ਨਸ਼ਿਕਮੇਦਿਗਰਦਰਦਹਾਨੇਦਿਗਰ॥੫੫॥
(ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹਾ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ) ਕਿ ਢਿਡ ਵਿਚ ਹੋਰ ਹੋਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਵਿਚ ਕੁਝ ਹੋਰ ॥੫੫॥
The speech and action should correspond.55.
ਕਿਕਾਜ਼ੀਮਰਾਗ਼ੁਫ਼ਤਹਬੇਰੂੰਨਯਮ॥
ਜੋ ਕਾਜ਼ੀ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ, (ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ) ਬਾਹਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਾਂ।
I agree with the words conveyed by the Qazi,
ਅਗਰਰਾਸਤੀਖ਼ੁਦਬਿਯਾਰੀਕਦਮ॥੫੬॥
ਜੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਵਿਚ ਸਚਾਈ ਹੈ (ਤਾਂ ਇਥੇ) ਆਪ ਆ ਕੇ ਕਦਮ ਰਖ ॥੫੬॥
but if you promise to come on the right path.56.
ਤੁਰਾਗਰਬਬਾਯਦਆਂਕਉਲੇਕੁਰਾਂ॥
ਜੇ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਕੁਰਾਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਕਸਮਨਾਮਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ,
If you want to see the letter containing oaths,
ਬਨਿਜ਼ਦੇਸ਼ੁਮਾਰਾਰਸਾਨਮਹਮਾ॥੫੭॥
ਤਾਂ (ਮੈਂ) ਉਹ ਵੀ ਤੇਰੇ ਕੋਲ ਭੇਜ ਸਕਦਾ ਹਾਂ ॥੫੭॥
I can send you the same immediatedly.57.
ਚਿਤਸ਼ਰੀਫਦਰਕਸਬਹਕਾਂਗੜਕੁਨਦ॥
(ਹੇ ਬਾਦਸ਼ਾਹ!) ਜੇ ਤੂੰ ਕਾਂਗੜ ਕਸਬੇ ਵਿਚ ਆ ਜਾਵੇਂ,
If you come yourself in village Kangar,
ਵਜ਼ਾਂਪਸਮੁਲਾਕਾਤਬਾਹਮਸ਼ਵਦ॥੫੮॥
ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਪਿਛੋਂ ਆਪਸ ਵਿਚ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ॥੫੮॥
we can meet each other.58.
ਨਜ਼ੱਰਹਦਰੀਂਰਾਹਿਖ਼ਤਰਾਤੁਰਾਸਤ॥
(ਹੇ ਬਾਦਸ਼ਾਹ!) ਤੈਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਰਾਹ ਤੇ ਆਉਣ ਵਿਚ ਜ਼ਰਾ ਜਿੰਨਾ ਵੀ ਖ਼ਤਰਾ ਨਹੀਂ
Do not bring in your mind the danger of coming there
ਹਮਹਕੌਮਿਬੈਰਾੜਹੁਕਮੇਮਰਾਸਤ॥੫੯॥
(ਕਿਉਂਕਿ) ਸਾਰੀ ਬਰਾੜ ਕੌਮ ਮੇਰੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਵਿਚ ਹੈ ॥੫੯॥
Because the Brar community acts according to my orders.59.
ਬਯਾਤਾਸੁਖ਼ਨਖ਼ੁਦਜ਼ੁਬਾਨੀਕੁਨੇਮ॥
(ਇਥੇ) ਆ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਖ਼ੁਦ ਜ਼ਬਾਨੀ ਗੱਲ-ਬਾਤ ਕਰੀਏ
We can talk to each other in this way
ਬਰੂਇਸ਼ੁਮਾਮਿਹਰਬਾਨੀਕੁਨੇਮ॥੬੦॥
ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਉਤੇ ਮਿਹਰਬਾਨੀ ਕਰਾਂ ॥੬੦॥
Kindly come so that we may have direct talk.60.
ਯਕੇਅਸਪਸ਼ਾਇਸਤਏਯਕਹਜ਼ਾਰ॥
ਇਕ ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਰੁਪੈਏ (ਮੁੱਲ ਵਾਲਾ) ਇਕ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਘੋੜਾ ਲਿਆਈਂ
Your saying that I may bring for you a very fine steed of one thousand rupees and
ਬਯਾਤਾਬਗੀਰੀਬਮਨਈਂਦਯਾਰ॥੬੧॥
ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਮੇਰੇ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਇਹ ਇਲਾਕਾ ਲੈ ਲਵੀਂ ॥੬੧॥
Get this area as a feoff (jagir) from you, you may keep this thing in your mind.61.
ਸ਼ਹਿਨਸ਼ਾਹਰਾਬੰਦਾਹਏਚਾਕਰੇਮ॥
ਮੈਂ ਬਾਦਸ਼ਾਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਾਦਸ਼ਾਹ ਦਾ ਸੇਵਕ ਅਤੇ ਚਾਕਰ ਹਾਂ
I am the man of the Sovereign of Sovereign and His slave
ਅਗਰਹੁਕਮਆਯਦਬਜਾਂਹਾਜ਼ਰੇਮ॥੬੨॥
(ਜੇ ਉਸ ਦਾ) ਹੁਕਮ ਆ ਜਾਵੇ, ਤਾਂ ਜਾਨ ਸਮੇਤ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਹਾਂ ॥੬੨॥
If He permits me, then I shall present myself there.62.
ਗਰਚਿਬਿਆਯਦਬਫ਼ੁਰਮਾਨਿਮਨ॥
ਜੇ ਕਰ (ਉਸ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ) ਮੈਨੂੰ ਫ਼ਰਮਾਨ ਆ ਗਿਆ,
If He permits me,
ਹਜ਼ੂਰਤੁਬਿਆਯਮਹਮਹਜਾਨੋਤਨ॥੬੩॥
ਤਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਪਾਸ ਜਿੰਦ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਰੀਰ ਸਹਿਤ ਆ ਜਾਵਾਂਗਾ ॥੬੩॥
then I shall be present there in person.63.
ਅਗਰਤੂਬਯਜ਼ਦਾਂ-ਪ੍ਰਸਤੀਕੁਨੀ॥
ਜੇ ਤੂੰ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੀ ਪੂਜਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈਂ,
If you worship One Lord,
ਬਕਾਰੇਮਰਾਈਂਨਸੁਸਤੀਕੁਨੀ॥੬੪॥
ਤਾਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਕੰਮ (ਨੂੰ ਕਰਨ) ਵਿਚ ਸੁਸਤੀ ਨਾ ਕਰੀਂ ॥੬੪॥
you will not cause any delay in this work of mine.64.
ਬਬਾਯਦਕਿਯਜ਼ਦਾਂਸ਼ਨਾਸੀਕੁਨੀ॥
ਤੈਨੂੰ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਪਛਾਣ
You should recognize the Lord,
ਨਗ਼ੁਫ਼ਤਹਕਸੇਕਸਖ਼ਰਾਸ਼ੀਕੁਨੀ॥੬੫॥
ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੇ ਕਹੇ ਤੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਦੁਖੀ ਨਾ ਕਰ ॥੬੫॥
so that you may not talk ill or cause injury to anybody.65.
ਤੂਮਸਨਦ-ਨਸ਼ੀਂਸਰਵਰਿਕਾਯਨਾਤ॥
ਤੂੰ ਕਾਇਨਾਤ (ਖ਼ਲਕਤ) ਦਾ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਹੈਂ ਅਤੇ ਗੱਦੀਨਸ਼ੀਨ (ਬਾਦਸ਼ਾਹ) ਹੈਂ।
You are the Sovereign of the world and you sit on the throne,
ਕਿਅਜਬਸਤਇਨਸਾਫ਼ਈਂਹਮਸਿਫ਼ਾਤ॥੬੬॥
(ਤੇਰਾ) ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਅਜੀਬ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ (ਤੇਰੀਆਂ) ਸਿਫ਼ਤਾਂ ਵੀ ਅਜੀਬ ਹਨ ॥੬੬॥
but I wonder at your ill acts of injustice.66.
ਕਿਅਜਬਸਤੁਇਨਸਾਫ਼ੋਦੀਂਪਰਵਰੀ॥
ਤੇਰਾ ਨਿਆਂ ਅਜੀਬ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੀ ਧਰਮ-ਪਾਲਨਾ ਵੀ ਅਸਚਰਜ ਹੈ।
I wonder at your acts of piety and justice
