ਤਾਆਫ਼ਰੀਦਾਅਸਤਮਰਾਆਣਖ਼ੁਦਾਇਪਾਕ।
ਉਸ ਪਰਵਰਦਗਾਰ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਪੈਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ,
Such a blessed company will bestow upon you the humaneness. (197)
ता आफ़रीदा असत मरा आण क़ुदाइ पाक ।
ਜੁਜ਼ਹਰਫ਼ਿਨਾਮਿਹੱਕਨਿਆਇਦਜ਼ਿਜਿਸਮਿਖ਼ਾਕ੫੧੧।।।
ਕਿ ਮਿੱਟੀ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਸਰੀਰ ਵਿੱਚੋਣ ਰੱਬ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਬਿਨਾ ਹੋਰ ਕੁਝ ਨ ਨਿਕਲੇ ।
The purpose of human life is (ultimately) to merge with the Creator;
जुज़ हरफ़ि नामि हक निआइद ज़ि जिसमि क़ाक ।५१।१।
ਦਰਹਿਜਰਿਤੁਸਤਜਾਨੋਦਿਲਿਆਸ਼ਕਾਣਚੁਨੀਣ।
ਤੇਰੀ ਜੁਦਾਈ ਵਿਚ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਵਾਨਾਣ ਦੇ ਦਿਲ ਅਤੇ ਜਾਨ ਦੀ ਇਹ ਹਾਲਤ ਹੈ,
Absence of His description and discourse is tantamount to breaking away from every one else. (198)
दर हिजरि तुसत जानो दिलि आशकाण चुनीण ।
ਚੂੰਲਾਲਾਦਾਗ਼ਬਰਜਿਗਰੋਸੀਨਾਚਾਕਚਾਕ੫੧੨।।।
ਕਿ ਪੋਸਤ ਦੇ ਫੁਲ ਵਾਣਗ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਣ ਦਾ ਜਿਗਰ ਦਾਗਦਾਰ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸੀਨਾ ਲੀਰੋ ਲੀਰ ।
When a human being gets into the tradition of remembering Waaheguru,
चूं लाला दाग़ बर जिगरो सीना चाक चाक ।५१।२।
ਈਣਗੁਫ਼ਤਾਅਸਤਮਰਗਕਿਬੇ-ਯਾਦਿਹੱਕਬਵਦ।
ਰੱਬ ਦੀ ਯਾਦ ਤੋਣ ਬਿਨਾਣ ਵਕਤ ਨੂੰ ਮੌਤ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ,
He becomes conversant with the attainment of both life and soul. (199)
ईण गुफ़ता असत मरग कि बे-यादि हक बवद ।
ਚੂੰਸਾਇਆਤੂਹਸਤਨਦਾਰੇਮਹੀਚਬਾਕ੫੧੩।।।
ਜਦ ਤਕ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਤੇਰੀ ਛਤਰ-ਛਾਇਆ ਨਸੀਬ ਹੈ, ਸਾਨਿੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਡਰ ਨਹੀਣ ।
He will be redeemed and set free from the attachments of this revolving world when someone breaks away his connections from it;
चूं साइआ तू हसत नदारेम हीच बाक ।५१।३।
ਤਖ਼ਤੋਨਗੀਣਗੁਜ਼ਾਸ਼ਤਾਸ਼ਾਹਾਣਜ਼ਬਹਿਰੇਤੂ।
ਤੇਰੀ ਖਾਤਰ ਬਾਦਸ਼ਾਹਾਣ ਨੇ ਤਖਤ ਤੇ ਰਾਜ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤੇ,
Then, he would become detached from the material distractions like a seeker of spiritual knowledge. (200)
तक़तो नगीण गुज़ाशता शाहाण ज़ बहिरे तू ।
ਬਿਕੁਸ਼ਾਜ਼ਿਰੁਖ਼ਨਕਾਬਕਿਆਲਮਸ਼ੁਦਾਹਲਾਕ੫੧੪।।।
ਮੁਖੜੇ ਤੋਣ ਬੁਰਕਾ ਚੁਕ, ਕਿਉਣਕਿ ਸਾਰਾ ਜਗ ਮਰਿਆ ਪਿਆ ਹੈ ।
He was applauded in both the worlds,
बिकुशा ज़ि रुक़ नकाब कि आलम शुदा हलाक ।५१।४।
ਐਖ਼ਾਕਿਦਰਗਹਿਤੂਸ਼ਫ਼ਾ-ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ਿਆਲਮਅਸਤ।
ਐ ਕਿ ਤੇਰੀ ਦਰਗਾਹ ਦੀ ਧੂੜ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਤੰਦਰੁਸਤੀ ਬਖਸ਼ਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਹੈ,
When anyone imbued his heart and soul with the remembrance of Akaalpurakh. (201)
ऐ क़ाकि दरगहि तू शफ़ा-बक़शि आलम असत ।
ਰਹਿਮੇਬਿਕੁਨਬਹਾਲਿਗਰੀਬਾਨਿਦਰਦਨਾਕ੫੧੫।।।
ਤੂੰ ਦਰਦ ਦੇ ਮਾਰੇ ਪਰਦੇਸੀਆਣ ਦੇ ਹਾਲ ਤੇ ਤਰਸ ਕਰ ।
The body of such a person begins to radiate like the sun,
रहिमे बिकुन बहालि गरीबानि दरदनाक ।५१।५।
ਦੁਨਿਆ-ਸਤਕਾਣਖ਼ਰਾਬਕੁਨਿਹਰਦੋਆਲਮਅਸਤ।
ਇਹ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਹੀ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਦੋਹਾਣ ਜਹਾਨਾਣ ਨੂੰ ਬਰਬਾਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ,
When he, in the company of saintly persons, has attained the real Truth. (202)
दुनिआ-सत काण क़राब कुनि हर दो आलम असत ।
ਦਾਰਾਬਖ਼ਾਕਰਫ਼ਤਾਓਕਾਰੂੰਸ਼ੁਦਾਹਲਾਕ੫੧੬।।।
ਦਾਰਾ ਵੀ ਮਿੱਟੀ ਵਿਚ ਰਲ ਗਿਆ, ਅਤੇ ਕਾਰੂੰ ਵੀ ਮਾਰਿਆ ਗਿਆ ।
He remembered the Naam of Akaalpurakh day and night,
दारा बक़ाक रफ़ता ओ कारूं शुदा हलाक ।५१।६।
ਚਸ਼ਮਮਹਮੇਸ਼ਾਬੇਤੂਗੁਹਰਬਾਰਮੀਸ਼ਵਦ।
ਤੇਰੇ ਬਿਨਾਣ ਮੇਰੀ ਅੱਖ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਇਉਣ ਮੋਤੀ ਕੇਰਦੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ,
Then only the discourses and praises of the Lord became his support. (203)
चशमम हमेशा बे तू गुहर बार मी शवद ।
ਗੋਯਾਮਿਸਾਲਿਦਾਨਾਕਿਅਜ਼ਖ਼ੋਸ਼ਾ-ਹਾਇਤਾਕ੫੧੭।।।
ਜਿਵੇਣ ਅੰਗੂਰਾਣ ਦੇ ਗੁੱਛਿਆਣ ਵਿੱਚੋਣ ਦਾਨੇ ਡਿਗਦੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ।
Anyone who has received the support of Akaalpurakh due to his meditation,
गोया मिसालि दाना कि अज़ क़ोशा-हाइ ताक ।५१।७।
