ਰਾਮ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਨਾਲ ਭਰ ਗਏ।

(ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ) ਦੁਸ਼ਟ ਦੀ ਬਾਂਹ ਕੱਟ ਦਿੱਤੀ
ਸੰਘਾਰਯੋਸੁਬਾਹੰ॥੯੨॥
ਅਤੇ (ਅੰਤ ਨੂੰ) ਸੁਬਾਹੂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ॥੯੨॥
He chopped the arms of Subahu and killed him.92.
ਤ੍ਰਸੈਦੈਤਭਾਜੇ॥
ਡਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਦੈਂਤ ਭੱਜ ਗਏ ਸਨ
ਰਣੰਰਾਮਗਾਜੇ॥
ਅਤੇ ਰਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਮ ਗੱਜਦੇ ਸਨ
On seeing this, the frightened demons ran away and Ram thundered in the battlefield.
ਭੁਅੰਭਾਰਉਤਾਰਿਯੋ॥
(ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ) ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਧਰਤੀ ਦਾ ਭਾਰ ਉਤਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ
ਰਿਖੀਸੰਉਬਾਰਿਯੋ॥੯੩॥
ਅਤੇ ਰਿਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਚਾ ਲਿਆ ॥੯੩॥
Ram lightened the burden of the earth and protected the sages.93.
ਸਭੈਸਾਧਹਰਖੇ॥
ਸਾਰੇ ਸਾਧ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨ ਹੋ ਗਏ
ਭਏਜੀਤਕਰਖੇ॥
ਅਤੇ ਜਿੱਤ ਦੇ ਗੀਤ ਗਾਏ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ।
All the saints were pleased over the victory.
ਕਰੈਦੇਵਅਰਚਾ॥
ਦੇਵਤੇ (ਰਾਮ ਦੀ) ਪੂਜਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ
ਰਰੈਬੇਦਚਰਚਾ॥੯੪॥
ਅਤੇ ਵੇਦ-ਚਰਚਾ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ ॥੯੪॥
The gods were worshipped and the discussion on Vedas began.94.
ਭਯੋਜਗਪੂਰੰ॥
(ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਮਿੱਤਰ ਦਾ) ਯੱਗ ਪੂਰਾ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ
ਗਏਪਾਪਦੂਰੰ॥
ਅਤੇ ਪਾਪ ਦੂਰ ਹੋ ਗਏ ।
The Yajna (of Vishwamitra) was complete and all the sins were destroyed.
ਸੁਰੰਸਰਬਹਰਖੇ॥
ਸਾਰੇ ਦੇਵਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨ ਹੋ ਗਏ
ਧਨੰਧਾਰਬਰਖੇ॥੯੫॥
ਅਤੇ ਧਨ ਦੀ ਵਰਖਾ ਹੋਣ ਲੱਗੀ ॥੯੫॥
On seeing this, the gods were pleased and began to shower flowers.95.

ਸੀਤਾ ਦਾ (ਜਨਕ ਨੇ) ਸੁਅੰਬਰ ਰਚਿਆ
ਮਹਾਸੁਧਗੀਤਾ॥
ਜੋ ਗੀਤਾ ਵਾਂਗ ਵੱਡੀ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਸੀ।
The day of the Swayyamvara of Sita was fixed, who was extremely pure like Gita.
ਬਿਧੰਚਾਰਬੈਣੀ॥
(ਉਹ) ਕੋਇਲ ਵਰਗੀ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਬੋਲਾਂ ਵਾਲੀ
ਮ੍ਰਿਗੀਰਾਜਨੈਣੀ॥੯੬॥
ਅਤੇ ਹਿਰਨ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਵਾਲੀ ਸੀ ॥੯੬॥
Her words were winsome like those of the nightingale. She had eyes like the eyes of the king of deer.96.
ਸੁਣਯੋਮੋਨਨੇਸੰ॥
ਮੁਨੀ-ਰਾਜ (ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਮਿਤਰ) ਨੇ (ਸੁਅੰਬਰ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਨੂੰ) ਸੁਣ ਲਿਆ ਸੀ
ਚਤੁਰਚਾਰਦੇਸੰ॥
ਕਿ ਚੌਹਾਂ ਕੁੰਟਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਦਿਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ (ਤੋਂ ਰਾਜ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਆ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ)।
The chief sage Vishwamitra had heard about it.
ਲਯੋਸੰਗਰਾਮੰ॥
(ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਸ ਨੇ) ਰਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਲ ਲੈ ਲਿਆ
ਚਲਯੋਧਰਮਧਾਮੰ॥੯੭॥
ਅਤੇ ਧਰਮ-ਧਾਮ (ਰਾਜਾ ਜਨਕ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ) ਵੱਲ ਚੱਲ ਪਿਆ ॥੯੭॥
He took with his Ram, the wise and beautiful Youngman of the country and went (to Jankpuri), the abode of righteousness.97.
ਸੁਨੋਰਾਮਪਿਆਰੇ॥
(ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਮਿੱਤਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ-) ਹੇ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਰਾਮ! ਸੁਣੋ,
ਚਲੋਸਾਥਹਮਾਰੇ॥
ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ (ਜਨਕ ਪੁਰੀ ਨੂੰ) ਚੱਲੋ,
“O dear Ram, listen, accompany me there
ਸੀਆਸੁਯੰਬਰਕੀਨੋ॥
(ਕਿਉਂਕਿ) ਸੀਤਾ ਦਾ ਸੁਅੰਬਰ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਨ੍ਰਿਪੰਬੋਲਲੀਨੋ॥੯੮॥
(ਇਸ ਲਈ) ਜਨਕ ਰਾਜਾ ਨੇ ਨਿਮੰਤਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ॥੯੮॥
“The Swayyamvara of Sita has been fixed and the king (Janak) has called us.98.
ਤਹਾਪ੍ਰਾਤਜਈਐ॥
ਉਥੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਤਾਕਾਲ ਚਲੋ!
ਸੀਆਜੀਤਲਈਐ॥
ਸੀਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਜਿੱਤ ਲਿਆਓ।
“We may go there at day-dawn and conquer Sita
ਕਹੀਮਾਨਮੇਰੀ॥
ਮੇਰੀ ਕਹੀ ਗੱਲ ਮੰਨ ਲਵੋ,
ਬਨੀਬਾਤਤੇਰੀ॥੯੯॥
(ਇਸ ਨਾਲ) ਤੇਰੀ ਗੱਲ ਬਣ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ, (ਅਰਥਾਤ ਵਡਿਆਈ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ) ॥੯੯॥
“Obey my saying, now it is upto you.99.
ਬਲੀਪਾਨਬਾਕੇ॥
(ਆਪਣੇ) ਬਲਵਾਨ ਤੇ ਬਾਂਕੇ
ਨਿਪਾਤੋਪਿਨਾਕੇ॥
ਹੱਥਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸ਼ਿਵ-ਧਨੁਸ਼ ਤੋੜ ਦਿਓ।
“With your beautiful and strong hands, break the bow
ਸੀਆਜੀਤਆਨੋ॥
ਸੀਤਾ ਜਿੱਤ ਲਿਆਓ
ਹਨੋਸਰਬਦਾਨੋ॥੧੦੦॥
ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਦੈਂਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰ ਦਿਓ ॥੧੦੦॥
“Conquer and bring Sita and destroy all the demons.”100.
ਚਲੇਰਾਮਸੰਗੰ॥
ਰਾਮ (ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਮਿਤਰ) ਨਾਲ ਚਲ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ।
ਸੁਹਾਏਨਿਖੰਗੰ॥
(ਪਿਛ ਪਛੋ) ਭੱਥਾ ਸ਼ੋਭ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ।
He (the sage) went with Ram and the quiver (of Ram) seemed impressive.
ਭਏਜਾਇਠਾਢੇ॥
ਜਨਕ ਪੁਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾ ਖੜੋਤੇ,
ਮਹਾਮੋਦਬਾਢੇ॥੧੦੧॥
(ਉਥੇ ਹਰ ਪਾਸੇ) ਆਨੰਦ ਵਧ ਗਿਆ ॥੧੦੧॥
They went an stood there, their delight extended extremely.101.
ਪੁਰੰਨਾਰਦੇਖੈ॥
ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਨਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ (ਰਾਮ ਨੂੰ) ਵੇਖਿਆ
ਸਹੀਕਾਮਲੇਖੈ॥
ਅਤੇ ਸਹੀ ਕਾਮ ਰੂਪ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਸਮਝਿਆ।
The women of the city look (toward Ram), they considered him Kamdev (Cupid) in reality.
ਰਿਪੰਸਤ੍ਰੁਜਾਨੈ॥
ਵੈਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਵੈਰੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਜਾਣਿਆ
ਸਿਧੰਸਾਧਮਾਨੈ॥੧੦੨॥
ਅਤੇ ਸੰਤਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਾਧ ਰੂਪ ਕਰਕੇ ਮੰਨਿਆ ॥੧੦੨॥
The inimical participants comprehend him as an enemy and the saintly persons consider him a saint.102.
ਸਿਸੰਬਾਲਰੂਪੰ॥
ਬਾਲਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਬਾਲ ਰੂਪ ਕਰਕੇ
ਲਹਯੋਭੂਪਭੂਪੰ॥
ਰਾਜਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਰਾਜਾ ਕਰਕੇ
For children he is a boy, the kings consider him a king.
