Fifth Mahalaa:
ਜਿਮੀਵਸੰਦੀਪਾਣੀਐਈਧਣੁਰਖੈਭਾਹਿ॥
(ਜਿਵੇਂ) ਧਰਤੀ ਪਾਣੀ ਵਿਚ (ਅਡੋਲ) ਵੱਸਦੀ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਨੂੰ ਆਸਰਾ ਭੀ ਦੇਂਦੀ ਹੈ, (ਜਿਵੇਂ) ਲੱਕੜੀ (ਆਪਣੇ ਅੰਦਰ) ਅੱਗ (ਲੁਕਾ ਕੇ) ਰੱਖਦੀ ਹੈ,
The earth is in the water, and the fire is contained in the wood.
ਨਾਨਕਸੋਸਹੁਆਹਿਜਾਕੈਆਢਲਿਹਭੁਕੋ॥੨॥
ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! (ਤਿਵੇਂ) ਉਹ ਖਸਮ (ਪ੍ਰਭੂ) ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਆਸਰੇ ਹਰੇਕ ਜੀਵ ਹੈ, (ਇਸ ਸਾਰੇ ਜਗਤ ਵਿਚ ਅਡੋਲ ਲੁਕਿਆ ਪਿਆ) ਹੈ ॥੨॥
O Nanak, yearn for that Lord, who is the Support of all. ||2||
ਪਉੜੀ॥
Pauree:
ਤੇਰੇਕੀਤੇਕੰਮਤੁਧੈਹੀਗੋਚਰੇ॥
(ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ!) ਜੋ ਜੋ ਕੰਮ ਤੂੰ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ ਇਹ ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈਂ।
The works which You have done, O Lord, could only have been performed by You.
ਸੋਈਵਰਤੈਜਗਿਜਿਕੀਆਤੁਧੁਧੁਰੇ॥
ਜਗਤ ਵਿਚ ਉਹੀ ਕੁਝ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਤੂੰ ਧੁਰ ਤੋਂ ਹੁਕਮ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
That alone happens in the world, which You, O Master, have done.
ਬਿਸਮੁਭਏਬਿਸਮਾਦਦੇਖਿਕੁਦਰਤਿਤੇਰੀਆ॥
ਤੇਰੀ ਅਸਰਜ ਕੁਦਰਤਿ ਵੇਖ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਹੈਰਾਨ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ।
I am wonderstruck beholding the wonder of Your Almighty Creative Power.
ਸਰਣਿਪਰੇਤੇਰੀਦਾਸਕਰਿਗਤਿਹੋਇਮੇਰੀਆ॥
(ਤੇਰੇ) ਦਾਸ ਤੇਰਾ ਆਸਰਾ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ (ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਮੇਹਰ ਕਰ!), ਮੇਰੀ ਭੀ ਆਤਮਕ ਅਵਸਥਾ ਉੱਚੀ ਕਰ!
I seek Your Sanctuary - I am Your slave; if it is Your Will, I shall be emancipated.
ਤੇਰੈਹਥਿਨਿਧਾਨੁਭਾਵੈਤਿਸੁਦੇਹਿ॥
(ਤੇਰੇ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ) ਖ਼ਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਤੇਰੇ (ਆਪਣੇ) ਹੱਥ ਵਿਚ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਚੰਗਾ ਲਗੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਤੂੰ (ਇਹ ਖ਼ਜ਼ਾਨਾ) ਦੇਂਦਾ ਹੈਂ।
The treasure is in Your Hands; according to Your Will, You bestow it.
ਜਿਸਨੋਹੋਇਦਇਆਲੁਹਰਿਨਾਮੁਸੇਇਲੇਹਿ॥
ਜਿਸ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਦਿਆਲ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਹਰਿ-ਨਾਮ (ਦੇਂਦਾ ਹੈਂ) ਉਹੀ ਜੀਵ ਤੇਰਾ ਨਾਮ-ਖ਼ਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
One, upon whom You have bestowed Your Mercy, is blessed with the Lord's Name.
ਅਗਮਅਗੋਚਰਬੇਅੰਤਅੰਤੁਨਪਾਈਐ॥
ਹੇ ਅਪਹੁੰਚ! ਹੇ ਅਗੋਚਰ! ਹੇ ਬੇਅੰਤ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਤੇਰਾ ਅੰਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ।
You are unapproachable, unfathomable and infinite; Your limits cannot be found.
ਜਿਸਨੋਹੋਹਿਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਲੁਸੁਨਾਮੁਧਿਆਈਐ॥੧੧॥
ਤੂੰ ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਉਤੇ ਤ੍ਰੁੱਠਦਾ ਹੈਂ ਉਹ ਤੇਰਾ ਨਾਮ ਸਿਮਰਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੧੧॥
One, unto whom You have been compassionate, meditates on the Naam, the Name of the Lord. ||11||
ਸਲੋਕਮਃ੫॥
Shalok, Fifth Mahalaa:
ਕੜਛੀਆਫਿਰੰਨਿੑਸੁਆਉਨਜਾਣਨਿੑਸੁਞੀਆ॥
ਕੜਛੀਆਂ (ਦਾਲ ਭਾਜੀ ਦੇ ਭਾਂਡੇ ਵਿਚ) ਫਿਰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ (ਪਰ ਉਹ ਉਸ ਦਾਲ ਭਾਜੀ) ਦਾ ਸੁਆਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਦੀਆਂ (ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਹ) ਖ਼ਾਲੀ (ਹੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੀਆਂ) ਹਨ,
The ladles cruise through the food, but they do not know the taste of it.
ਸੇਈਮੁਖਦਿਸੰਨਿੑਨਾਨਕਰਤੇਪ੍ਰੇਮਰਸਿ॥੧॥
ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! (ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ) ਉਹ ਮੂੰਹ (ਸੋਹਣੇ) ਦਿੱਸਦੇ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਦੇ ਸੁਆਦ ਵਿਚ ਰੰਗੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ (ਨਿਰੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਕੜਛੀਆਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਹੀ ਹਨ) ॥੧॥
I long to see the faces of those, O Nanak, who are imbued with the essence of the Lord's Love. ||1||

Fifth Mahalaa:
ਖੋਜੀਲਧਮੁਖੋਜੁਛਡੀਆਉਜਾੜਿ॥
(ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਾਮਾਦਿਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਖੇਤੀ) ਉਜਾੜ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਖੋਜ ਮੈਂ ਖੋਜ ਲੱਭਣ ਵਾਲੇ (ਗੁਰੂ) ਦੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਲੱਭ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ,
Through the Tracker, I discovered the tracks of those who ruined my crops.
ਤੈਸਹਿਦਿਤੀਵਾੜਿਨਾਨਕਖੇਤੁਨਛਿਜਈ॥੨॥
ਤੈਂ ਖਸਮ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਪੈਲੀ ਨੂੰ (ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਸਹੈਤਾ ਦੀ) ਵਾੜ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ, ਹੁਣ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੀ ਪੈਲੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਉਜੜਦੀ ॥੨॥
You, O Lord, have put up the fence; O Nanak, my fields shall not be plundered again. ||2||
ਪਉੜੀ॥
Pauree:
ਆਰਾਧਿਹੁਸਚਾਸੋਇਸਭੁਕਿਛੁਜਿਸੁਪਾਸਿ॥
ਉਸ ਸਦਾ-ਥਿਰ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਮਰੋ, ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਵੱਸ ਵਿਚ ਹਰੇਕ ਪਦਾਰਥ ਹੈ।
Worship in adoration that True Lord; everything is under His Power.
ਦੁਹਾਸਿਰਿਆਖਸਮੁਆਪਿਖਿਨਮਹਿਕਰੇਰਾਸਿ॥
ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਪਾਸਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਖਸਮ ਹੈ (ਭਾਵ, ਜੋ ਮਾਇਆ ਦੇ ਮੋਹ ਵਿਚ ਫਸਾਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਭੀ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਨਾਮ-ਰਸ ਦੀ ਦਾਤ ਭੀ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ), ਤੇ ਇਕ ਪਲਕ ਵਿਚ (ਸਾਰੇ ਕੰਮ) ਸਿਰੇ ਚਾੜ੍ਹ ਦੇਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
He Himself is the Master of both ends; in an instant, He adjusts our affairs.
ਤਿਆਗਹੁਸਗਲਉਪਾਵਤਿਸਕੀਓਟਗਹੁ॥
ਹੋਰ ਸਾਰੇ ਹੀਲੇ ਛੱਡੋ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਆਸਰਾ ਲਵੋ!
Renounce all your efforts, and hold fast to His Support.
ਪਉਸਰਣਾਈਭਜਿਸੁਖੀਹੂੰਸੁਖਲਹੁ॥
ਦੌੜ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਸਰਨ ਪਉ ਤੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਚੰਗਾ ਸੁਖ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰੋ!
Run to His Sanctuary, and you shall obtain the comfort of all comforts.
ਕਰਮਧਰਮਤਤੁਗਿਆਨੁਸੰਤਾਸੰਗੁਹੋਇ॥
ਜੇ ਸੰਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੰਗਤ ਮਿਲੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਉੱਚੀ ਸਮਝ (ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ) ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਜੋ (ਮਾਨੋ,) ਸਭ ਕਰਮਾਂ ਧਰਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਿਚੋੜ ਹੈ।
The karma of good deeds, the righteousness of Dharma and the essence of spiritual wisdom are obtained in the Society of the Saints.
ਜਪੀਐਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਨਾਮੁਬਿਘਨੁਨਲਗੈਕੋਇ॥
ਜੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ-ਨਾਮ ਸਿਮਰੀਏ ਤਾਂ (ਜੀਵਨ ਦੇ ਰਾਹ ਵਿਚ) ਕੋਈ ਰੁਕਾਵਟ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੈਂਦੀ।
Chanting the Ambrosial Nectar of the Naam, no obstacle shall block your way.
ਜਿਸਨੋਆਪਿਦਇਆਲੁਤਿਸੁਮਨਿਵੁਠਿਆ॥
ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਆਪ ਮੇਹਰਬਾਨ ਹੋਵੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਆ ਵੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ।
The Lord abides in the mind of one who is blessed by His Kindness.
ਪਾਈਅਨਿੑਸਭਿਨਿਧਾਨਸਾਹਿਬਿਤੁਠਿਆ॥੧੨॥
ਪ੍ਰਭੂ-ਮਾਲਕ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨ ਹੋਇਆਂ (ਮਾਨੋ) ਸਾਰੇ ਖ਼ਜ਼ਾਨੇ ਪਾ ਲਈਦੇ ਹਨ ॥੧੨॥
All treasures are obtained, when the Lord and Master is pleased. ||12||
ਸਲੋਕਮਃ੫॥
Shalok, Fifth Mahalaa:
ਲਧਮੁਲਭਣਹਾਰੁਕਰਮੁਕਰੰਦੋਮਾਪਿਰੀ॥
ਜਦੋਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਖਸਮ ਨੇ (ਮੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ) ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਤਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਲੱਭਣ-ਜੋਗ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੂੰ ਲੱਭ ਲਿਆ।
I have found the object of my search - my Beloved took pity on me.
ਇਕੋਸਿਰਜਣਹਾਰੁਨਾਨਕਬਿਆਨਪਸੀਐ॥੧॥
(ਹੁਣ) ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਇਕ ਕਰਤਾਰ ਹੀ (ਹਰ ਥਾਂ) ਦਿੱਸ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਕੋਈ ਹੋਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਸਦਾ ॥੧॥
There is One Creator; O Nanak, I do not see any other. ||1||

Fifth Mahalaa:
ਪਾਪੜਿਆਪਛਾੜਿਬਾਣੁਸਚਾਵਾਸੰਨਿੑਕੈ॥
ਸੱਚ (ਭਾਵ, ਸਿਮਰਨ) ਦਾ ਤੀਰ ਤਾਣ ਕੇ ਚੰਦਰੇ ਪਾਪਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਸਾ ਦੇ,
Take aim with the arrow of Truth, and shoot down sin.
ਗੁਰਮੰਤ੍ਰੜਾਚਿਤਾਰਿਨਾਨਕਦੁਖੁਨਥੀਵਈ॥੨॥
ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਦਾ ਸੋਹਣਾ ਮੰਤ੍ਰ ਚੇਤੇ ਕਰ, (ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ) ਦੁੱਖ ਨਹੀਂ ਵਿਆਪਦਾ ॥੨॥
Cherish the Words of the Guru's Mantra, O Nanak, and you shall not suffer in pain. ||2||
ਪਉੜੀ॥
Pauree:
ਵਾਹੁਵਾਹੁਸਿਰਜਣਹਾਰਪਾਈਅਨੁਠਾਢਿਆਪਿ॥
ਉਸ ਕਰਤਾਰ ਨੂੰ 'ਧੰਨ ਧੰਨ' ਆਖ ਜਿਸ ਨੇ (ਤੇਰੇ ਅੰਦਰ) ਆਪ ਠੰਢ ਪਾਈ ਹੈ।
Waaho! Waaho! The Creator Lord Himself has brought about peace and tranquility.
ਜੀਅਜੰਤਮਿਹਰਵਾਨੁਤਿਸਨੋਸਦਾਜਾਪਿ॥
ਉਸ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕਰ ਜੋ ਸਭ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਮਿਹਰਬਾਨ ਹੈ।
He is Kind to all beings and creatures; meditate forever on Him.
ਦਇਆਧਾਰੀਸਮਰਥਿਚੁਕੇਬਿਲਬਿਲਾਪ॥
ਸਮਰੱਥ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੇ (ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਉੱਤੇ) ਮੇਹਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਰੋਣੇ ਮੁੱਕ ਗਏ।
The all-powerful Lord has shown Mercy, and my cries of suffering are ended.
ਨਠੇਤਾਪਦੁਖਰੋਗਪੂਰੇਗੁਰਪ੍ਰਤਾਪਿ॥
ਪੂਰੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਨਾਲ ਉਸ ਦੇ (ਸਾਰੇ) ਕਲੇਸ਼, ਦੁੱਖ ਤੇ ਰੋਗ ਦੂਰ ਹੋ ਗਏ।
My fevers, pains and diseases are gone, by the Grace of the Perfect Guru.
ਕੀਤੀਅਨੁਆਪਣੀਰਖਗਰੀਬਨਿਵਾਜਿਥਾਪਿ॥
(ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ) ਗ਼ਰੀਬਾਂ (ਭਾਵ, ਦਰ-ਢੱਠਿਆਂ) ਨੂੰ ਨਿਵਾਜ ਕੇ ਥਾਪਣਾ ਦੇ ਕੇ (ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ) ਰੱਖਿਆ ਉਸ (ਪ੍ਰਭੂ) ਨੇ ਆਪ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ,
The Lord has established me, and protected me; He is the Cherisher of the poor.
ਆਪੇਲਇਅਨੁਛਡਾਇਬੰਧਨਸਗਲਕਾਪਿ॥
ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਬੰਧਨ ਕੱਟ ਕੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ (ਵਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ) ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਪ ਛੁਡਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ,
He Himself has delivered me, breaking all my bonds.
ਤਿਸਨਬੁਝੀਆਸਪੁੰਨੀਮਨਸੰਤੋਖਿਧ੍ਰਾਪਿ॥
ਤੇ ਸੰਤੋਖ ਨਾਲ ਰੱਜ ਜਾਣ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਨ ਦੀ ਆਸ ਪੂਰੀ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਤ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨਾ ਮਿਟ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
My thirst is quenched, my hopes are fulfilled, and my mind is contented and satisfied.
ਵਡੀਹੂੰਵਡਾਅਪਾਰਖਸਮੁਜਿਸੁਲੇਪੁਨਪੁੰਨਿਪਾਪਿ॥੧੩॥
(ਪਰ) ਬੇਅੰਤ (ਪ੍ਰਭੂ) ਖਸਮ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡਾ ਹੈ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ (ਜੀਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੀਤੇ) ਪੁੰਨ ਜਾਂ ਪਾਪ ਨਾਲ (ਜ਼ਾਤੀ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ) ਕੋਈ-ਲੱਗ-ਲਬੇੜ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ ॥੧੩॥
The greatest of the great, the Infinite Lord and Master - He is not affected by virtue and vice. ||13||
ਸਲੋਕਮਃ੫॥
Shalok, Fifth Mahalaa:
ਜਾਕਉਭਏਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਲਪ੍ਰਭਹਰਿਹਰਿਸੇਈਜਪਾਤ॥
ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਨੁੱਖਾਂ ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਜੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਉਹੀ ਹਰਿ-ਨਾਮ ਜਪਦੇ ਹਨ,
They alone meditate on the Lord God, Har, Har, unto whom the Lord is Merciful.
ਨਾਨਕਪ੍ਰੀਤਿਲਗੀਤਿਨਰਾਮਸਿਉਭੇਟਤਸਾਧਸੰਗਾਤ॥੧॥
ਤੇ, ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਸਾਧ ਸੰਗਤ ਵਿਚ ਮਿਲਣ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨਾਲ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਬਣ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ॥੧॥
O Nanak, they enshrine love for the Lord, meeting the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy. ||1||

Fifth Mahalaa:
ਰਾਮੁਰਮਹੁਬਡਭਾਗੀਹੋਜਲਿਥਲਿਮਹੀਅਲਿਸੋਇ॥
ਹੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਭਾਗਾਂ ਵਾਲਿਓ! ਉਸ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਮਰੋ ਜੋ ਪਾਣੀ ਵਿਚ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਉਪਰ (ਹਰ ਥਾਂ) ਮੌਜੂਦ ਹੈ।
Contemplate the Lord, O very fortunate ones; He is pervading in the water, the land and the sky.
ਨਾਨਕਨਾਮਿਅਰਾਧਿਐਬਿਘਨੁਨਲਾਗੈਕੋਇ॥੨॥
ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਜੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਸਿਮਰੀਏ ਤਾਂ (ਜੀਵਨ-ਰਾਹ ਵਿਚ) ਕੋਈ ਰੁਕਾਵਟ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੈਂਦੀ ॥੨॥
O Nanak, worshipping the Naam, the Name of the Lord, the mortal encounters no misfortune. ||2||
ਪਉੜੀ॥

ਭਗਤਾਕਾਬੋਲਿਆਪਰਵਾਣੁਹੈਦਰਗਹਪਵੈਥਾਇ॥
ਬੰਦਗੀ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਮਨੁੱਖਾਂ ਦਾ ਬੋਲਿਆ ਬਚਨ ਮੰਨਣ-ਯੋਗ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਦਰਗਾਹ ਵਿਚ (ਭੀ) ਕਬੂਲ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
The speech of the devotees is approved; it is accepted in the Court of the Lord.
ਭਗਤਾਤੇਰੀਟੇਕਰਤੇਸਚਿਨਾਇ॥
ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਭਗਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੇਰਾ ਆਸਰਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਸੱਚੇ ਨਾਮ ਵਿਚ ਰੰਗੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ।
Your devotees take to Your Support; they are imbued with the True Name.
ਜਿਸਨੋਹੋਇਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਲੁਤਿਸਕਾਦੂਖੁਜਾਇ॥
ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਉਤੇ ਮਿਹਰਬਾਨ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਦੁੱਖ ਦੂਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
