ਮਾਰੂਮਹਲਾ੫॥
Maaroo, Fifth Mahalaa:
ਮਾਨਮੋਹਅਰੁਲੋਭਵਿਕਾਰਾਬੀਓਚੀਤਿਨਘਾਲਿਓ॥
ਮਾਣ ਮੋਹ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਭ ਆਦਿਕ ਹੋਰ ਹੋਰ ਵਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਸੇਵਕ ਆਪਣੇ ਚਿੱਤ ਵਿਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਣ ਦੇਂਦਾ।
Pride, emotional attachment, greed and corruption are gone; I have not placed anything else, other than the Lord, within my consciousness.
ਨਾਮਰਤਨੁਗੁਣਾਹਰਿਬਣਜੇਲਾਦਿਵਖਰੁਲੈਚਾਲਿਓ॥੧॥
ਉਹ ਸਦਾ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ-ਰਤਨ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੀ ਸਿਫ਼ਤ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਹੀ ਵਣਜਦਾ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹੀ ਸੌਦਾ ਉਹ ਇਥੋਂ ਲੱਦ ਕੇ ਲੈ ਤੁਰਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੧॥
I have purchased the jewel of the Naam and the Glorious Praises of the Lord; loading this merchandise, I have set out on my journey. ||1||
ਸੇਵਕਕੀਓੜਕਿਨਿਬਹੀਪ੍ਰੀਤਿ॥
ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਭਗਤ ਦੀ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਅਖ਼ੀਰ ਤਕ ਬਣੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ।
The love which the Lord's servant feels for the Lord lasts forever.
ਜੀਵਤਸਾਹਿਬੁਸੇਵਿਓਅਪਨਾਚਲਤੇਰਾਖਿਓਚੀਤਿ॥੧॥ਰਹਾਉ॥
ਜਿਤਨਾ ਚਿਰ ਉਹ ਜਗਤ ਵਿਚ ਜੀਊਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਤਨਾ ਚਿਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਾਲਕ-ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ-ਭਗਤੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਗਤ ਤੋਂ ਤੁਰਨ ਲੱਗਾ ਭੀ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਚਿੱਤ ਵਿਚ ਵਸਾਈ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
In my life, I served my Lord and Master, and as I depart, I keep Him enshrined in my consciousness. ||1||Pause||
ਜੈਸੀਆਗਿਆਕੀਨੀਠਾਕੁਰਿਤਿਸਤੇਮੁਖੁਨਹੀਮੋਰਿਓ॥
ਸੇਵਕ ਉਹ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਲਕ-ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੇ ਜਿਹੋ ਜਿਹਾ ਕਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਕੀਤਾ, ਉਸ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਹੁਕਮ ਤੋਂ ਕਦੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਮੋੜਿਆ।
I have not turned my face away from my Lord and Master's Command.
ਸਹਜੁਅਨੰਦੁਰਖਿਓਗ੍ਰਿਹਭੀਤਰਿਉਠਿਉਆਹੂਕਉਦਉਰਿਓ॥੨॥
ਜੇ ਮਾਲਕ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਘਰ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਟਿਕਾਈ ਰੱਖਿਆ, ਤਾਂ ਸੇਵਕ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਉਥੇ ਹੀ ਆਤਮਕ ਅਡੋਲਤਾ ਤੇ ਆਨੰਦ ਬਣਿਆ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ; (ਜੇ ਮਾਲਕ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ-) ਉੱਠ (ਉਸ-ਪਾਸੇ ਵਲ ਜਾਹ, ਤਾਂ ਸੇਵਕ) ਉਸੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਵਲ ਦੌੜ ਪਿਆ ॥੨॥
He fills my household with celestial peace and bliss; if He asks me to leave, I leave at once. ||2||
ਆਗਿਆਮਹਿਭੂਖਸੋਈਕਰਿਸੂਖਾਸੋਗਹਰਖਨਹੀਜਾਨਿਓ॥
ਜੇ ਸੇਵਕ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਲਕ-ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਵਿਚ ਭੁੱਖ-ਨੰਗ ਆ ਗਈ, ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਸੁਖ ਮੰਨ ਲਿਆ। ਸੇਵਕ ਖ਼ੁਸ਼ੀ ਜਾਂ ਗ਼ਮੀ ਦੀ ਪਰਵਾਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦਾ।
When I am under the Lord's Command, I find even hunger pleasurable; I know no difference between sorrow and joy.
ਜੋਜੋਹੁਕਮੁਭਇਓਸਾਹਿਬਕਾਸੋਮਾਥੈਲੇਮਾਨਿਓ॥੩॥
ਸੇਵਕ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਲਕ-ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਰ-ਮੱਥੇ ਮੰਨਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੩॥
Whatever the Command of my Lord and Master is, I bow my forehead and accept it. ||3||
ਭਇਓਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਲੁਠਾਕੁਰੁਸੇਵਕਕਉਸਵਰੇਹਲਤਪਲਾਤਾ॥
ਮਾਲਕ-ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਜਿਸ ਸੇਵਕ ਉਥੇ ਦਇਆਵਾਨ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਲੋਕ ਤੇ ਪਰਲੋਕ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਸੁਧਰ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
The Lord and Master has become merciful to His servant; He has embellished both this world and the next.
ਧੰਨੁਸੇਵਕੁਸਫਲੁਓਹੁਆਇਆਜਿਨਿਨਾਨਕਖਸਮੁਪਛਾਤਾ॥੪॥੫॥
ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਜਿਸ ਸੇਵਕ ਨੇ ਖ਼ਸਮ-ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨਾਲ ਡੂੰਘੀ ਸਾਂਝ ਪਾ ਲਈ, ਉਹ ਭਾਗਾਂ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਦਾ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਵਿਚ ਆਉਣਾ ਸਫਲ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੪॥੫॥
Blessed is that servant, and fruitful is his birth; O Nanak, he realizes his Lord and Master. ||4||5||
ਮਾਰੂਮਹਲਾ੫॥
Maaroo, Fifth Mahalaa:
ਖੁਲਿਆਕਰਮੁਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਭਈਠਾਕੁਰਕੀਰਤਨੁਹਰਿਹਰਿਗਾਈ॥
ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਉੱਤੇ ਮਾਲਕ-ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਮਿਹਰ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਸਦਾ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੀ ਸਿਫ਼ਤ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਦਾ ਗੀਤ ਗਾਂਦਾ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਦਾ ਭਾਗ ਜਾਗ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
Good karma has dawned for me - my Lord and Master has become merciful. I sing the Kirtan of the Praises of the Lord, Har, Har.
ਸ੍ਰਮੁਥਾਕਾਪਾਏਬਿਸ੍ਰਾਮਾਮਿਟਿਗਈਸਗਲੀਧਾਈ॥੧॥
ਉਸ ਦੀ ਦੌੜ-ਭੱਜ ਮੁੱਕ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ-ਚਰਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਟਿਕਾਣਾ ਲੱਭ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਦੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਭਟਕਣਾ ਦੂਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ॥੧॥
My struggle is ended; I have found peace and tranquility. All my wanderings have ceased. ||1||
ਅਬਮੋਹਿਜੀਵਨਪਦਵੀਪਾਈ॥
ਹੁਣ ਮੈਂ ਆਤਮਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਦਰਜਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ।
Now, I have obtained the state of eternal life.
ਚੀਤਿਆਇਓਮਨਿਪੁਰਖੁਬਿਧਾਤਾਸੰਤਨਕੀਸਰਣਾਈ॥੧॥ਰਹਾਉ॥
ਸੰਤ ਜਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਰਨ ਪੈਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਮੇਰੇ ਚਿੱਤ ਵਿਚ ਸਰਬ-ਵਿਆਪਕ ਸਿਰਜਣ-ਹਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਆ ਵੱਸਿਆ ਹੈ, ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
The Primal Lord, the Architect of Destiny, has come into my conscious mind; I seek the Sanctuary of the Saints. ||1||Pause||
ਕਾਮੁਕ੍ਰੋਧੁਲੋਭੁਮੋਹੁਨਿਵਾਰੇਨਿਵਰੇਸਗਲਬੈਰਾਈ॥
(ਜਿਹੜਾ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਸੰਤ ਜਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਰਨ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਅੰਦਰੋਂ) ਕਾਮ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਲੋਭ ਮੋਹ (ਆਦਿਕ ਸਾਰੇ ਵਿਕਾਰ) ਦੂਰ ਕਰ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਦੇ ਇਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਹੀ ਵੈਰੀ ਦੂਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
Sexual desire, anger, greed and emotional attachment are eradicated; all my enemies are eliminated.
ਸਦਹਜੂਰਿਹਾਜਰੁਹੈਨਾਜਰੁਕਤਹਿਨਭਇਓਦੂਰਾਈ॥੨॥
ਸਭ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਹਰ ਵੇਲੇ ਅੰਗ-ਸੰਗ ਜਾਪਦਾ ਹੈ, ਕਿਸੇ ਭੀ ਥਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੂਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਪਦਾ ॥੨॥
He is always ever-present, here and now, watching over me; He is never far away. ||2||
ਸੁਖਸੀਤਲਸਰਧਾਸਭਪੂਰੀਹੋਏਸੰਤਸਹਾਈ॥
ਸੰਤ ਜਨ ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਮਦਦਗਾਰ ਬਣਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਸ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਹਰ ਵੇਲੇ ਠੰਢ ਤੇ ਆਨੰਦ ਬਣਿਆ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਦੀ ਹਰੇਕ ਮੰਗ ਪੂਰੀ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
In peace and cool tranquility, my faith has been totally fulfilled; the Saints are my Helpers and Support.
ਪਾਵਨਪਤਿਤਕੀਏਖਿਨਭੀਤਰਿਮਹਿਮਾਕਥਨੁਨਜਾਈ॥੩॥
ਸੰਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਡਿਆਈ ਬਿਆਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ, ਸੰਤ ਜਨ ਵਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਕ ਖਿਨ ਵਿਚ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਕਰ ਦੇਂਦੇ ਹਨ ॥੩॥
He has purified the sinners in an instant; I cannot express His Glorious Praises. ||3||
ਨਿਰਭਉਭਏਸਗਲਭੈਖੋਏਗੋਬਿਦਚਰਣਓਟਾਈ॥
ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਨੁੱਖਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਚਰਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਆਸਰਾ ਲੈ ਲਿਆ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਡਰ ਦੂਰ ਹੋ ਗਏ, ਉਹ ਨਿਰਭਉ ਹੋ ਗਏ।
I have become fearless; all fear has departed. The feet of the Lord of the Universe are my only Shelter.
ਨਾਨਕੁਜਸੁਗਾਵੈਠਾਕੁਰਕਾਰੈਣਿਦਿਨਸੁਲਿਵਲਾਈ॥੪॥੬॥
ਨਾਨਕ ਭੀ ਦਿਨ ਰਾਤ ਸੁਰਤ ਜੋੜ ਕੇ ਮਾਲਕ-ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਸਿਫ਼ਤ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਦਾ ਗੀਤ ਗਾਂਦਾ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੪॥੬॥
Nanak sings the Praises of his Lord and Master; night and day, he is lovingly focused on Him. ||4||6||

ਜੋਸਮਰਥੁਸਰਬਗੁਣਨਾਇਕੁਤਿਸਕਉਕਬਹੁਨਗਾਵਸਿਰੇ॥
ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਜਿਹੜਾ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਸਭ ਤਾਕਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਾਲਕ ਹੈ, ਜਿਹੜਾ ਸਾਰੇ ਗੁਣਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਾਲਕ ਹੈ, ਤੂੰ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਸਿਫ਼ਤ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਕਦੇ ਭੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦਾ।
He is all-powerful, the Master of all virtues, but you never sing of Him!
ਛੋਡਿਜਾਇਖਿਨਭੀਤਰਿਤਾਕਉਉਆਕਉਫਿਰਿਫਿਰਿਧਾਵਸਿਰੇ॥੧॥
ਉਸ (ਮਾਇਆ) ਨੂੰ ਤਾਂ ਹਰ ਕੋਈ ਇਕ ਖਿਨ ਵਿਚ ਛੱਡ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤੂੰ ਭੀ ਉਸੇ ਦੀ ਖ਼ਾਤਰ ਮੁੜ ਮੁੜ ਭਟਕਦਾ ਫਿਰਦਾ ਹੈਂ ॥੧॥
You shall have to leave all this in an instant, but again and again, you chase after it. ||1||
ਅਪੁਨੇਪ੍ਰਭਕਉਕਿਉਨਸਮਾਰਸਿਰੇ॥
ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਉਂ ਯਾਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦਾ?
Why do you not contemplate your God?
ਬੈਰੀਸੰਗਿਰੰਗਰਸਿਰਚਿਆਤਿਸੁਸਿਉਜੀਅਰਾਜਾਰਸਿਰੇ॥੧॥ਰਹਾਉ॥
ਤੂੰ (ਮਾਇਆ ਦੇ ਮੋਹ-) ਵੈਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਮੌਜ-ਮੇਲਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਸੁਆਦ ਵਿਚ ਮਸਤ ਹੈਂ, ਤੇ, ਉਸ (ਮੋਹ ਦੇ) ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਿੰਦ ਨੂੰ ਸਾੜ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈਂ (ਆਪਣੇ ਆਤਮਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਨੂੰ ਸਾੜ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈਂ) ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
You are entangled in association with your enemies, and the enjoyment of pleasures; your soul is burning up with them! ||1||Pause||
ਜਾਕੈਨਾਮਿਸੁਨਿਐਜਮੁਛੋਡੈਤਾਕੀਸਰਣਿਨਪਾਵਸਿਰੇ॥
ਜਿਸ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਸੁਣਿਆਂ ਜਮਰਾਜ (ਭੀ) ਛੱਡ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤੂੰ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਸਰਨ (ਕਿਉਂ) ਨਹੀਂ ਪੈਂਦਾ?
Hearing His Name, the Messenger of Death will release you, and yet, you do not enter His Sanctuary!
ਕਾਢਿਦੇਇਸਿਆਲਬਪੁਰੇਕਉਤਾਕੀਓਟਟਿਕਾਵਸਿਰੇ॥੨॥
ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਉਸ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਆਸਰਾ ਟਿਕਾ ਲੈ, ਜਿਹੜਾ (ਸਿੰਘ-ਪ੍ਰਭੂ) ਨਿਮਾਣੇ ਗਿੱਦੜ ਨੂੰ ਕੱਢ ਦੇਂਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੨॥
Turn out this wretched jackal, and seek the Shelter of that God. ||2||
ਜਿਸਕਾਜਾਸੁਸੁਨਤਭਵਤਰੀਐਤਾਸਿਉਰੰਗੁਨਲਾਵਸਿਰੇ॥
ਜਿਸ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਜਸ ਸੁਣਿਆਂ ਸੰਸਾਰ-ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਤੋਂ ਪਾਰ ਲੰਘ ਜਾਈਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤੂੰ ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਪਿਆਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਜੋੜਦਾ।
Praising Him, you shall cross over the terrifying world-ocean, and yet, you have not fallen in love with Him!
ਥੋਰੀਬਾਤਅਲਪਸੁਪਨੇਕੀਬਹੁਰਿਬਹੁਰਿਅਟਕਾਵਸਿਰੇ॥੩॥
(ਮਾਇਆ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ) ਸੁਪਨੇ ਦੀ ਹੀ ਹੋਛੀ ਜਿਹੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਤੂੰ ਮੁੜ ਮੁੜ ਉਸੇ ਵਿਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਨ ਨੂੰ ਫਸਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈਂ ॥੩॥
This meager, short-lived dream, this thing - you are engrossed in it, over and over again. ||3||
ਭਇਓਪ੍ਰਸਾਦੁਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਨਿਧਿਠਾਕੁਰਸੰਤਸੰਗਿਪਤਿਪਾਈ॥
ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਉੱਤੇ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਦੇ ਖ਼ਜ਼ਾਨੇ ਮਾਲਕ-ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਮਿਹਰ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਸੰਤ ਜਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੰਗਤ ਵਿਚ ਰਹਿ ਕੇ (ਲੋਕ ਪਰਲੋਕ ਦੀ) ਇੱਜ਼ਤ ਖੱਟਦਾ ਹੈ।
When our Lord and Master, the ocean of mercy, grants His Grace, one finds honor in the Society of the Saints.
ਕਹੁਨਾਨਕਤ੍ਰੈਗੁਣਭ੍ਰਮੁਛੂਟਾਜਉਪ੍ਰਭਭਏਸਹਾਈ॥੪॥੭॥
ਨਾਨਕ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ- ਜਦੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਜੀ ਸਹਾਈ ਬਣਦੇ ਹਨ, ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੀ ਤ੍ਰਿਗੁਣੀ ਮਾਇਆ ਵਾਲੀ ਭਟਕਣਾ ਮੁੱਕ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ॥੪॥੭॥
Says Nanak, I am rid of the illusion of the three-phased Maya, when God becomes my help and support. ||4||7||

ਅੰਤਰਜਾਮੀਸਭਬਿਧਿਜਾਨੈਤਿਸਤੇਕਹਾਦੁਲਾਰਿਓ॥
ਹੇ ਮੂਰਖ! ਸਭ ਦੇ ਦਿਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਣਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ (ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦਾ) ਹਰੇਕ ਕਿਸਮ (ਦਾ ਅੰਦਰਲਾ ਭੇਤ) ਜਾਣਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਕਿੱਥੇ ਕੁਝ ਲੁਕਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ?
The Inner-knower, the Searcher of hearts, knows everything; what can anyone hide from Him?
ਹਸਤਪਾਵਝਰੇਖਿਨਭੀਤਰਿਅਗਨਿਸੰਗਿਲੈਜਾਰਿਓ॥੧॥
(ਹੇ ਮੂਰਖ! ਜਿਸ ਸਰੀਰ ਦੀ ਖ਼ਾਤਰ ਤੂੰ ਹਰਾਮਖ਼ੋਰੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈਂ, ਉਹ ਸਰੀਰ ਅੰਤ ਵੇਲੇ) ਅੱਗ ਵਿਚ ਪਾ ਕੇ ਸਾੜਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, (ਉਸ ਦੇ) ਹੱਥ ਪੈਰ (ਆਦਿਕ ਅੰਗ) ਇਕ ਖਿਨ ਵਿਚ ਸੜ ਕੇ ਸੁਆਹ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ॥੧॥
