ਮੁਦਾਮਬਾਦਾ-ਕਸ਼ੋਸੂਫੀਓਸਫ਼ਾਮੀਬਾਸ਼।
ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਤੂ ਨਸ਼ਈ ਹੋਨ ਤੋਣ ਬਾਦ ਸੂਫੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਫ ਬਨ ਜਾ,
Whosoever prostrates before Waaheguru every morning
ਤਮਾਮਿਜ਼ੁਹਦਸ਼ੌਵਰਿੰਦਿਬੀਨਵਾਮੀਬਾਸ਼।੪੦।੧।
ਤੂੰ ਸਾਰੇ ਦਾ ਸਾਰਾ ਬੰਦਗੀ ਹੋ ਜਾ, ਅਤੇ ਮਲੰਗ ਰਿੰਦ ਬਣ ਜਾ ।
Waaheguru makes him firm (believer) in contentment and faith. (32)
ਬਸੂਇਗ਼ੈਰਮਿਅਫ਼ਗਨਨਜ਼ਰਕਿਬੇ-ਬਸਰੀ।
ਤੂੰ ਗੈਰ ਵਲ ਅੱਖ ਚੁੱਕ ਕੇ ਵੀ ਨਾ ਵੇਖ, ਕਿਉਣਕਿ ਤੂੰ ਅੰਨ੍ਹਾ ਹੈਣ,
The 'head' was created only to bow before the Almighty;
ਤਮਾਮਿਚਸ਼ਮਸ਼ੌਵਸੂਇਦੋਸਤਵਾਮੀਬਾਸ਼।੪੦।੨।
ਤੂੰ ਸਿਰ ਤੋਣ ਪੈਰਾਣ ਤਕ ਸਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਅੱਖ ਹੋ ਜਾ, ਅਤੇ ਸੱਜਨ ਵਲ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਖੋਲ੍ਹੀ ਰੱਖ ।
And this is the cure for all headaches in (of) this world. (33)
ਬ-ਗਿਰਦਿਕਾਮਤਿਆਣਸ਼ਾਹਿਦਿਲਰੁਬਾਮੀਗਰਦ।
ਉਸ ਦਿਲਾਣ ਨੂੰ ਚੁਰਾਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਬਾਦਸ਼ਾਹ ਦੇ ਕੱਦ ਉਦਾਲੇ ਚੱਕਰ ਕਟ,
Therefore, we should always keep bowing our heads before the Beneficent;
ਅਸੀਰਿਹਲਕਾਇਆਣਜ਼ੁਲਫ਼ਿਮੁਸ਼ਕਸਾਮੀਬਾਸ਼।੪੦।੩।
ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਸੁਗੰਧਤ ਜ਼ੁਲਫ ਦੇ ਫੰਦੇ ਦਾ ਕੈਦੀ ਬਣ ਜਾ ।
In fact, someone cognizant of Akaalpurakh will not be derelict even for a moment in remembering Him. (34)
ਨਗੋਇਮਤਕਿਸੂਇਦੈਰਯਾਹਰਮਮੀਰੌ।
ਮੈਣ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਨਹੀਣ ਕਹਿੰਦਾ, ਕਿ ਤੂੰ ਮੰਦਰ ਜਾ ਯਾ ਕਾਅਬੇ ਵਲ ਜਾ,
How can anyone who has been oblivious in remembering Him be called wise and sane?
ਬਹਰਤਰਫ਼ਕਿਰਵੀਜਾਨਿਬਿਖ਼ੁਦਾਮੀਬਾਸ਼।੪੦।੪।
ਮੈਣ ਤਾਣ ਕਹਿੰਦਾ ਹਾਣ ਕਿ ਜਿਧਰ ਵੀ ਤੂੰ ਜਾਵੇਣ ਤੇਰਾ ਮੂੰਹ ਰੱਬ ਵਲ ਰਹੇ ।
Anyone who has been negligent of Him should be considered an idiot and uncouth. (35)
ਬਸੂਇਗ਼ੈਰਚੂਬੇਗ਼ਾਨਗਾਣਚਿਹਮੀਗਰਦੀ।
ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਤੋਣ ਬੇਗਾਨਿਆਣ ਵਾਣਗ ਮੂੰਹ ਫੇਰ ਕੇ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਨਾਣ ਵੱਲ ਕਿਉਣ ਦੇਖਦਾ ਹੈਣ #
A knowledgeable and enlightened person does not get bogged down in verbal rhetorics,
ਹਮੀਜ਼ਿਹਾਲਿਦਿਲਿਖ਼ਸਤਾਆਸ਼ਨਾਮੀਬਾਸ਼।੪੦।੫।
ਥੋੜਾ ਇਧਰ ਵੀ ਦੇਖ ਤੇ ਇਸ ਟੁੱਟੇ ਹੋਏ ਦਿਲ ਦੀ ਖਬਰ ਲੈ ।
The achievement of his whole life is just the memory of Akaalpurakh. (36)
ਮੁਦਾਮਸ਼ਾਕਿਰੋਸ਼ਾਦਾਬਚੂੰਦਿਲਿਗੋਯਾ।
ਗੋਯਾ ਦੇ ਦਿਲ ਦੀ ਤਰਹ ਸੰਤੋਖੀ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿਆ ਭਰਿਆ ਰਹੁ,
The only person who is honest and religious-minded is the one
ਤਮਾਮਿਮੁਤਲਿਬੋਫ਼ਾਰਿਗ਼ਜ਼ਿਮੁਦਆਮੀਬਾਸ਼।੪੦।੬।
ਆਪਣੇ ਸੁਆਰਥਾਣ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਬੇਪਰਵਾਹ ਨ ਹੋ ਜਾ । (ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਣ ਤੂੰ ਅਸਲ ਮਨੋਰਥ ਨੂੰ ਪਾ ਲਵੇਣ ਗਾ)
Who does not become derelict even for one moment in memorializing the Omnipotent. (37)
