ਸਬਰੁਮੰਝਕਮਾਣਏਸਬਰਕਾਨੀਹਣੋ॥
ਜੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਇਸ ਸਬਰ ਦੀ ਕਮਾਨ ਹੋਵੇ, ਜੇ ਸਬਰ ਹੀ ਕਮਾਣ ਦਾ ਚਿੱਲਾ ਹੋਵੇ,
Within yourself, make patience the bow, and make patience the bowstring.
सबरु मंझ कमाण ए सबर का नीहणो ॥
ਸਬਰਸੰਦਾਬਾਣੁਖਾਲਕੁਖਤਾਨਕਰੀ॥੧੧੫॥
ਸਬਰ ਦਾ ਹੀ ਤੀਰ ਹੋਵੇ, ਤਾਂ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ (ਇਸ ਦਾ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ) ਖੁੰਝਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇਂਦਾ ॥੧੧੫॥
Make patience the arrow, the Creator will not let you miss the target. ||115||
