ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਨੂੰ ਛੂਹ ਕੇ ਮਹਾਨ ਕੋਸ਼ ਅਰਥ ਵੇਖੋ

ਗੁਰਮੂਰਤਿਪੂਰਨਬ੍ਰਹਮੁਅਬਿਗਤੁਅਬਿਨਾਸੀ।
ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਸ਼ ਤੋਂ ਰਹਿਤ ਤੇ ਗਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਰਹਿਤ ਪੂਰਨ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਦੀ ਮੂਰਤ (ਵਾਗੂੰ ਹੈ)।
Guru is replica of the perfect Braham who is unmanifest and indestructible.
गुर मूरति पूरन ब्रहमु अबिगतु अबिनासी ।
ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮੁਗੁਰਸਬਦੁਹੈਸਤਸੰਗਿਨਿਵਾਸੀ।
(ਉਸ) ਗੁਰ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਸਤਿਸੰਗ ਵਿਚ ਨਿਵਾਸ ਰੱਖਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਦਾ (ਮਾਨੋ ਮਿਲਾਪ ਹੈ, ਅਥਵਾ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਮੂਰਤਿ ਪੂਰਨ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਹੈ। ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਬ੍ਰਹਿਮੰਡ ਵਿਚ? ਉੱਤਰ ਦੇਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਸਤਿਸੰਗ ਨਿਵਾਸ ਵਿਖੇ, ਅਰਥਾਤ ਧਯਾਨ ਤੇ ਸ਼ਬਦ, ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਧਨ ਹੀ ਨਾਂ ਸਮਝੇ ਪਰ ਸਾਧਨ ਤੇ ਸਿੱਧ

पारब्रहमु गुर सबदु है सतसंगि निवासी ।
ਸਾਧਸੰਗਤਿਸਚੁਖੰਡੁਹੈਭਾਉਭਗਤਿਅਭਿਆਸੀ।
ਸਾਧ ਸੰਗਤ (ਹੀ) ਸਚਖੰਡ ਹੈ (ਜਿੱਥੇ) ਪ੍ਰੇਮਾ ਭਗਤੀ ਦਾ ਅਭਯਾਸ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
The company of the sadhus is the abode of truth where opportunity for loving devotion is created.
साधसंगति सचु खंडु है भाउ भगति अभिआसी ।
ਚਹੁਵਰਨਾਉਪਦੇਸੁਕਰਿਗੁਰਮਤਿਪਰਗਾਸੀ।
(ਜਿੱਥੇ) ਚਹੁੰ ਵਰਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ (ਜਾਤ ਭੇਦ ਛੱਡਕੇ) ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਨਾਲ ਗੁਰਮਤ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਾਸ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
Here all the four varnas are preached to and the wisdom of the Guru (Gurmat) brought before the people.
चहु वरना उपदेसु करि गुरमति परगासी ।
ਪੈਰੀਪੈਪਾਖਾਕਹੋਇਗੁਰਮੁਖਿਰਹਿਰਾਸੀ।
(ਜਿਸ ਟਕਸਾਲ ਵਿਖੇ ਜਗਯਾਸੂ) ਪੈਰੀਂ ਪੈ ਕੇ, ਪੈਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਖਾਕ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਸਿੱਧੇ ਰਸਤੇ ਦੇ ਤੁਰਾਊੂ ਗੁਰਮੁਖ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
Only here touching the feet and by becoming dust of the feet, gurmukhs become followers of the way of discipline.
पैरी पै पा खाक होइ गुरमुखि रहिरासी ।
ਮਾਇਆਵਿਚਿਉਦਾਸੁਗਤਿਹੋਇਆਸਨਿਰਾਸੀ੧।।
ਆਸਾ ਤੋ ਨਿਰਾਸ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਮਾਇਆ ਦੇ ਵਿਚੇ ਹੀ ਉਦਾਸ ਗਤੀ ਵਾਲੇ (ਹੋ ਕੇ ਵਿਚਰਦੇ ਹਨ)।
Becoming neutral amidst hopes, the individuals through the holy congregation go beyond maya.
माइआ विचि उदासु गति होइ आस निरासी ।१।
