ਧੂਮ੍ਰਨੈਨ ਰਾਖਸ਼ ਦਾ ਨਾਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ, ਪਰਲੋ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ (ਪਰਲੋ ਮਚਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ) ਜਗਤ ਦਾ ਵਿਨਾਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ, ਸ਼ੁੱਧ ਮਤ ਵਾਲੀ,
Thou art the destroyer of the demon Dhumar Lochan, Thou causest the final destruction and the devastation of the world Thou art the Deity of pure intellect.
ਜਾਲਪਾਜਯੰਤੀਸਤ੍ਰਮਥੰਤੀਦੁਸਟਪ੍ਰਦਾਹਨਗਾੜ੍ਹਮਤੇ॥
ਜਾਲਪਾ ਪਰਬਤ ਨੂੰ ਜਿਤਣ ਵਾਲੀ (ਭਾਵ ਜਾਲਪਾ ਦੇਵੀ) ਵੈਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਰਬਾਦ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ, ਦੁਸ਼ਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾੜਨ ਵਾਲੀ, ਅਤੇ ਅਤਿ ਅਧਿਕ ਮਸਤੀ ਵਾਲੀ,
Thou art the conqueror of Jalpa, the masherof enemies and thrower of tyrants in blaxe, O Deity of Profound intellect.
ਜੈਜੈਹੋਸੀਮਹਿਖਾਸੁਰਮਰਦਨਆਦਿਜੁਗਾਦਿਅਗਾਧਿਗਤੇ॥੧੪॥੨੨੪॥
ਮਹਿਖਾਸੁਰ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ, ਆਦਿ-ਜੁਗਾਦਿ ਤੋਂ ਅਗਾਧ ਗਤੀ ਵਾਲੀ! (ਤੇਰੀ) ਜੈ ਜੈਕਾਰ ਹੋਵੇ ॥੧੪॥੨੨੪॥

ਖਤ੍ਰੀਆਣਖਤੰਗੀਅਭੈਅਭੰਗੀਆਦਿਅਨੰਗੀਅਗਾਧਿਗਤੇ॥
(ਹੇ) ਛਤ੍ਰੀਆਂ ਵਰਗੇ ਬਾਣਾਂ ਵਾਲੀ, ਭੈ ਨੂੰ ਨਾ ਮੰਨਣ ਵਾਲੀ, ਨਸ਼ਟ ਨਾ ਹੋ ਸਕਣ ਵਾਲੀ, ਮੁੱਢ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਸ਼ਰੀਰ-ਰਹਿਤ ਰੂਪ ਵਾਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਗਾਧ ਚਾਲ-ਢਾਲ ਵਾਲੀ,
O Destroyer of Kshatriyas! Thou art Fearless, Unassailable, Primal, body-less, the Deity of Unfathomable Glory.
ਬ੍ਰਿੜਲਾਛਬਿਹੰਡਣਿਚੱਛੁਰਦੰਡਣਿਤੇਜਪ੍ਰਚੰਡਣਿਆਦਿਬ੍ਰਿਤੇ॥
ਬ੍ਰਿੜਲਾਛ ਦੈਂਤ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ, ਚਿੱਛਰ ਰਾਖਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਦੰਡ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲੀ, ਪ੍ਰਚੰਡ ਤੇਜ ਵਾਲੀ, ਸ਼ਰੂ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਬਿਰਤੀ ਵਾਲੀ,
Thou art the Primal Power, the killer of the demon bridal and Punisher of the demon Chichhar, and intensely Glorious.
ਸੁਰਨਰਪ੍ਰਤਿਪਾਰਣਿਪਤਿਤਉਧਾਰਣਿਦੁਸਟਨਿਵਾਰਣਿਦੋਖਹਰੇ॥
ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਮਨੁੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਲਣ ਵਾਲੀ, ਪਤਿਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਉੱਧਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ, ਦੁਸ਼ਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਦੋਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ,
Thou art the Sustainer of gods and men, Saviour of sinners, vanquisher of tyrants and destroyer of blemishes.
ਜੈਜੈਹੋਸੀਮਹਿਖਾਸੁਰਮਰਦਨਿਬਿਸ੍ਵਬਿਧੁੰਸਨਿਸ੍ਰਿਸਟਿਕਰੇ॥੧੫॥੨੨੫॥
ਮਹਿਖਾਸੁਰ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ, ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਨੂੰ ਨਸ਼ਟ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਸ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀ ਦੀ ਸਿਰਜਨਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ! (ਤੇਰੀ) ਜੈ ਜੈਕਾਰ ਹੋਵੇ ॥੧੫॥੨੨੫॥
Hail, hail, O slayer of Mahishasura! Thou art the Destroyer of the universe and Creator of the world. 15.225.
ਦਾਮਨੀਪ੍ਰਕਾਸੇਉਨਤਨਨਾਸੇਜੋਤਿਪ੍ਰਕਾਸੇਅਤੁਲਬਲੇ॥
(ਹੇ) ਬਿਜਲੀ ਵਰਗੇ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਵਾਲੀ, ਉਚੇ-ਲੰਬੇ ਨਕ ਵਾਲੀ, ਚਮਕਦੇ (ਚੇਹਰੇ ਦੇ) ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਵਾਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਤੁੱਲ ਬਲ ਵਾਲੀ,
Thou art Iustrous like lightning, destroyer of the bodies (of demons), O Deity of Immeasurable strength! Thy Light pervades.
ਦਾਨਵੀਪ੍ਰਕਰਖਣਿਸਰਵਰਵਰਖਣਿਦੁਸਟਪ੍ਰਧਰਖਣਿਬਿਤਲਤਲੇ॥
ਦੈਂਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਫ਼ੌਜ ਨੂੰ (ਯੁੱਧ-ਭੂਮੀ ਵਿਚ) ਮਧੋਲਣ ਵਾਲੀ, ਚੰਗੇ ਤੀਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਖਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ, ਦੁਸ਼ਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਧਮਕਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਤਲ (ਦੂਜਾ ਪਾਤਾਲ) ਤਕ ਪਸਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ,
Thou art the masher of the forces of demons, with the rain of sharp arrows, Thou causest the tyrants to swoon and pervadest also in the nether-world.
ਅਸਟਾਇਧਬਾਹਣਿਬੋਲਨਿਬਾਹਣਿਸੰਤਪਨਾਹਣਿਗੂੜ੍ਹਗਤੇ॥
ਅੱਠ ਕਿਸਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਥਿਆਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚਲਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ, ਬੋਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਭਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ, ਸੰਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਓਟ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਗਤੀ ਵਾਲੀ,
Thou operatest all Thy eight weapons, Thou art True to Thy words, Thou art the support of the saints and hast profound discipline.
ਜੈਜੈਹੋਸੀਮਹਿਖਾਸੁਰਮਰਦਨਿਆਦਿਅਨਾਦਿਅਗਾਧਿਬ੍ਰਿਤੇ॥੧੬॥੨੨੬॥
ਮਹਿਖਾਸੁਰ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ, ਆਦਿ-ਅਨਾਦਿ ਕਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਅਗਾਧ ਸੁਭਾ ਵਾਲੀ! (ਤੇਰੀ) ਜੈ ਜੈਕਾਰ ਹੋਵੇ ॥੧੬॥੨੨੬॥
Hail, hail, O slayer of Mahishasura! The Primal, beginningless Deity! Thou art of Unfathomabel disposition.16.226.
ਦੁਖਦੋਖਪ੍ਰੱਭਛਣਿਸੇਵਕਰੱਛਣਿਸੰਤਪ੍ਰੱਤਛਣਿਸੁੱਧਸਰੇ॥
(ਹੇ) ਦੁਖਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਦੋਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖਾ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੀ, ਸੇਵਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਖਿਆ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ, ਸੰਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਤੱਖ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀ, ਤਿਖੇ ਤੀਰਾਂ ਵਾਲੀ (ਜਾਂ ਸ਼ੁੱਧ ਸਰੋਵਰ ਵਾਲੀ)
Thou art the consumer of sufferings and blemishes, protector of Thy servants, giver of Thy glimpse to Thy saints, Thy shafts are very sharp.
ਸਾਰੰਗਸਨਾਹੇਦੁਸਟਪ੍ਰਦਾਹੇਅਰਿਦਲਗਾਹੇਦੋਖਹਰੇ॥
ਤਲਵਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਕਵਚ ਧਾਰਨ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ, ਦੁਸ਼ਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾੜਨ ਵਾਲੀ, ਵੈਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਦਲ ਨੂੰ ਲਿਤਾੜਨ ਵਾਲੀ, ਦੋਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੂਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ,
Thou art the wearer of sword and armour, Thou causest to blaze the tyrants and tread on the forces of the enemies, Thou removest the blemishes.
ਗੰਜਨਗੁਮਾਨੇਅਤੁਲਪ੍ਰਵਾਨੇਸੰਤਜਮਾਨੇਆਦਿਅੰਤੇ॥
ਹੰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਨਸ਼ਟ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ, ਅਤੁੱਲ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਿਆਂ ਵਾਲੀ, ਅੰਤ ਸਮੇਂ ਜ਼ਾਮਨ ਵਜੋਂ ਪੇਸ਼ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ, ਆਦਿ ਤੋਂ ਅੰਤ ਤਕ ਪਸਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ,
Thou art worship by saints from beginning to end, Thou destroyest the egoist and hast immeasurable authority.
ਜੈਜੈਹੋਸੀਮਹਿਖਾਸੁਰਮਰਦਨਸਾਧਪ੍ਰਦੱਛਨਦੁਸਟਹੰਤੇ॥੧੭॥੨੨੭॥
ਮਹਿਖਾਸੁਰ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ, ਸਾਧੂ ਰੁਚੀਆਂ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਤੱਖ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਦੁਸ਼ਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ! (ਤੇਰੀ) ਜੈ ਜੈਕਾਰ ਹੋਵੇ ॥੧੭॥੨੨੭॥
Hail, hail, O slayer of Mahishasura! Thou manifestest Thyself to Thy sints and killest the tyrants.17.227.
ਕਾਰਣਕਰੀਲੀਗਰਬਗਹੀਲੀਜੋਤਿਜਤੀਲੀਤੁੰਦਮਤੇ॥
(ਹੇ) ਸਭ ਕਾਰਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ, ਹੰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਨਾਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ, ਜੋਤਿ ਵਾਲੇ (ਸੂਰਜ) ਨੂੰ ਜਿਤਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਤੀਖਣ ਮਤ ਵਾਲੀ,
Thou art the cause of all causes, Thou art the chastiser of the egoists, Thou art Light-incarnate having sharp intellect.
ਅਸਟਾਇਧਚਮਕਣਿਸਸਤ੍ਰਝਮਕਣਿਦਾਮਨਦਮਕਣਿਆਦਿਬ੍ਰਿਤੇ॥
ਅੱਠ ਸ਼ਸਤ੍ਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚਮਕਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ, ਸ਼ਸਤ੍ਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਮਕਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ, ਬਿਜਲੀ ਵਾਂਗ ਲਿਸ਼ਕਣ ਵਾਲੀ, ਆਦਿ ਕਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਸੁਭਾ ਵਾਲੀ,
All of Thy eitht weapons gleam, when they wink, they glisten like lightning, O Primal Power.
ਡੁਕਡੁਕੀਦਮੰਕੈਬਾਘਬਬੰਕੈਭੁਜਾਫਰੰਕੈਸੁੱਧਗਤੇ॥
ਹੱਥ ਨਾਲ ਡੁਗਡੁਗੀ ਵਜਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ, ਸ਼ੇਰ ਨੂੰ ਬੁਕਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ, ਫੜਕਦੀਆਂ ਬਾਂਹਵਾਂ ਵਾਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ੁੱਧ ਚਾਲ ਵਾਲੀ,
Thy tampourine is being struck, Thy lion is roaring, Thy arms are quivering, O the Deity of Pure discipline!
ਜੈਜੈਹੋਸੀਮਹਿਖਾਸੁਰਮਰਦਨਆਦਿਜੁਗਾਦਿਅਨਾਦਿਮਤੇ॥੧੮॥੨੨੮॥
ਮਹਿਖਾਸੁਰ ਦਾ ਮਰਦਨ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਆਦਿ ਅਨਾਦਿ ਜੁਗਾਦਿ (ਇਕ-ਸਮਾਨ) ਮਤ ਵਾਲੀ! (ਤੇਰੀ) ਜੈ ਜੈਕਾਰ ਹੋਵੇ ॥੧੮॥੨੨੮॥
Hail, hail, O Slayer of Mahishasura! O Intellect-incarnate Deity from the very beginning, beginning of the ages and even without any beginning.18.228.
ਚੱਛਰਾਸੁਰਮਾਰਣਿਨਰਕਨਿਵਾਰਣਿਪਤਿਤਉਧਾਰਣਿਏਕਭਟੇ॥

Thou art the killer of the demon Chichhar, O unique warrior, Thou art the Protector from hell and the Liberator of the sinners.
ਪਾਪਾਨਬਿਹੰਡਣਿਦੁਸਟਪ੍ਰਚੰਡਣਿਖੰਡਅਖੰਡਣਿਕਾਲਕਟੇ॥
ਪਾਪਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਸ਼ਟ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ, ਦੁਸ਼ਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੰਡਣ ਵਾਲੀ, ਨਾ ਖੰਡਿਤ ਹੋ ਸਕਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਖੰਡਨ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਮ੍ਰਿਤੂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਕਟਣ ਵਾਲੀ,
Thou art the Destroyer of the sins, punisher of the tyrants, breaker of the unbreakable and even the chopper of Death.
ਚੰਦ੍ਰਾਨਨਚਾਰੇਨਰਕਨਿਵਾਰੇਪਤਿਤਉਧਾਰੇਮੁੰਡਮਥੇ॥
ਚੰਦ੍ਰਮਾ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਵੀ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਮੁਖ ਵਾਲੀ, ਨਰਕਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਛੁਟਕਾਰਾ ਦਿਵਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ, ਪਾਪੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਾਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ, ਮੁੰਡ ਦੈਂਤ ਦਾ ਵਿਨਾਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ,
Thy face is more winsome than moon, Thou art the Protector from hell and liberator of the sinners, O the masher of the demon Mund.

ਰਕਤਾਸੁਰਮਰਦਨਚੰਡਚਕਰਦਨਦਾਨਵਅਰਦਨਬਿੜਾਲਬਧੇ॥
(ਹੇ) ਰਕਤ ਬੀਜ ਰਾਖਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ, ਚੰਡ ਦੈਂਤ ਨੂੰ ਚੀਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ, ਦਾਨਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਲਣ ਵਾਲੀ, ਬਿੜਾਲ ਦੈਂਤ ਦਾ ਬੱਧ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ,
O Stayer of the demon Rakatvija, O the masher of the demon Chand, O the Destroyer of the demons and the killer of the demon Bridal.
ਸਰਧਾਰਬਿਬਰਖਣਦੁਰਜਨਧਰਖਣਅਤੁਲਅਮਰਖਣਧਰਮਧੁਜੇ॥
ਤੇਜ਼ ਤੀਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਝੜੀ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ, ਦੁਰਜਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਧਮਕਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ, ਅਤੁਲ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਵਾਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਧਰਮ ਦੀ ਧੁਜਾ ਮੰਨੀ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੀ,
Thou causest the rain of shafts and also makest the vicious people to swoon, Thou art the Deity of Immeasurable ire and Protector of the banner of Dharma.

ਧੂਮ੍ਰ-ਨੈਨ ਦਾ ਨਾਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ (ਰਕਤ ਬੀਜ ਦਾ) ਲਹੂ ਪੀਣ ਵਾਲੀ, ਸੁੰਭ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ, ਨਿਸੁੰਭ ਨੂੰ ਮੱਥਣ ਵਾਲੀ,
O Destroyer of the demon Dhumar Lochan, O the blood-drinker of Rakatvija, O the killer and masher of the demon-king Nisumbh.

I relate to thee all the thoughts, O Gurudeva (Or O Gurudeva! Tell me all the musings)
ਜਿਮਕੀਓਆਪਕਰਤੇਪਸਾਰ॥
ਕਿ ਕਰਤੇ ਨੇ (ਸਾਰੀ ਸ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀ ਦਾ) ਪਸਾਰ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ?
how the Creator created the expanse of the world?
ਜੱਦਪਿਅਭੂਤਅਨਭੈਅਨੰਤ॥
ਭਾਵੇਂ (ਉਹ) ਭੌਤਿਕ ਤੱਤ੍ਵਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਰੇ, ਭੈ-ਰਹਿਤ ਅਤੇ ਬੇਅੰਤ ਹੈ
Although the Lord is Elementless, Fearless and Infinite,

ਤਾਂ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਿਹੋ ਜਿਹੀ ਬੁੱਧੀ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਦੀ ਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਦਸਦਾ ਹਾਂ ॥੧॥੨੩੧॥
then how did He extend the texture of this world? 1.231.
ਕਰਤਾਕਰੀਮਕਾਦਰਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਲ॥
(ਉਹ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਸਭ ਦਾ) ਕਰਤਾ ਹੈ, ਬਖਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ, ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ, ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਲੂ ਹੈ,
He is the Doer, Beneficent, Mighty and Merciful
ਅਦ੍ਵੈਅਭੂਤਅਨਭੈਦਿਆਲ॥
ਅਦ੍ਵੈਤ ਰੂਪ ਹੈ, ਤੱਤ੍ਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਚਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਪਰੇ ਹੈ, ਡਰ ਤੋਂ ਰਹਿਤ ਹੈ, ਦਇਆ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ,
He is Non-dual, Non-Elemental, Fearless and Benign.
ਦਾਤਾਦੁਰੰਤਦੁਖਦੋਖਰਹਤ॥
ਬੇਅੰਤ ਦਾਤਾ ਹੈ, ਦੁਖਾਂ-ਦੋਖਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਰਹਿਤ ਹੈ,
He is the Donor, Endless and devoid of sufferings and blemishes.
ਜਿਹਨੇਤਿਨੇਤਿਸਭਬੇਦਕਹਤ॥੨॥੨੩੨॥
ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਰੇ ਵੇਦ ਬੇਅੰਤ ਬੇਅੰਤ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ॥੨॥੨੩੨॥
All the Vedas call Him 'Neti, Neti' (Not this, Not thisl….Infinite).2.232.
ਕਈਊਚਨੀਚਕੀਨੋਬਨਾਉ॥
(ਉਸ ਨੇ) ਕਈ ਉਚੇ ਤੇ ਨੀਵੇਂ ਬਣਾਉ ਬਣਾਏ ਹਨ,
He hath Created many beings in upper and lower regions.
ਸਭਵਾਰਪਾਰਜਾਕੋਪ੍ਰਭਾਉ॥
ਉਰਾਰ ਪਾਰ (ਉਸੇ ਦਾ) ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਹੈ,
His Glory is spread in all places here and there.
ਸਭਜੀਵਜੰਤਜਾਨੰਤਜਾਹਿ॥
ਜੋ ਸਾਰੇ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਜੰਤੂਆਂ ਦੀ ਗਤਿਵਿਧੀ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਹੈ।
All the being and creatures know Him.
ਮਨਮੂੜਕਿਉਨਸੇਵੰਤਤਾਹਿ॥੩॥੨੩੩॥
(ਹੇ) ਮੂਰਖ ਮਨ! (ਫਿਰ) ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਉਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਿਮਰਦਾ ॥੩॥੨੩੩॥
O foolish mind! Why dost thou not remember Him? 3.233.
ਕਈਮੂੜ੍ਹਪਾਤ੍ਰਪੂਜਾਕਰੰਤ॥
ਕਈ ਮੂਰਖ (ਬਿਲ ਜਾਂ ਤੁਲਸੀ ਦੇ) ਪੱਤਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ (ਉਸ ਦੀ) ਪੂਜਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ;
Many fools worship the leaves (of Tulsi plant).
ਕਈਸਿੱਧਸਾਧਸੂਰਜਸਿਵੰਤ॥
ਕਈ ਸਿੱਧ ਸਾਧਕ ਸੂਰਜ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ;
Many adepts and saints adore the Sun.
ਕਈਪਲਟਸੂਰਜਸਿਜਦਾਕਰਾਇ॥
ਕਈ ਸੂਰਜ ਦੇ ਉਲਟ (ਪੱਛਮ) ਵਲ ਸਿਜਦਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ;
Many prostrate towards the west (opposite side of sunrise).
ਪ੍ਰਭਏਕਰੂਪਦ੍ਵੈਕੈਲਖਾਇ॥੪॥੨੩੪॥
ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਤਾਂ ਇਕ ਰੂਪ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ, (ਫਿਰ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ) ਦ੍ਵੈਤ ਰੂਪ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੪॥੨੩੪॥
They consider the Lord as dual, who is actually one. 4.234.
ਅਨਛਿੱਜਤੇਜਅਨਭੈਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ॥
(ਉਹ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ) ਨਾ ਛਿੱਜਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਤੇਜ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਸੁਤਹ-ਸਿੱਧ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ;
His Glory is Unassailable and His illumination is devoid of fear.
ਦਾਤਾਦੁਰੰਤਅਦ੍ਵੈਅਨਾਸ॥
ਬੇਅੰਤ ਦਾਤਾ ਹੈ, ਅਦ੍ਵੈਤ ਸਰੂਪ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਸ਼-ਰਹਿਤ ਹੈ;
He is Infinite Donor, Non-dual and Indestructible.
ਸਭਰੋਗਸੋਗਤੇਰਹਤਰੂਪ॥
ਉਹ ਸਭ ਰੋਗਾਂ ਸੋਗਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਰਹਿਤ ਰੂਪ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ;
He is an Entity devoid of all ailments and sorrows.
ਅਨਭੈਅਕਾਲਅਛੈਸਰੂਪ॥੫॥੨੩੫॥
ਭੈ-ਰਹਿਤ, ਕਾਲ-ਰਹਿਤ, ਨਾਸ਼-ਰਹਿਤ ਸਰੂਪ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ ॥੫॥੨੩੫॥
He is Fearless, Immortal and Invincible Entity. 5.235.
