ਬੇ ਤੂ ਆਲਮ ਜੁਮਲਾ ਹੈਰਾਨਸਤੋ ਬਸ ।
ਤੇਰੇ ਬਿਨਾਣ ਸਾਰਾ ਜਹਾਨ ਹੈਰਾਨ ਹੌਇਆ ਪਿਆ ਹੈ ।
These two worlds are under the (constant) command of the true Waaheguru,
बे तू आलम जुमला हैरानसतो बस ।
ਸੀਨਾ ਅਜ਼ ਹਿਜਰਿ ਤੂ ਬਿਰਯਾਣਸਤੋ ਬਸ ।੩੯।੧।
ਤੇਰੇ ਵਿਛੋੜੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਸੀਨਾ ਕਬਾਬ ਹੋ ਚੁਕਾ ਹੈ ।
And, the divine messengers and prophets are willing to sacrifice themselves for Him. (26)
सीना अज़ हिजरि तू बिरयाणसतो बस ।३९।१।
ਤਾਲਿਬ ਮੌਲਾ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਾ ਅਸਤ ।
ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਬ ਦੀ ਤਲਾਸ਼ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਾ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ।
Any one who become firm practitioner of meditation of (Naam of) Akaalpurakh
तालिब मौला हमेशा ज़िंदा असत ।
ਬਰ ਜ਼ਬਾਨਸ਼ ਨਾਮਿ ਸੁਬਹਾਨ ਅਸਤੋ ਬਸ ।੩੯।੨।
ਉਸ ਦੀ ਜੀਬਾ ਤੇ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਉਸ ਸਰਬ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਮਾਨ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਹੀ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ।
As long as the Entity exists, he, too, becomes immortal. (27)
बर ज़बानश नामि सुबहान असतो बस ।३९।२।
ਖਾਲਿ ਮੁਸ਼ਕੀਨਸ਼ ਦਿਲਿ ਆਲਮ ਰਬੂਦ ।
ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸੁਗੰਧਤ ਕਾਲੇ ਤਿਲ ਨੇ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਦਾ ਦਿਲ ਮੋਹ ਲਿਆ,
Both these worlds are just a ray of the radiance and splendor of Waaheguru,
खालि मुशकीनश दिलि आलम रबूद ।
ਕੁਫ਼ਰਿ ਜ਼ੁਲਫ਼ਸ਼ ਦਾਮਿ ਈਮਾਨਸਤੋ ਬਸ ।੩੯।੩।
ਉਸ ਦੀਆਣ ਜ਼ੁਲਫ਼ਾਣ ਦਾ ਕੁਫਰ ਈਮਾਨ ਲਈ ਬਸ ਇਕ ਜਾਲ ਹੈ ।
The moon and the sun, both serve Him as His torch-bearers. (28)
कुफ़रि ज़ुलफ़श दामि ईमानसतो बस ।३९।३।
ਜ਼ੂਦ ਬਿਨੁਮਾ ਆਣ ਰੁਖਿ ਚੂੰ ਆਫ਼ਤਾਬ ।
ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਸੂਰਜ ਵਰਗਾ ਮੁਖੜਾ ਜਲਦੀ ਵਿਖਾ,
The achievements in this world are nothing but a constant and severe headache,
ज़ूद बिनुमा आण रुखि चूं आफ़ताब ।
ਈਣ ਇਲਾਜਿ ਚਸ਼ਮਿ ਗਿਰੀਆਨਸਤੋ ਬਸ ।੩੯।੪।
ਕਿਉਣ ਜੋ ਰੋ ਰਹੀ ਅੱਖ ਦਾ ਸਿਰਫ ਇਹੀ ਇਲਾਜ ਹੈ ।
Anyone who becomes oblivious of the Trinity is either a bull or a donkey. (29)
ईण इलाजि चशमि गिरीआनसतो बस ।३९।४।
ਦਿਲ ਨਿਸਾਰੀ ਕਾਮਤਿ ਰਾਅਨਾਈਇ ਊ ।
ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਕੱਦ ਕਾਠ ਤੋਣ ਆਪਣਾ ਦਿਲ ਕੁਰਬਾਨ,
To be careless, negligent, sluggish and apathetic of the memory of Akaalpurakh even for a moment is equivalent to hundreds of deaths.
दिल निसारी कामति राअनाईइ ऊ ।
ਜਾਣ ਫ਼ਿਦਾਈ ਜਾਨਿ ਜਾਨਾਣ ਨਸਤੋ ਬਸ ।੩੯।੫।
ਜਾਨ ਤਾਣ ਕੇਵਲ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਤੋਣ ਵਾਰਨ ਲਈ ਹੈ ।
For those enlightened and knowledgeable ones of Waaheguru, His meditation and remembrance is indeed the real life. (30)
जाण फ़िदाई जानि जानाण नसतो बस ।३९।५।
ਗਰ ਬਿ-ਪੁਰਸੀ ਹਾਲਿ ਗੋਯਾ ਯੱਕ ਨਫ਼ਸ ।
ਕਾਸ਼ ਤੂੰ ਗੋਯਾ ਦਾ ਹਾਲ ਪਲ ਭਰ ਲਈ ਪੁਛਦੋਣ,
Every moment that is spent in remembering Akaalpurakh,
गर बि-पुरसी हालि गोया यक नफ़स ।
ਈਣ ਇਲਾਜਿ ਦਰਦਿ ਹਰਮਾਨਸਤੋ ਬਸ ।੩੯।੬।
ਏਹੀ ਤਾਣ ਬਸ ਇੱਕੋ ਦਰਦ ਇਸ ਕੁੱਠੇ ਦਿਲ ਦਾ ਇਲਾਜ ਹੈ ।
Builds permanent foundations with Him. (31)
