ਤਾਹੀਕੋਮਾਨਿਪ੍ਰਭੂਕਰਿਕੈਜਿਹਕੋਕੋਊਭੇਦੁਨਲੈਨਲਯੋਜੂ॥੧੩॥
(ਹੇ ਮਨ!) ਉਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਕਰਕੇ ਮੰਨ ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਭੇਦ ਨਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੇ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਲਏਗਾ ॥੧੩॥
O mind! you only consider him the Lord God, whose Mysetry could not be known to anyone.13.
ਕ੍ਯੋਕਹੋਕ੍ਰਿਸਨਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਨਿਧਿਹੈਕਿਹਕਾਜਤੇਬਧਕਬਾਣੁਲਗਾਯੋ॥
ਕਿਉਂ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹੋ ਕਿ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਨਿਧੀ (ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ) ਹੈ (ਫਿਰ) ਕਿਸ ਲਈ ਬਧਕ (ਸ਼ਿਕਾਰੀ) ਨੇ (ਉਸਨੂੰ) ਬਾਣ ਮਾਰਿਆ ਸੀ?
Krishna himself is considered the treasure of Grace, then why did the hunter shot his arrow at him?
ਅਉਰਕੁਲੀਨਉਧਾਰਤਜੋਕਿਹਤੇਅਪਨੋਕੁਲਿਨਾਸੁਕਰਾਯੋ॥
(ਜੇ) ਉਹ ਹੋਰਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਕੁਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਧਾਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ, (ਤਾਂ ਉਸਨੇ) ਆਪਣੀ ਕੁਲ ਦਾ ਨਾਸ ਕਰਾਇਆ ਸੀ?
He has been described as redeeming the clans of others then he caused the destruction of his own clan;
ਆਦਿਅਜੋਨਿਕਹਾਇਕਹੋਕਿਮਦੇਵਕਿਕੇਜਠਰੰਤਰਆਯੋ॥
(ਜੇ ਉਹ) ਆਦਿ ਕਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਅਜੋਨੀ ਅਖਵਾਉਂਦਾ ਸੀ (ਤਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਉਹ) ਦੇਵਕੀ ਦੇ ਪੇਟ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਆਇਆ ਸੀ।
He is said to be unborn and beginningless, then how did he come into the womb of Devaki?
ਤਾਤਨਮਾਤਕਹੈਜਿਹਕੋਤਿਹਕਯੋਬਸੁਦੇਵਹਿਬਾਪੁਕਹਾਯੋ॥੧੪॥
ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਪਿਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ, (ਤਾਂ ਫਿਰ) ਵਸੁਦੇਵ (ਉਸ ਦਾ) ਪਿਤਾ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਅਖਵਾਇਆ ਹੈ ॥੧੪॥
He, who is considered without any father or mother, then why did he cause Vasudev to be called his father?14.
ਕਾਹੇਕੌਏਸਮਹੇਸਹਿਭਾਖਤਕਾਹਿਦਿਜੇਸਕੋਏਸਬਖਾਨਯੋ॥
ਕਿਸ ਲਈ ਸ਼ਿਵ ਨੂੰ ਈਸ਼ਵਰ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹੋ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸ ਲਈ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ਰ ਬਖਾਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋ।
Why do you consider Shiva or Brahma as the Lord?
ਹੈਨਰਘ੍ਵੇਸਜਦ੍ਵੇਸਰਮਾਪਤਿਤੈਜਿਨਕੋਬਿਸੁਨਾਥਪਛਾਨਯੋ॥
ਰਾਮ, ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਣੂ ਵੀ (ਈਸ਼ਵਰ) ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੂੰ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਨਾਥ ਵਜੋਂ ਪਛਾਣਿਆ ਹੈ।
There is none amongst Ram, Krishna and Vishnu, who may be considered as the Lord of the Universe by you;
ਏਕਕੋਛਾਡਿਅਨੇਕਭਜੇਸੁਕਦੇਵਪਰਾਸਰਬਯਾਸਝੁਠਾਨਯੋ॥
ਇਕ ਨੂੰ ਛਡ ਕੇ ਅਨੇਕ ਦੀ ਅਰਾਧਨਾ ਕਰਨ ਨਾਲ (ਤੁਸੀ) ਸੁਕਦੇਵ, ਪਰਾਸ਼ਰ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਆਸ ਨੂੰ ਝੂਠਾ ਸਿੱਧ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋ।
Relinquishing the One Lord, you remember many gods and goddesses; in this way you prove Shukdev, Prashar etc. as liars;
ਫੋਕਟਧਰਮਸਜੇਸਬਹੀਹਮਏਕਹੀਕੌਬਿਧਿਨੇਕਪ੍ਰਮਾਨਯੋ॥੧੫॥
ਸਾਰੇ ਧਰਮ ਫੋਕਟ ਰੂਪ ਵਿਚ ਸਥਿਤ ਹਨ। ਅਸੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਇਕ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਅਨੇਕ ਢੰਗਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਣਿਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ॥੧੫॥
all the so-called religions are hollow; I only accept the One Lord as the Providence.15.
ਕੋਊਦਿਜੇਸਕੁਮਾਨਤਹੈਅਰੁਕੋਊਮਹੇਸਕੋਏਸਬਤੈਹੈ॥
ਕੋਈ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾ ('ਦਿਜੇਸ') ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਸ਼ਿਵ ਨੂੰ ਈਸ਼ਵਰ ਦਸਦਾ ਹੈ।
Someone tells Brahma as the Lord-God and someone tells the same thing about Shiva;
ਕੋਊਕਹੈਬਿਸਨੋਬਿਸੁਨਾਇਕਜਾਹਿਭਜੇਅਘਓਘਕਟੈਹੈ॥
ਕੋਈ ਵਿਸ਼ਣੂ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ-ਨਾਇਕ ਕਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਭਜਣ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਰੇ ਪਾਪ ਕਟ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
someone considers Vishnu as the hero of the universe and says that only on remembering him, all the sins will be destroyed;
ਬਾਰਹਜਾਰਬਿਚਾਰਅਰੇਜੜਅੰਤਸਮੇਸਬਹੀਤਜਿਜੈਹੈ॥
ਹੇ ਮੁਰਖ! ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਵਾਰ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਕਰ ਲੈ, ਇਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਹੀ ਅੰਤ ਵੇਲੇ ਛਡ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
O fool! think about it a thousand times, all of them will leave you at the time of death,
ਤਾਹੀਕੋਧਯਾਨਪ੍ਰਮਾਨਿਹੀਏਜੋਊਕੇਅਬਹੈਅਰਆਗੈਊਹ੍ਵੈਹੈ॥੧੬॥
ਉਸੇ ਦਾ ਧਿਆਨ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਧਾਰਨ ਕਰ ਜੋ (ਪਹਿਲਾਂ) ਸੀ, ਹੁਣ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਭਵਿਖ ਵਿਚ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ॥੧੬॥
therefore, you should only meditate on Him, who is there in the present and who will also be there in future.16.
ਕੋਟਕਇੰਦ੍ਰਕਰੇਜਿਹਕੇਕਈਕੋਟਿਉਪਿੰਦ੍ਰਬਨਾਇਖਪਾਯੋ॥
ਕਰੋੜਾਂ ਇੰਦਰ ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਸਿਰਜੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ (ਜਿਸਨੇ) ਕਈ ਕਰੋੜ ਬਾਵਨ (ਉਪਿੰਦ੍ਰ) ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਫਿਰ ਨਸ਼ਟ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ।
He, who created crores of Indras and Upendras and then destroyed them;
ਦਾਨਵਦੇਵਫਨਿੰਦ੍ਰਧਰਾਧਰਪਛਪਸੂਨਹਿਜਾਤਿਗਨਾਯੋ॥
(ਉਸਨੇ) ਦੈਂਤ, ਦੇਵਤੇ, ਸ਼ੇਸ਼ਨਾਗ, ਧਰਾਧਰ (ਪਰਬਤ) ਪੰਛੀ ਅਤੇ ਪਸ਼ੂ (ਇਤਨੇ ਪੈਦਾ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ) ਗਿਣਤੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ।
He, who created innumerable gods, demons, Sheshnaga, tortoises, birds, animals etc.,
ਆਜਲਗੇਤਪੁਸਾਧਤਹੈਸਿਵਊਬ੍ਰਹਮਾਕਛੁਪਾਰਨਪਾਯੋ॥
ਅਜ ਤਕ ਸ਼ਿਵ ਅਤੇ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾ ਤਪ ਕਰਦੇ ਆ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ (ਪਰ ਉਸ ਦਾ) ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਪਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਾ ਸਕੇ।
And for knowing whose Mystery, Shiva and Brahma are performing austerities even till today, but could not know His end;
ਬੇਦਕਤੇਬਨਭੇਦਲਖਯੋਜਿਹਸੋਊਗੁਰੂਗੁਰਮੋਹਿਬਤਾਯੋ॥੧੭॥
ਵੇਦਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਤੇਬਾਂ ਨੇ ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਭੇਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਾਇਆ, ਉਹੀ ਗੁਰੂ (ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮ) ਹੈ (ਜੋ) ਮੈਨੂੰ ਗੁਰੂ ਨੇ ਦਸ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ॥੧੭॥
He is such a Guru, whose Mystery could not be comprehended also by Vedas and Katebs and my Guru has told me the same thing.17.
ਧਯਾਨਲਗਾਇਠਗਿਓਸਬਲੋਗਨਸੀਸਜਟਾਨਹਾਥਿਬਢਾਏ॥
(ਤੁਸੀਂ) ਸਿਰ ਉਤੇ ਜਟਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਹੱਥਾਂ ਦੇ ਨੌਂਹ ਵਧਾ ਕੇ ਅਤੇ (ਬਗਲੇ ਵਾਂਗ) ਧਿਆਨ ਲਗਾ ਕੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਠਗ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ।
You are deceiving people by wearing matted locks on the head extending the nails in the hands in the hands and practicing false trance;
ਲਾਇਬਿਭੂਤਫਿਰਯੋਮੁਖਊਪਰਿਦੇਵਅਦੇਵਸਬੈਡਹਕਾਏ॥
ਮੂੰਹ ਉਤੇ ਬਿਭੂਤ ਮਲ ਕੇ ਫਿਰ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਦੈਂਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਰਮਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
smearing the ashes on your face, you are wandering, while deceiving all the gods and goddesses;
ਲੋਭਕੇਲਾਗੇਫਿਰਯੋਘਰਹੀਘਰਿਜੋਗਕੇਨਯਾਸਸਬੈਬਿਸਰਾਏ॥
ਲੋਭ ਦੇ ਵਸ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਘਰ ਘਰ (ਵਿਚ ਭਿਖਿਆ ਲਈ) ਫਿਰ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ ਅਤੇ (ਸੱਚੇ) ਯੋਗ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਢੰਗ ਭੁਲਾ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ।
O Yogi! you are wandering under the impact of greed and you have forgotten all the discipline of Yoga;
ਲਾਜਗਈਕਛੁਕਾਜੁਸਰਯੋਨਹਿਪ੍ਰੇਮਬਿਨਾਪ੍ਰਭਪਾਨਿਨਆਏ॥੧੮॥
(ਸਭ) ਲਾਜ-ਮਰਯਾਦਾ ਖਤਮ ਸਹੋ ਗਈ, (ਪਰ) ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਕੰਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਰਿਆ (ਕਿਉਂਕਿ) ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਹੱਥ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ॥੧੮॥
in this way your self-respect has been lost and no work could be accomplished; the Lord is not realized without true love.18.
ਕਾਹੇਕਉਡਿੰਭਕਰੈਮਨਮੂਰਖਡਿੰਭਕਰੇਅਪੁਨੀਪਤਿਖ੍ਵੈਹੈ॥
ਹੇ ਮੂਰਖ ਮਨ! ਕਿਸ ਲਈ ਪਾਖੰਡ ('ਡਿੰਭ') ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈਂ; ਪਾਖੰਡ ਕਰਕੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਸ਼ਠਾ ਨਸ਼ਟ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈਂ।
O foolish mind! Why are you absorbed in heresy?, because you will destroy your self-respect through heresy;
ਕਾਹੇਕਉਲੋਗਠਗੇਠਗਲੋਗਨਿਲੋਗਗਯੋਪਰਲੋਗਗਵੈਹੈ॥
ਕਿਸ ਲਈ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਠਗਦਾ ਹੈ? ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਠਗਣ ਨਾਲ (ਇਹ) ਲੋਕ ਤਾਂ ਵਿਗੜ ਚੁਕਾ ਹੈ, ਪਰਲੋਕ ਵੀ ਵਿਗੜਦਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
why are you deceiving the people on becoming a cheat? And in this way you are losing the merit both in this and the next world;
ਦੀਲਦਯਾਲਕੀਠੌਰਜਹਾਤਿਹਿਠੌਰਬਿਖੈਤੁਹਿਠੌਰਨਹ੍ਵੈਹੈ॥
ਜਿਥੇ ਦੀਨ ਦਿਆਲ (ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ) ਦਾ ਠਿਕਾਣਾ ਹੈ; ਉਸ ਸਥਾਨ ਵਿਚ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਢੋਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ।
You will not get a place, even very small one in the abode of the Lord;
