पउड़ी ॥
ਚਉਦਹਿਚਾਰਿਕੁੰਟਪ੍ਰਭਆਪ॥
ਚੌਂਹੀਂ ਪਾਸੀਂ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਆਪ ਵੱਸ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ,
The fourteenth day of the lunar cycle: God Himself is in all four directions.
चउदहि चारि कुंट प्रभ आप ॥
ਸਗਲਭਵਨਪੂਰਨਪਰਤਾਪ॥
ਸਾਰੇ ਭਵਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਤੇਜ-ਪਰਤਾਪ ਚਮਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
On all worlds, His radiant glory is perfect.
सगल भवन पूरन परताप ॥
ਦਸੇਦਿਸਾਰਵਿਆਪ੍ਰਭੁਏਕੁ॥
ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇਕ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਹੀ ਦਸੀਂ ਪਾਸੀਂ ਵੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ।
The One God is diffused in the ten directions.
दसे दिसा रविआ प्रभु एकु ॥
ਧਰਨਿਅਕਾਸਸਭਮਹਿਪ੍ਰਭਪੇਖੁ॥
(ਹੇ ਭਾਈ!) ਧਰਤੀ ਆਕਾਸ਼ ਸਭ ਵਿਚ ਵੱਸਦਾ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਵੇਖੋ।
Behold God in all the earth and sky.
धरनि अकास सभ महि प्रभ पेखु ॥
ਜਲਥਲਬਨਪਰਬਤਪਾਤਾਲ॥
ਪਾਣੀ, ਧਰਤੀ, ਜੰਗਲ, ਪਹਾੜ, ਪਾਤਾਲ-
In the water, on the land, in the forests and mountains, and in the nether regions of the underworld,
जल थल बन परबत पाताल ॥
ਪਰਮੇਸ੍ਵਰਤਹਬਸਹਿਦਇਆਲ॥
ਇਹਨਾਂ ਸਭਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਹੀ ਦਇਆ-ਦੇ-ਘਰ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਜੀ ਵੱਸ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
the Merciful Transcendent Lord is abiding.
परमेस्वर तह बसहि दइआल ॥
ਸੂਖਮਅਸਥੂਲਸਗਲਭਗਵਾਨ॥
ਅਣਦਿੱਸਦੇ ਤੇ ਦਿੱਸਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਹੀ ਜਗਤ ਵਿਚ ਭਗਵਾਨ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਹੈ।
The Lord God is in all mind and matter, subtle and manifest.
सूखम असथूल सगल भगवान ॥
ਨਾਨਕਗੁਰਮੁਖਿਬ੍ਰਹਮੁਪਛਾਨ॥੧੪॥
ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਜੇਹੜਾ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਦੱਸੇ ਰਾਹ ਤੇ ਤੁਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨੂੰ (ਸਭ ਥਾਂ ਵੱਸਦਾ) ਪਛਾਣ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੧੪॥
O Nanak, the Gurmukh realizes God. ||14||
