.
ਅਪਨੋਮਨੁਕਰਮੋਜਿਹਆਨਾ॥
ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਨ ਨੂੰ ਹੱਥ (ਕਾਬੂ) ਵਿਚ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ,
ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮਕੋਤਿਨੀਪਛਾਨਾ॥੫੫॥
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਹੀ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਨੂੰ ਪਛਾਣਿਆ ਹੈ ॥੫੫॥
Only those who controlled their minds, recognized the Supreme Brahman.55.
ਦੋਹਰਾ॥
ਦੋਹਰਾ:
DOHRA
ਭੇਖਦਿਖਾਏਜਗਤਕੋਲੋਗਨਕੋਬਸਿਕੀਨ॥
(ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ) ਜਗਤ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਖ ਵਿਖਾ ਕੇ, ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਸ ਵਿਚ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ,
Those who exhibit various guises in the world and win people on their side.
ਅੰਤਿਕਾਲਿਕਾਤੀਕਟਿਯੋਬਾਸੁਨਰਕਮੋਲੀਨ॥੫੬॥
(ਉਹ) ਅੰਤ ਸਮੇਂ ਕਾਲ ਦੀ ਛੁਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਕਟੇ ਹੋਏ ਨਰਕਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਜਾਣਗੇ ॥੫੬॥
They will reside in hell, when the sword of death chops them. 56.
ਚੌਪਈ॥

ਜੇਜੇਜਗਕੋਡਿੰਭਦਿਖਾਵੈ॥
ਜੋ ਜੋ ਜਗਤ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਖੰਡ ਵਿਖਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ
ਲੋਗਨਮੂੰਡਿਅਧਿਕਸੁਖਪਾਵੈ॥
ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਿਰ ਮੁਨ ਕੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਸੁਖ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
Those who exhibit different guises, find disciples and enjoy great comforts.
ਨਾਸਾਮੂੰਦਕਰੈਪਰਣਾਮੰ॥
ਜੋ ਨਾਸਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਨਾਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ,
ਫੋਕਟਧਰਮਨਕਉਡੀਕਾਮੰ॥੫੭॥
(ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ) ਇਹ ਧਰਮ-ਕਰਮ ਕੌਡੀ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ ॥੫੭॥
Those who their nostrils and perform prostrations, their religious discipline is vain and useless.57.
ਫੋਕਟਧਰਮਜਿਤੇਜਗਕਰਹੀ॥
ਜਗਤ ਵਿਚ (ਜਿਤਨੇ ਵੀ) ਫੋਕਟ ਧਰਮ ਆਚਾਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ,
ਨਰਕਿਕੁੰਡਭੀਤਰਤੇਪਰਹੀ॥
ਉਹ (ਸਭ) ਨਰਕ-ਕੁੰਡ ਵਿਚ ਪੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
All the followers of the futile path, fall into hell from within.
ਹਾਥਹਲਾਏਸੁਰਗਿਨਜਾਹੂ॥
(ਕੇਵਲ) ਹੱਥ ਹਿਲਾਉਣ ਨਾਲ ਸੁਅਰਗ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾ ਸਕੀਦਾ,
ਜੋਮਨੁਜੀਤਸਕਾਨਹਿਕਾਹੂ॥੫੮॥
ਜਦ ਤਕ ਕੋਈ ਮਨ ਉਤੇ ਜਿਤ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ॥੫੮॥
They cannot go to heavens with the movement of the hands, because they could not control their minds in any way. 58.
ਕਬਿਬਾਚਦੋਹਰਾ॥
ਕਵੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, ਦੋਹਰਾ:

ਜੋਨਿਜਪ੍ਰਭਮੋਸੋਕਹਾਸੋਕਹਿਹੋਜਗਮਾਹਿ॥
ਜੋ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ, ਉਹੀ ਮੈਂ ਜਗਤ ਵਿਚ ਕਹਿ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ।
Whatever my Lord said to me, I say the same in the world.
ਜੋਤਿਹਪ੍ਰਭਕੋਧਿਆਇਹੈਅੰਤਿਸੁਰਗਕੋਜਾਹਿ॥੫੯॥
ਜੋ ਉਸ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਕਰਨਗੇ, ਉਹੀ ਅੰਤ ਵਿਚ ਸੁਅਰਗ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਗੇ ॥੫੯॥
Those who have meditated on the Lord, ultimately go to heaven.59.
ਦੋਹਰਾ॥
ਦੋਹਰਾ:
DOHRA
ਹਰਿਹਰਿਜਨਦੁਈਏਕਹੈਬਿਬਬਿਚਾਰਕਛੁਨਾਹਿ॥
ਹਰਿ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿ-ਜਨ (ਸਾਧਕ) ਦੋਵੇਂ ਇਕ ਹਨ, (ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਚ) ਕੋਈ ਹੋਰ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।
The Lord and His devotees are one, there is no difference between them.
ਜਲਤੇਉਪਜਿਤਰੰਗਜਿਉਜਲਹੀਬਿਖੈਸਮਾਹਿ॥੬੦॥
ਜਿਵੇਂ ਜਲ ਤੋਂ ਤਰੰਗ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਫਿਰ ਜਲ ਵਿਚ ਹੀ ਸਮਾ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ (ਅਰਥਾਤ ਉਹ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਤੋਂ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਫਿਰ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਵਿਚ ਹੀ ਸਮਾ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ) ॥੬੦॥
Just as the wave of water, arising in water, merges in water.60.
