ਜਿਵੇਂ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਵਿਚ ਚੜ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਆਈਆਂ ਕਾਲੀਆਂ ਘਟਾਂ ਵੇਖਕੇ ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਗਰਜਣਾ ਸੁਣ ਕੇ ਮੋਰ ਤੇ ਪਪੀਹੇ ਸੋਹਣੇ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਸੁਨਾਉਣ ਲੱਗ ਪੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ।

ਜੈਸੇ ਤੌ ਬਸੰਤ ਸਮੈ ਮੌਲਤ ਅਨੇਕ ਆਂਬ ਕੋਕਲਾ ਮਧੁਰ ਧੁਨਿ ਬਚਨ ਸੁਨਾਵਹੀ ।
ਜਿਵੇਂ ਬਸੰਤ ਰੁੱਤ ਵਿਚ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਅੰਬ ਦੇ ਬ੍ਰਿਛਮੌਲਦੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਕੋਇਲ ਮਗਨ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਮਿੱਠੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਨਾਲ ਆਪਣੀ ਕੂਕ ਸੁਣਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ।

ਜੈਸੇ ਪਰਫੁਲਤ ਕਮਲ ਸਰਵਰੁ ਵਿਖੈ ਮਧੁਪ ਗੁੰਜਾਰਤ ਅਨੰਦ ਉਪਜਾਵਹੀ ।
ਜਿਵੇਂ ਸਰੋਵਰ ਵਿਚ ਕਵਲ ਖਿੜਦੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਭੌਰੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੇ ਆ ਕੇ ਗੁੰਜਾਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਆਨੰਦ ਮਾਣਦੇ ਹਨ।
Just as lotus flowers bloom in a pond attracting bumble bees who come flying making pleasant sound.
जैसे परफुलत कमल सरवरु विखै मधुप गुंजारत अनंद उपजावही ।

ਤੈਸੇ ਪੇਖ ਸ੍ਰੋਤਾ ਸਾਵਧਾਨਹ ਗਾਇਨ ਗਾਵੈ ਪ੍ਰਗਟੈ ਪੂਰਨ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਸਹਜਿ ਸਮਾਵਹੀ ੫੬੭ ।।
ਤਿਵੇਂ ਸ੍ਰੋਤਿਆਂ ਸੰਗਤ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਰ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਸੁਣਨ ਲਈ ਸਾਵਧਾਨ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਰਾਗੀ ਗਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਪੂਰਨ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਸਰੂਪ ਵਿਚ ਸਮਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਸੰਗਤ ॥੫੬੭॥
Similarly, seeing the listeners sitting in singular mind, the singers sing the divine hymns in deep devotion and attention that creates an atmosphere of loving tranquility absorbing both the singers and the listeners in divine state of ecstasy. (567)
