ਜੁਆਨਆਨਕੇਪਰੇਸੁਰੁਦ੍ਰਠਾਢਿਬੋਜਹਾ॥
ਸੂਰਵੀਰ ਉਥੇ ਆ ਕੇ ਹਮਲਾਵਰ ਹੋਏ ਜਿਥੇ ਸ਼ਿਵ ਖੜੋਤਾ ਸੀ।

ਬਿਅੰਤਬਾਣਸੈਹਥੀਪ੍ਰਹਾਰਆਨਕੇਕਰੈ॥
(ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਆ ਕੇ) ਤੀਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਬਰਛੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਬੇਅੰਤ ਵਾਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ।
ਧਕੇਲਿਰੇਲਿਲੈਚਲੈਪਛੇਲਪਾਵਨਟਰੈ॥੪੦॥
ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸ਼ਿਵ ਨੂੰ ਧਕ ਕੇ ਲੈ ਚਲੇ, ਪਰ (ਸ਼ਿਵ ਦਾ) ਪਿਛੇ ਵਲ (ਇਕ) ਕਦਮ ਵੀ ਨਾ ਪਿਆ ॥੪੦॥

ਸੜਕਸੂਲਸੈਹਥੀਤੜਕਤੇਗਤੀਰਯੰ॥
ਨੇਜ਼ੇ ਅਤੇ ਸੈਹੱਥੀਆਂ ਸੜਕ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਵਜਦੀਆਂ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਤੇਗਾਂ ਤੇ ਤੀਰ ਤੜਕ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਚਲਦੇ ਸਨ,
ਬਬਕਬਾਘਜਿਯੋਬਲੀਭਭਕਘਾਇਬੀਰਯੰ॥
ਸ਼ੇਰ ਵਾਂਗ ਸੂਰਮੇ ਦਹਾੜਦੇ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਸੂਰਮਆਂ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮਾਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਭਕ ਭਕ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਲਹੂ ਵਗਦਾ ਸੀ।
The clattering of daggers and sword is being heard the warriors are wounding one another, roaring like lions.
ਅਘਾਇਘਾਇਕੇਗਿਰੇਪਛੇਲਪਾਵਨਟਰੇ॥
ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮ ਖਾ ਕੇ (ਯੁੱਧ ਕਰਮ ਵਿਚ) ਤ੍ਰਿਪਤ ਹੋਏ ਸੂਰਮੇ ਡਿਗ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ ਪਰ ਪਿਛੇ ਨੂੰ ਪੈਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਨ ਰਖਦੇ।
ਸੁਬੀਨਬੀਨਅਛਰੈਪ੍ਰਬੀਨਦੀਨਹੁਐਬਰੇ॥੪੧॥
ਪ੍ਰਬੀਨ ਸੂਰਮਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੁਣ ਚੁਣ ਕੇ ਅਪੱਛਰਾਵਾਂ ਵਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਸਨ ॥੪੧॥
On getting wounded the warriors are falling down, but are not retracing their steps.41.

ਇਹਬਿਧਿਜੂਝਿਗਿਰਿਯੋਸਭਸਾਥਾ॥
ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਰਾ ਸਾਥ ਜੂਝ ਕੇ ਡਿਗ ਪਿਆ,
ਰਹਿਗਯੋਦਛਅਕੇਲਅਨਾਥਾ॥
ਇਕਲਾ ਦਕਸ਼ ਹੀ ਅਨਾਥ ਜਿਹਾ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਰਹਿ ਗਿਆ।

ਬਚੇਬੀਰਤੇਬਹੁਰਿਬੁਲਾਇਸੁ॥
ਜਿਹੜੇ ਸੂਰਮੇ ਬਚ ਗਏ ਸਨ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਫਿਰ ਬੁਲਾ ਲਿਆ
ਪਹਰਿਕਵਚਦੁੰਦਭੀਬਜਾਇਸੁ॥੪੨॥
ਅਤੇ ਕਵਚ ਧਾਰਨ ਕਰ ਕੇ (ਜੰਗ ਲਈ) ਧੌਂਸਾ ਵਜਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ॥੪੨॥
He called again his remaining fighters and wearing his armour, he caused the resounding of the musical instrument.42.

ਰਾਜਾ ਆਪ ਯੁੱਧ ਨੂੰ ਚਲਿਆ,

ਇਕ ਕਰੋੜ ਸੂਰਮੇ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਯੁੱਧ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਜਿਆ।

(ਇੰਜ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਤ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਸੀ) ਮਾਨੋ ਦਿਨ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਹਨੇਰਾ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੋਵੇ ॥੪੩॥

ਦੋਹਾਂ ਪਾਸੇ ਡੌਰੂ ਡੰਮ ਡੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਸਨ।
