ਕੱਲਰ ਵਿਚ ਬੀ ਬੀਜਿਆਂ ਧਾਨ ਅੰਨ ਦਾ ਪੱਤਾ ਮਾਤ੍ਰ ਭੀ ਉਤਪੰਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ, ਸਗੋਂ ਮੂਲ ਮੂੜੀ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਵਾ ਕੇ ਰੋਣਾ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਰਾਜ ਡੰਡ ਭੀ ਲਗਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਰਥਾਤ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਸ੍ਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਭਰਣਾ ਪੈ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
Just as a seed sown in saline and barren land yields not even a leaf, one loses the capital (seed) and cries at the waste beside forced to pay revenue.

ਜਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਰਿੜਕਿਆਂ ਘਿਓ ਮੱਖਣ ਤਾਂ ਨਿਕਲਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਮਟਕੀ ਚਾਟੀ ਮਧਾਣੀ ਨੂੰ ਤੋੜ ਫੜ ਕੇ ਨੱਠਨਾ ਹੀ ਪਿਆ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਜਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਭੂਤਾਂ ਪ੍ਰੇਤਾਂ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਪੁੱਤ ਮੰਗ੍ਯਾਂ ਕੋਊ ਸੁਪੁੱਤੀ ਤਾਂ ਹੋ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਸਗੋਂ ਜੀਅ ਜਾਨ ਦਾ ਸੰਸਾ ਪੈ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਆਪ ਤ੍ਯਾਗ੍ਯਾਂ ਭੀ ਉਹ ਭੂਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਤ੍ਯਾਗ੍ਯਾ ਕਰਦੇ।

ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਜਿਸ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੇਵ ਅਰਾਧਨ ਦੇ ਹੋਰ ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਪ੍ਯਾਰੀ ਲਗਦੀ ਰੁਚਦੀ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਲੋਕ ਪ੍ਰਲੋਕ ਅੰਦਰ ਜੀਉਂਦੇ ਮਰਦੇ ਸ਼ੋਕ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਕ੍ਯੋਂਕਿ ਇਹ ਸੇਵਾ ਸਭ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਦੁਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੇਣ ਹਾਰੀ ਹੈ ॥੪੭੬॥
