ਸਾਲਿਸਸਹਿੰਦਾਸਿਧਤਾਈਕੋਸਧਿੰਦਾਅੰਗਅੰਗਮੈਅਵਿੰਦਾਏਕੁਏਕੋਨਾਥਜਾਨੀਐ॥
ਸਾਲਸ ਬਣ ਕੇ ਸਹੀ ਨਿਰਣਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ, ਸਿੱਧਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਧਣ ਵਾਲੇ, ਅੰਗ ਅੰਗ ਵਿਚ ਵਿਚਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਨੂੰ (ਸਭ ਦਾ) ਇਕੋ ਇਕ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਜਾਣਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
He endures everything peacefully, He is engrossed in attainment of perfection, and He is the Only Lord who pervades in all limbs.
ਕਾਲਖਕਟਿੰਦਾਖੁਰਾਸਾਨਕੋਖੁਨਿੰਦਾਗ੍ਰਬਗਾਫਲਗਿਲਿੰਦਾਗੋਲਗੰਜਖਬਖਾਨੀਐ॥
ਕਾਲਖ ਨੂੰ ਕਟਣ ਵਾਲੇ, ਖ਼ੁਰਾਸਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਨਸ਼ਟ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ (ਖੁਨਿੰਦਾ) ਹੰਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਗ਼ਾਫ਼ਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗਾਲਣ ਵਾਲੇ ('ਗਿਲਿੰਦਾ') ਅਤੇ (ਵੈਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ) ਸਮੂਹ ('ਗੋਲ') ਦਾ ਤਿਰਸਕਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ('ਗੰਜਖ') ਵਜੋਂ ਬਖਾਨਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
He is the remover of darkness, the masher of the Pathans of Khorasan, perisher of the egoists and idlers, He is described as the destroyer of people full of vices.
ਗਾਲਬਗਰੰਦਾਜੀਤਤੇਜਕੇਦਿਹੰਦਾਚਿਤ੍ਰਚਾਂਪਕੇਚਲਿੰਦਾਛੋਡਅਉਰਕਉਨਆਨੀਐ॥
ਜੇਤੂਆਂ ('ਗਾਲਬ') ਨੂੰ ਡਿਗਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ, ਜਿਤ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲੇ, ਵਿਚਿਤ੍ਰ ਧਨੁਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਚਲਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਛਡ ਕੇ ਹੋਰ ਕਿਸ ਨੂੰ (ਸਿਮਰਨ ਵਿਚ) ਲਿਆਇਆ ਜਾਏ।
Whom should we worship except the Lord who is the Vanquisher of the Conquerors, giver of the Glory of conquest and who shoots the miraculous arrows from His bow.
ਸਤਤਾਦਿਹੰਦਾਸਤਤਾਈਕੋਸੁਖਿੰਦਾਕਰਮਕਾਮਕੋਕੁਨਿੰਦਾਛੋਡਦੂਜਾਕਉਨਮਾਨੀਐ॥੬॥੪੫॥
(ਜੀਵਨ) ਸੱਤਾ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲੇ, (ਉਸ) ਸੱਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਖ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲੇ, ਮਿਹਰ ('ਕਰਮ') ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਮਨਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਛਡ ਕੇ ਹੋਰ ਕਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾਏ ॥੬॥੪੫॥
Whom else should we adore except him who is the Giver of Truth and Drier of falsehood and performer of Graceful acts?6.45.
ਜੋਤਕੋਜਗਿੰਦਾਜੰਗੇਜਾਫਰੀਦਿਹੰਦਾਮਿਤ੍ਰਮਾਰੀਕੇਮਲਿੰਦਾਪੈਕੁਨਿੰਦਾਕੈਬਖਾਨੀਐ॥
(ਉਸ) ਜੋਤਿ ਨੂੰ ਜਗਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ, ਜੰਗ ਵਿਚ ਜਿਤ ('ਜਾਫਰੀ') ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲੇ, ਮਿਤਰ-ਘਾਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਸ਼ਟ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਨੂੰ (ਸਭ ਦੇ) ਕਰਤਾ ਵਜੋਂ ਬਖਾਨਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
He is the Enlightener of the light, Giver of the victory in wars and is known as the Destroyer of the murderer of the friends.
ਪਾਲਕਪੁਨਿੰਦਾਪਰਮਪਾਰਸੀਪ੍ਰਗਿੰਦਾਰੰਗਰਾਗਕੇਸੁਨਿੰਦਾਪੈਅਨੰਦਾਤੇਜਮਾਨੀਐ॥
(ਉਸ) ਪਾਲਨਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ, ਪਨਾਹ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲੇ ('ਪੁਨਿੰਦਾ') ਸ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਠ ਪਾਰਦਰਸ਼ੀ, (ਸਭ ਕੁਝ) ਜਾਣਨ ਵਾਲੇ ('ਪ੍ਰਗਿੰਦਾ') ਰਾਗ ਰੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਆਨੰਦ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਤੇਜ ਰੂਪ ਮੰਨਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
He is the Sustainer, Giver of shelter, Far-sighted and knower, He is considered as listener of entertaining modes of music and full of blissful splendour.
ਜਾਪਕੇਜਪਿੰਦਾਖੈਰਖੂਬੀਕੇਦਹਿੰਦਾਖੂਨਮਾਫਕੋਕੁਨਿੰਦਾਹੈਅਭਿਜਰੂਪਠਾਨੀਐ॥
(ਉਸ) ਜਾਪ ਨੂੰ ਜਪਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ, ਸੁਖ ਅਤੇ ਖ਼ੂਬੀਆਂ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲੇ, ਖ਼ੂਨ ਦੇ (ਦੋਸ਼ ਨੂੰ) ਮਾਫ਼ ਕਰਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਰਲਿਪਤ ('ਅਭਿਜ') ਰੂਪ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਗ੍ਰਹਿਣ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
He is cause of the repetition of His Name and Giver of peace and hounour He is the forgiver of the blemishes and is considered as Unattached.
ਆਰਜਾਦਹਿੰਦਾਰੰਗਰਾਗਕੋਬਿਢੰਦਾਦੁਸਟਦ੍ਰੋਹਕੇਦਲਿੰਦਾਛੋਡਦੂਜੋਕੌਨਮਾਨੀਐ॥੭॥੪੬॥
ਉਮਰ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲੇ, ਰਾਗ-ਰੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ, ਦੁਸ਼ਟਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਦ੍ਰੋਹੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਲਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਛਡ ਕੇ ਹੋਰ ਦੂਜੇ ਕਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਆਰਧਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ? ॥੭॥੪੬॥
He is the prolonger of life, the Promoter of the entertainments of music and the masher of tyrants and malevolent, whom else should we then ADORE? 7.46.
ਆਤਮਾਪ੍ਰਧਾਨਜਾਹਸਿਧਤਾਸਰੂਪਤਾਹਬੁਧਤਾਬਿਭੂਤਜਾਹਸਿਧਤਾਸੁਭਾਉਹੈ॥
ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਆਪਣਾ ਆਪ (ਆਤਮ-ਰੂਪ) ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਸਰੂਪ ਕਲਿਆਣਕਾਰੀ (ਸਿੱਧਤਾ) ਹੈ, ਬੁੱਧੀ ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਦੌਲਤ ('ਬਿਭੂਤ') ਹੈ, ਮੁਕਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨਾ (ਜਿਸ ਦਾ) ਸੁਭਾ ਹੈ।
His Self is Supreme, He is Power-incarnate, His wealth is His Intellect and His Nature is that of a Redeemer.
ਰਾਗਭੀਨਰੰਗਤਾਹਿਰੂਪਭੀਨਰੇਖਜਾਹਿਅੰਗਭੀਸੁਰੰਗਤਾਹਰੰਗਕੇਸੁਭਾਉਹੈ॥
ਜਿਸ ਦਾ (ਕਿਸੇ ਨਾਲ ਨ) ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ (ਜਿਸ ਦਾ) ਨਾ ਰੰਗ ਹੈ, ਨਾ ਰੂਪ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਰੇਖਾ ਹੈ, (ਫਿਰ) ਵੀ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਰੀਰ (ਅੰਗ) ਸੁੰਦਰ ਹੈ, (ਉਸ ਦਾ) ਸੁਭਾ ਆਨੰਦਮਈ ਹੈ।
He is without affection, colour, form and mark, still He hath beautiful limbs and His Nature is that of Love.
ਚਿਤ੍ਰਸੋਬਚਿਤ੍ਰਹੈਪਰਮਤਾਪਵਿਤ੍ਰਹੈਸੁਮਿਤ੍ਰਹੂੰਕੇਮਿਤ੍ਰਹੈਬਿਭੂਤਕੋਉਪਾਉਹੈ॥
ਉਸ ਦਾ ਚਿੱਤਰ (ਸਰੂਪ) ਬਹੁਤ ਵਿਚਿਤ੍ਰ ਹੈ, ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਹੈ, (ਉਹ) ਮਿਤਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਿਤਰ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਧਨ-ਦੌਲਤ ('ਬਿਭੂਤ') ਦਾ ਸਾਧਨ ('ਉਪਾ') ਹੈ।
His painting of the universe is Wonderful and Supremely Spotless He is friend of friends and Supreme Donor of wealth.
ਦੇਵਨਕੇਦੇਵਹੈਕਿਸਾਹਨਕੇਸਾਹਹੈਕਿਰਾਜਨਕੋਰਾਜੁਹੈਕਿਰਾਵਨਕੋਰਾਉਹੈ॥੮॥੪੭॥
ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਦੇਵਤਾ ਹੈ, ਸ਼ਾਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਾਹ ਹੈ, ਰਾਜਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਰਾਜਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਉਆਂ (ਰਾਜਿਆਂ) ਦਾ ਰਾਉ ਹੈ ॥੮॥੪੭॥
He is the god of gods monarch of monarch He is the king of kings and chieftain of the chiefs.8.47.
ਬਹਿਰਤਵੀਲਛੰਦ॥ਪਸਚਮੀ॥ਤ੍ਵਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ॥

(ਉਹ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ) ਨਾਸ਼ ਤੋਂ ਰਹਿਤ ਹੈ,
That Lord is Indestructible
ਕਿਅਭੰਜਸ॥
ਟੁੱਟਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ,
That Lord is Indivisible.
ਕਿਅਰੂਪਸ॥
ਰੂਪ-ਰਹਿਤ ਹੈ,
That Lord is Formless
ਕਿਅਰੰਜਸ॥੧॥੪੮॥
ਰੰਜ ਤੋਂ ਮੁਕਤ ਹੈ ॥੧॥੪੮॥
That Lord is Griefless.1.48.
ਕਿਅਛੇਦਸ॥
ਛੇਦ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾ ਹੈ,
That Lord is Unassailable
ਕਿਅਭੇਦਸ॥
ਭੇਦ ਤੋਂ ਰਹਿਤ ਹੈ,
That Lord is Indiscriminate.
ਕਿਅਨਾਮਸ॥
ਨਾਮ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾ ਹੈ,
That Lord is Nameless
ਕਿਅਕਾਮਸ॥੨॥੪੯॥
ਕਾਮਨਾਵਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਮੁਕਤ ਹੈ ॥੨॥੪੯॥
That Lord is Desireless.2.49.

ਭੇਖ ਤੋਂ ਰਹਿਤ ਹੈ,
That Lord is Guiseless
ਕਿਅਲੇਖਸ॥
ਲੇਖੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਹੈ,
That Lord is Accountless.
ਕਿਅਨਾਦਸ॥
ਆਦਿ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾ ਹੈ,
That Lord is Beginningless
ਕਿਅਗਾਧਸ॥੩॥੫੦॥
ਅਗਾਧ ਰੂਪ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ ॥੩॥੫੦॥
That Lord is Unfathomable.3.50.

ਰੂਪ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾ ਹੈ,
That Lord is Formless
ਕਿਅਭੂਤਸ॥
ਭੂਤਾਂ (ਤੱਤ੍ਵਾਂ) ਤੋਂ ਪਰੇ ਹੈ,
That Lord is Elementless.
ਕਿਅਦਾਗਸ॥
ਦਾਗ਼ ਤੋਂ ਰਹਿਤ ਹੈ,
That Lord is Stainless
ਕਿਅਰਾਗਸ॥੪॥੫੧॥
ਮੋਹ-ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਹੈ ॥੪॥੫੧॥
That Lord is Affectionless.4.51.

ਭੇਦ-ਰਹਿਤ ਹੈ,
That Lord is Indiscriminate
ਕਿਅਛੇਦਸ॥
ਛੇਦ-ਰਹਿਤ ਹੈ,

ਲੁਕਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ('ਅਛਾਦਸ')
That Lord is Unveiled

ਅਗਾਧ (ਅਥਾਹ) ਰੂਪ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ ॥੫॥੫੨॥
That Lord is Unfathomable.5.52.

ਵਿਨਾਸ਼ ਤੋਂ ਰਹਿਤ ਹੈ,
That Lord Is Indestructible
ਕਿਅਭੰਜਸ॥
ਭੰਨੇ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਹੈ,
That Lord is Unbrakable.
ਕਿਅਭੇਦਸ॥
ਅਭੇਦ ਰੂਪ ਹੈ,
That Lord is Indestructible
ਕਿਅਛੇਦਸ॥੬॥੫੩॥
ਛੇਦਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੬॥੫੩॥
That Lord is Unassailable.6.53.
ਕਿਅਸੇਅਸ॥
ਸੇਵਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾ ਹੈ,
That Lord is devoid of service
ਕਿਅਧੇਅਸ॥
ਧਿਆਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਰੇ ਹੈ,
That Lord is devoid of contemplation.
ਕਿਅਗੰਜਸ॥
ਨਾਸ਼ ਤੋਂ ਰਹਿਤ ਹੈ,
That Lord is Indestructible
ਕਿਇਕੰਜਸ॥੭॥੫੪॥
ਇਕ-ਰਸ (ਅਥਵਾ ਇਕੋ ਇਕ) ਹੈ ॥੭॥੫੪॥
That Lord is Supreme Essence.7.54.
ਕਿਉਕਾਰਸ॥
ਆਕਾਰ-ਸਹਿਤ (ਸਗੁਣ) ਹੈ,
That Lord is Immanent
ਕਿਨਿਕਾਰਸ॥
ਨਿਰਾਕਾਰ ਰੂਪ (ਨਿਰਗੁਣ) ਹੈ,
That Lord is Transcendent.
ਕਿਅਖੰਜਸ॥
ਮਿਟਾਇਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ('ਅਖੰਜਸ')
That Lord is Unannoyable
ਕਿਅਭੰਜਸ॥੮॥੫੫॥
ਭੰਨਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ॥੮॥੫੫॥
That Lord is Unbreakable.8.55.
ਕਿਅਘਾਤਸ॥
ਘਾਤ ਤੋਂ ਪਰੇ ਹੈ,
That Lord is without deception
ਕਿਅਕਿਆਤਸ॥
ਪਾਲਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ ('ਅਕਿਆਤਸ')
That Lord is the Sustainer.
ਕਿਅਚਲਸ॥
ਅਚਲ ਹੈ,
That Lord is motionless
