ਦੀਦੀਆਖਿਰਤਾਲਿਬਿਮੌਲਾਰਹਿਮੌਲਾਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤ।
ਤੂੰ ਅਖੀਰ ਵੇਖ ਲਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਰੱਬ ਦੇ ਢੂੰਡਾਊ ਨੇ ਰੱਬ ਦਾ ਹੀ ਰਾਹ ਫੜਿਆ #ਸਮਝੋ॥
O Goyaa! Do not narrate the circumstances of Lailaa to any deranged mind,
ਹਾਸਲਿਉਮਰਿਗਿਰਾਮੀਰਾਅਜ਼ੀਣਦੁਨਿਆਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤ।੧੩।੧।
ਇਸ ਬਹੁ ਮੁਲੱੀ ਆਯੂ ਦਾ ਨਫ਼ਾ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਪਰਾਪਤ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ।
Because, I become insane just after listening to the tale of Majnoo. It is just apt for an insane (for Guru's love) like me. (21) (5)
ਹੀਚਕਸਬੀਤੂੰਨਬਾਸ਼ਦਅਜ਼ਸਵਾਦਿਜ਼ੁਲਫ਼ਿਤੂ।
ਕੋਈ ਬੰਦਾ ਵੀ ਤੇਰੀ ਜ਼ੁਲਫ ਦੇ ਘੇਰੇ ਤੋਣ ਬਾਹਰ ਨਹੀਣ,
Addressing the Guru: People prostrate eighteen thousand times with their faces towards You
ਈਣਦਿਲਿਦੀਵਾਨਾ-ਅਮਆਖਿਰਹਮੀਸੌਦਾਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤ।੧੩।੨।
ਮੇਰੇ ਵੀ ਦੀਵਾਨੇ ਦਿਲ ਨੂੰ ਏਹੀ ਸੁਦਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ।
And they circumambulate all the times the street of Your Kaabaa, the sacred place. (22) (1)
ਗ਼ੈਰਿਆਣਸਰਵਿਰਵਾਣਹਰਗਿਜ਼ਨਿਆਇਦਦਰਨਜ਼ਰ।
ਜਦ ਦੀ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਕੱਦ ਨੇ ਸਾਡੀਆਣ ਅੱਖਾਣ ਵਿਚ ਥਾਣ ਬਣਾਈ ਹੈ,
Wherever they see, they see your (the Guru's) elegance and radiance,
ਤਾਣਕੱਦਿਰਾਅਨਾਇਊਦਰਦੀਦਾਇ-ਮਾਜਾ-ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤ।੧੩।੩।
ਤਦ ਤੋਣ ਉਸ ਤੁਰਦੇ ਫਿਰਦੇ ਸਰੂ ਤੋਣ ਸਿਵਾਇ ਸਾਡੀਆਣ ਅੱਖਾਣ ਵਿਚ ਕੋਈ ਹੋਰ ਨਹੀਣ ਜਚਦਾ ।
O Knower of the innermost feelings of their hearts! They see a glimpse of your face. (22) (2)
ਅਜ਼ਨਿਦਾਏਨਾਕਾਇਲੈਲਾਦਿਲਸ਼ੋਰੀਦਾਆਮ।
ਲੈਲਾ ਦੀ ਊਠਣੀ ਦੇ ਗਲ ਪਈ ਟੱਲੀ ਦੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਸੁਣ ਕੇ ਮੇਰਾ ਦਿਲ ਸ਼ੋਦਾਈ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ।
They, the people, have sacrificed their lives for your handsome personality and grand stature,
ਹਮਚੂਮਜਨੂੰਮਸਤਗਸ਼ਤੋਰਹਿਸੂਇਸਹਰਾਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤ।੧੩।੪।
ਉਹ ਮਜਨੂੰ ਵਾਣਗ ਮਸਤ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਜੰਗਲ ਬੀਆਬਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਕਲ ਗਿਆ ।
And, with your redolence, they can revive the courage in (morally and physically) dead minds. (22) (3)
ਖੁਸ਼ਨਮੀਆਇਦਮਰਾਗਾਹੇਬਗ਼ੈਰਅਜ਼ਯਾਦਿਹੱਕ।
ਜਦੋਂ ਤੋਂ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਕਥਾ ਦਿਲ ਵਿਚ ਆ ਟਿਕੀ ਹੈ,
O Guru! Your face is the mirror through which they can get Lord's glimpse,
ਤਾਹਦੀਸਿਇਸ਼ਕਿਊਅੰਦਰਦਿਲਮਮਾਵਾਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤ।੧੩।੫।
ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਿਵਾਇ ਉਸ ਸੱਚੀ ਯਾਦ ਤੋਣ ਹੋਰ ਕੁਝ ਚੰਗਾ ਨਹੀਣ ਲਗਦਾ ।
And, they do get His glimpse through the mirror of your face. Even the Garden of heaven is envious of this. (22) (4)
ਤਾਬਿਆਇਯੱਕਨਫ਼ਸਬਹਿਰਿਨਿਸਾਰਿਖਿਦਮਤਤ।
ਸਾਡੀ ਮੋਤੀ ਵਰਸਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਅੱਖ ਨੇ ਪੋਸਤ ਦੇ ਫੁਲ ਵਰਗੇ ਆਬਦਾਰ ਮੋਤੀ ਰਖ ਲਏ,
The corrupt-minded-peolple who do not have the proper vision,
ਚਸ਼ਮਿਗੌਹਰ-ਬਾਰਿਮਾਖੁਸ਼ਲੂਲੂਏਲਾਲਾਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤ।੧੩।੬।
ਤਾਂ ਜੇ ਤੂੰ ਇਕ ਛਿਨ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਆਵੇਣ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਤੇਰੇ ਸਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਵਾਰ ਕੇ ਸੁੱਟੇ ਜਾਣ ।
take the liberty of putting the sun in front of your elegant face. (22) (5)
ਮੀਬਰ-ਆਇਦਜਾਨਿਮਨਇਮਰੂਜ਼ਅਜ਼ਰਾਹਿਦੋਚਸ਼ਮ।
ਅਜ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਾਨ ਦੋਹਾਣ ਅੱਖਾਣ ਰਾਹੀਣ ਬਾਹਰ ਆ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ।
In their exuberance for their love for your affection, they sacrifice thousands of the worlds.
ਨੌਬਤਿਦੀਦਾਰਿਊਤਾਵਾਅਦਾਦਿਫ਼ਰਦਾਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤ।੧੩।੭।
ਪਰ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਦੀਦਾਰ ਦੀ ਵਾਰੀ ਤਾਣ ਕਿਆਮਤ ਦੇ ਦਿਨ ਤੇ ਜਾ ਪਈ ।
In fact, they sacrifice hundreds of lives just for one lock of your hair. (22) (6)
ਗ਼ੈਰਿਹਮਦਿਹੱਕਨਿਆਇਦਬਰਜ਼ਬਾਨਮਹੀਚਗਾਹ।
ਮੇਰੀ ਜੀਭ ਉਪਰ ਰੱਬ ਦੀ ਸਿਫਤ ਤੋਣ ਬਿਨਾਣ ਕਦੇ ਕੋਈ ਹੋਰ ਚੀਜ਼ ਨਹੀਣ ਆਉਣਦੀ ।
When people talk of the notoriety and fame of your face,
ਹਾਸਲਿਈਣਉਮਰਰਾਆਖ਼ਰਦਿਲਿਗੋਯਾਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤ।੧੩।੮।
ਅਖੀਰ ਗੋਯਾ ਦੇ ਦਿਲ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਉਮਰ ਦਾ ਨਫ਼ਾ ਖੱਟ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ ।
Then, in the garb of your refulgence, the whole world gets illuminated and fragrance floats around. (22) (7)
