ਰਹਿ-ਰਸਾਨਿ ਰਾਹਿ ਹੱਕ ਆਮਦ ਅਦਬ ।
ਰੱਬ ਦੇ ਰਸਤੇ ਟੁਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਪਾਂਧੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਦਿਲ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਯਾਦ ਹੋਵੇ,
Goyaa says, "I cannot attain nor understand my reality as to who I am,
Alas ! I have simply wasted all my life's assets.” (8) (4)
Goyaa says, "If someone ever happens to pass through the street of the Beloved,
रहि-रसानि राहि हक आमद अदब ।
ਹਮ ਬਦਿਲ ਯਾਦਿ ਖ਼ੁਦਾ ਵ ਹਮ ਬਲਬ ।੫।੧।
ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਬੁਲ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਰ ਵੀ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਹੋਵੇ ।
He would then never go for a stroll (which will be beneath the above pleasure) even in the heavenly garden.” (8) (5)
हम बदिल यादि क़ुदा व हम बलब ।५।१।
ਹਰ ਕੁਜਾ ਦੀਦੇਮ ਅਨਵਾਰਿ ਖ਼ੁਦਾ ।
ਅਸਾਂ ਹਰ ਥਾਂ ਰੱਬ ਦੇ ਨੂਰ ਨੂੰ ਮਹਾਂ ਪੁਰਖਾਂ ਦੀ
The moon is abashed when compared to your (beautiful) face,
हर कुजा दीदेम अनवारि क़ुदा ।
ਬਸਕਿ ਅਜ਼ ਸੁਹਬਤਿ ਬਜ਼ੁਰਗਾਣ ਸ਼ੁਦ ਜਜ਼ਬ ।੫।੨।
ਸੰਗਤ ਵਿਚ ਜਜ਼ਬ ਹੁੰਦਿਆਂ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਹੈ ।
In fact, even the world's sun is also mortified before your radiance, O Guru! its glow and light is subservient to yours. (9) (1)
बसकि अज़ सुहबति बज़ुरगाण शुद जज़ब ।५।२।
ਚਸ਼ਮਿ-ਮਾ ਗ਼ੈਰ ਅਜ਼ ਜਮਾਲਸ਼ ਵਾ ਨਾ ਸ਼ੁਦ ।
ਸਾਡੀ ਅੱਖ ਉਸਦੇ ਜਮਾਲ ਤਂਣ ਬਿਨਾ ਅਸਲੋਂ ਨ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹੀ,
Goyaa: "My eyes have never recognized anyone other than the Akaalpurakh.
Blessed are the eyes which can possibly see the Almighty.” (9) (2)
I do not brag about my meditation or sanctimony,
But if I am ever guilty of this sin, the Waaheguru is all-Forgiving.” (9) (3)
Where can we find another one,
When there is so much of noise and ado about the Only One." (9) (4)
चशमि-मा ग़ैर अज़ जमालश वा ना शुद ।
ਜ਼ਾਣ ਕਿ ਜੁਮਲਾ ਖ਼ਲਕ ਰਾ ਦੀਦੇਮ ਰੱਬ ।੫।੩।
ਕਿੳਂਣ ਜੋ ਅਸਾਂ ਸਾਰੀ ਖਲਕਤ ਵਿਚ ਰੱਬ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖਿਆ ।
No word, other than the Naam of the Waaheguru ever comes to the lips of Goyaa,
ज़ाण कि जुमला क़लक रा दीदेम रब ।५।३।
ਖ਼ਾਕਿ ਕਦਮਸ਼ ਰੌਸ਼ਨੀਇ ਜਿਲ ਕੁਨਦ ।
ਉਸ ਦੇ ਚਰਨਾਣ ਦੀ ਧੂੜ ਦਿਲ ਨੂੰ ਚਾਨਣ ਕਰ ਦਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ,
because of His divine attribute being All-forgiving. (9) (5)
क़ाकि कदमश रौशनीइ जिल कुनद ।
ਗ਼ਰ ਤੁਰਾਬਾ ਸਾਲਿਕਾਂ ਬਾਸ਼ਦ ਨਸਬ ।੫।੪।
ਜੇ ਤੇਰਾ ਇਸ ਰਾਹ ਤੇ ਚਲਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਣ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧ ਹੋਵੇ ।
In (the chamber of my heart) our gathering, no sermon or discourse other than that about Akaalpurakh is delivered,
ग़र तुराबा सालिकां बाशद नसब ।५।४।
ਕੀਸਤ ਗੋਯਾ ਕੁ ਮਰਾਦਿ ਦਿਲ ਨ ਯਾਫ਼ਤ ।
ਉਹ ਕੌਣ ਹੈ, ਗੋਯਾ, ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਦਿਲ ਦੀ ਮੁਰਾਦ ਮੂਰੀ ਨਹੀਣ ਹੋਈ,
Come in and join this congregation. There is no stranger here (in the secrecy of this rendezous). (10) (1)
कीसत गोया कु मरादि दिल न याफ़त ।
ਹਰ ਕਸੇ ਬਾ ਨਫਸਿ ਖ਼ੁਦ ਕਰਦਾ ਜਜ਼ਬ ।੫।੫।
ਜਿਸ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੇ ਭੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਨ (ਹਉਮੈ) ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੋਵੇ ।
Without worrying about others' personalities, try to understand your own;
हर कसे बा नफसि क़ुद करदा जज़ब ।५।५।
