ਆਸਾਮਹਲਾ੫ਦੁਪਦੇ॥
Aasaa, Fifth Mahalaa, Du-Padas:
ਭਈਪਰਾਪਤਿਮਾਨੁਖਦੇਹੁਰੀਆ॥
ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਤੈਨੂੰ ਮਨੁੱਖਾ ਜਨਮ ਦੇ ਸੋਹਣੇ ਸਰੀਰ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ,
You have been blessed with this human body.
ਗੋਬਿੰਦਮਿਲਣਕੀਇਹਤੇਰੀਬਰੀਆ॥
ਇਹੀ ਹੈ ਸਮਾ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਣ ਦਾ।
This is your chance to meet the Lord of the Universe.
ਅਵਰਿਕਾਜਤੇਰੈਕਿਤੈਨਕਾਮ॥
ਤੇਰੇ ਹੋਰ ਹੋਰ ਕੰਮ (ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਣ ਦੇ ਰਸਤੇ ਵਿਚ) ਤੇਰੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਕੰਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਣਗੇ।
Other efforts are of no use to you.
ਮਿਲੁਸਾਧਸੰਗਤਿਭਜੁਕੇਵਲਨਾਮ॥੧॥
(ਇਸ ਵਾਸਤੇ) ਸਾਧ ਸੰਗਤਿ ਵਿਚ (ਭੀ) ਬੈਠਿਆ ਕਰ (ਤੇ ਉਥੇ) ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਭਜਨ ਕਰਿਆ ਕਰ ॥੧॥
Joining the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy, vibrate and meditate on the Naam, the Name of the Lord. ||1||
ਸਰੰਜਾਮਿਲਾਗੁਭਵਜਲਤਰਨਕੈ॥
(ਹੇ ਭਾਈ!) ਸੰਸਾਰ-ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਵਿਚੋਂ (ਸਹੀ-ਸਲਾਮਤਿ ਆਤਮਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਲੈ ਕੇ) ਪਾਰ ਲੰਘਣ ਦੇ ਆਹਰ ਵਿਚ (ਭੀ) ਲੱਗ।
Make the effort, and cross over the terrifying world ocean.
ਜਨਮੁਬ੍ਰਿਥਾਜਾਤਰੰਗਿਮਾਇਆਕੈ॥੧॥ਰਹਾਉ॥
ਮਾਇਆ ਦੇ ਮੋਹ ਵਿਚ (ਫਸ ਕੇ) ਤੇਰਾ ਮਨੁੱਖਾ ਜਨਮ ਵਿਅਰਥ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
This human life is passing away in vain, in the love of Maya. ||1||Pause||
ਜਪੁਤਪੁਸੰਜਮੁਧਰਮੁਨਕਮਾਇਆ॥
ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ! ਮੈਂ ਕੋਈ ਜਪ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ, ਮੈਂ ਕੋਈ ਤਪ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ, ਮੈਂ ਕੋਈ ਸੰਜਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਾਧਿਆ; ਮੈਂ ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹਾ ਕੋਈ ਹੋਰ ਧਰਮ ਭੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ (ਮੈਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਜਪ ਤਪ ਸੰਜਮ ਆਦਿਕ ਦਾ ਸਹਾਰਾ-ਮਾਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ)।
I have not practiced meditation, penance, self-restraint or righteous living;
ਸੇਵਾਸਾਧਨਜਾਨਿਆਹਰਿਰਾਇਆ॥
ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ-ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ! ਮੈਂ ਤਾਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਸੰਤ ਜਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਜਾਚ ਭੀ ਨਾਹ ਸਿੱਖੀ।
I have not served the Holy Saints, and I do not know the Lord, my King.
ਕਹੁਨਾਨਕਹਮਨੀਚਕਰੰਮਾ॥
ਨਾਨਕ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ- ਮੈਂ ਬੜਾ ਮੰਦ-ਕਰਮੀ ਹਾਂ,
Says Nanak, my actions are vile and despicable;
ਸਰਣਿਪਰੇਕੀਰਾਖਹੁਸਰਮਾ॥੨॥੨੯॥
(ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀ ਸਰਨ ਆ ਪਿਆ ਹਾਂ) ਸਰਨ ਪਏ ਦੀ ਮੇਰੀ ਲਾਜ ਰੱਖੀਂ ॥੨॥੨੯॥
O Lord, I seek Your Sanctuary - please, preserve my honor. ||2||29||

ਤੁਝਬਿਨੁਅਵਰੁਨਾਹੀਮੈਦੂਜਾਤੂੰਮੇਰੇਮਨਮਾਹੀ॥
ਹੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੇ! ਤੂੰ ਕਿਉਂ ਡਰਦੀ ਹੈਂ? (ਹਰ ਵੇਲੇ ਇਉਂ ਅਰਦਾਸ ਕਰਿਆ ਕਰ-) ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਤੈਥੋਂ ਬਿਨਾ ਮੇਰਾ ਕੋਈ ਹੋਰ ਸਹਾਰਾ ਨਹੀਂ, ਤੂੰ ਸਦਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਵੱਸਦਾ ਰਹੁ।
Without You, there is no other for me; You alone are in my mind.
ਤੂੰਸਾਜਨੁਸੰਗੀਪ੍ਰਭੁਮੇਰਾਕਾਹੇਜੀਅਡਰਾਹੀ॥੧॥
ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਮੇਰਾ ਸੱਜਣ ਹੈਂ, ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਮੇਰਾ ਸਾਥੀ ਹੈਂ ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਮੇਰਾ ਮਾਲਕ ਹੈਂ ॥੧॥
You are my Friend and Companion, God; why should my soul be afraid? ||1||
ਤੁਮਰੀਓਟਤੁਮਾਰੀਆਸਾ॥
ਹੇ ਗੋਪਾਲ! ਮੈਨੂੰ ਤੇਰਾ ਹੀ ਸਹਾਰਾ ਹੈ, ਮੈਨੂੰ ਤੇਰੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਦੀ ਆਸ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ।
You are my support, You are my hope.
ਬੈਠਤਊਠਤਸੋਵਤਜਾਗਤਵਿਸਰੁਨਾਹੀਤੂੰਸਾਸਗਿਰਾਸਾ॥੧॥ਰਹਾਉ॥
(ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਮੇਹਰ ਕਰ) ਬੈਠਦਿਆਂ, ਉਠਦਿਆਂ, ਸੁੱਤਿਆਂ, ਜਾਗਦਿਆਂ, ਹਰੇਕ ਸਾਹ ਨਾਲ, ਹਰੇਕ ਗਿਰਾਹੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਤੂੰ ਕਦੇ ਭੀ ਨਾਹ ਭੁੱਲ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
While sitting down or standing up, while sleeping or waking, with every breath and morsel of food, I never forget You. ||1||Pause||
ਰਾਖੁਰਾਖੁਸਰਣਿਪ੍ਰਭਅਪਨੀਅਗਨਿਸਾਗਰਵਿਕਰਾਲਾ॥
ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਇਹ ਅੱਗ ਦਾ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ (ਸੰਸਾਰ ਬੜਾ) ਡਰਾਉਣਾ ਹੈ (ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਨ ਲਈ) ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਰਨ ਵਿਚ ਸਦਾ ਟਿਕਾਈ ਰੱਖ।
Protect me, please protect me, O God; I have come to Your Sanctuary; the ocean of fire is so horrible.
ਨਾਨਕਕੇਸੁਖਦਾਤੇਸਤਿਗੁਰਹਮਤੁਮਰੇਬਾਲਗੁਪਾਲਾ॥੨॥੩੦॥
ਹੇ ਗੁਪਾਲ! ਹੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ! ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੇ ਸੁਖ-ਦਾਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰਾ (ਅੰਞਾਣ) ਬੱਚਾ ਹਾਂ ॥੨॥੩੦॥
The True Guru is the Giver of peace to Nanak; I am Your child, O Lord of the World. ||2||30||
ਆਸਾਮਹਲਾ੫॥
Aasaa, Fifth Mahalaa:
ਹਰਿਜਨਲੀਨੇਪ੍ਰਭੂਛਡਾਇ॥
(ਹੇ ਭਾਈ!) ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਭਗਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ (ਮਾਇਆ-ਡੈਣ ਦੇ ਪੰਜੇ ਤੋਂ) ਆਪ ਬਚਾ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
The Lord God has saved me, His slave.
ਪ੍ਰੀਤਮਸਿਉਮੇਰੋਮਨੁਮਾਨਿਆਤਾਪੁਮੁਆਬਿਖੁਖਾਇ॥੧॥ਰਹਾਉ॥
(ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਨਾਲ) ਮੇਰਾ ਮਨ ਭੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਮ-ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨਾਲ ਗਿੱਝਿਆ ਹੈ, ਮੇਰਾ ਭੀ (ਮਾਇਆ ਦਾ) ਤਾਪ (ਇਉਂ) ਮੁੱਕ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ (ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕੋਈ ਪ੍ਰਾਣੀ) ਜ਼ਹਰ ਖਾ ਕੇ ਮਰ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
My mind has surrendered to my Beloved; my fever has taken poison and died. ||1||Pause||
ਪਾਲਾਤਾਊਕਛੂਨਬਿਆਪੈਰਾਮਨਾਮਗੁਨਗਾਇ॥
(ਹੇ ਭਾਈ!) ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਸੋਹਣੇ ਚਰਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਆਸਰਾ ਲਿਆਂ (ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ) ਚਿੱਤ ਤੇ (ਮਾਇਆ-) ਡੈਣ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਚੜ੍ਹਦਾ।
Cold and heat do not touch me at all, when I sing the Glorious Praises of the Lord.
ਡਾਕੀਕੋਚਿਤਿਕਛੂਨਲਾਗੈਚਰਨਕਮਲਸਰਨਾਇ॥੧॥
ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੀ ਸਿਫ਼ਤਿ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਦੇ ਗੀਤ ਗਾ ਗਾ ਕੇ ਨਾਹ ਮਾਇਆ ਦਾ ਲਾਲਚ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਪਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ, ਨਾਹ ਮਾਇਆ ਦਾ ਸਹਮ ਦਬਾਉ ਪਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੧॥
My consciousness is not affected by the witch, Maya; I take to the Sanctuary of the Lord's Lotus Feet. ||1||
ਸੰਤਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿਭਏਕਿਰਪਾਲਾਹੋਏਆਪਿਸਹਾਇ॥
(ਹੇ ਭਾਈ!) ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਨਾਲ (ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਉਤੇ) ਦਇਆਵਾਨ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ (ਮਾਇਆ ਡੈਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਣ ਲਈ ਮੇਰਾ) ਆਪ ਸਹਾਈ ਬਣਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।
By the Grace of the Saints, the Lord has shown His Mercy to me; He Himself is my Help and Support.
ਗੁਨਨਿਧਾਨਨਿਤਿਗਾਵੈਨਾਨਕੁਸਹਸਾਦੁਖੁਮਿਟਾਇ॥੨॥੩੧॥
ਹੁਣ (ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਨਾਲ) ਨਾਨਕ (ਮਾਇਆ ਦਾ) ਸਹਮ ਤੇ ਦੁੱਖ ਦੂਰ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਗੁਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਖ਼ਜ਼ਾਨੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਗੁਣ ਸਦਾ ਗਾਂਦਾ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੨॥੩੧॥
Nanak ever sings the Praises of the Lord, the treasure of excellence; his doubts and pains are eliminated. ||2||31||
ਆਸਾਮਹਲਾ੫॥
Aasaa, Fifth Mahalaa:
ਅਉਖਧੁਖਾਇਓਹਰਿਕੋਨਾਉ॥
(ਹੇ ਭਾਈ!) ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ-ਦਵਾਈ ਖਾਧੀ,
I have taken the medicine of the Name of the Lord.
ਸੁਖਪਾਏਦੁਖਬਿਨਸਿਆਥਾਉ॥੧॥
(ਉਸ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰੋਂ ਮਾਇਆ ਦਾ ਮੋਹ) ਦੁੱਖਾਂ ਦਾ ਸੋਮਾ ਸੁੱਕ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਤਮਕ ਆਨੰਦ ਮਾਣ ਲਏ ॥੧॥
I have found peace, and the seat of pain has been removed. ||1||
ਤਾਪੁਗਇਆਬਚਨਿਗੁਰਪੂਰੇ॥
(ਹੇ ਭਾਈ!) ਪੂਰੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਬਰਕਤਿ ਨਾਲ (ਨਾਮ-ਦਵਾਈ ਖਾ ਕੇ ਮਾਇਆ ਦੇ ਮੋਹ ਦਾ) ਤਾਪ ਲਹਿ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ,
The fever has been broken, by the Teachings of the Perfect Guru.
ਅਨਦੁਭਇਆਸਭਿਮਿਟੇਵਿਸੂਰੇ॥੧॥ਰਹਾਉ॥
ਆਤਮਕ-ਆਨੰਦ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਸਾਰੇ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਫ਼ਿਕਰ ਮਿਟ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
I am in ecstasy, and all of my sorrows have been dispelled. ||1||Pause||
ਜੀਅਜੰਤਸਗਲਸੁਖੁਪਾਇਆ॥
ਉਹਨਾਂ ਸਭਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਤਮਕ ਆਨੰਦ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ,
All beings and creatures obtain peace,
ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮੁਨਾਨਕਮਨਿਧਿਆਇਆ॥੨॥੩੨॥
ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! (ਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਰਾਹੀਂ) ਜਿਸ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਸਿਮਰਿਆ ॥੨॥੩੨॥
O Nanak, meditating on the Supreme Lord God. ||2||32||
ਆਸਾਮਹਲਾ੫॥
Aasaa, Fifth Mahalaa:
ਬਾਂਛਤਨਾਹੀਸੁਬੇਲਾਆਈ॥
(ਹੇ ਭਾਈ!) ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਭੀ ਪਸੰਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦਾ, ਮੌਤ ਦਾ ਉਹ ਸਮਾ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ (ਮਨੁੱਖ ਫਿਰ ਭੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਮਝਦਾ ਕਿ ਮੌਤ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਆਉਣੀ ਹੈ।)
That time, which the mortal does not wish for, eventually comes.
ਬਿਨੁਹੁਕਮੈਕਿਉਬੁਝੈਬੁਝਾਈ॥੧॥
ਜਦ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਨਾਹ ਹੋਵੇ ਜੀਵ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਤਨਾ ਸਮਝਾਓ ਇਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਮਝਦਾ ॥੧॥
Without the Lord's Command, how can understanding be understood? ||1||
ਠੰਢੀਤਾਤੀਮਿਟੀਖਾਈ॥
ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! (ਮਰੇ ਸਰੀਰ ਨੂੰ) ਜਲ-ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਅੱਗ ਸਾੜ ਦੇਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ (ਦੱਬਿਆਂ) ਮਿੱਟੀ ਖਾ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ
The body is consumed by water, fire and earth.
ਓਹੁਨਬਾਲਾਬੂਢਾਭਾਈ॥੧॥ਰਹਾਉ॥
ਜੀਵਾਤਮਾ (ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੀ ਅੰਸ਼ ਹੈ ਜੋ) ਨਾਹ ਕਦੇ ਬਾਲਕ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਨਾਹ ਕਦੇ ਬੁੱਢਾ ਹੈ (ਉਹ ਕਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਰਦਾ। ਸਰੀਰ ਹੀ ਕਦੇ ਬਾਲਕ ਹੈ ਕਦੇ ਜਵਾਨ ਹੈ, ਕਦੇ ਬੁੱਢਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਮਰ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ) ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
But the soul is neither young nor old, O Siblings of Destiny. ||1||Pause||
ਨਾਨਕਦਾਸਸਾਧਸਰਣਾਈ॥
ਹੇ ਦਾਸ ਨਾਨਕ! ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਸਰਨ ਪਿਆਂ ਹੀ-
Servant Nanak has entered the Sanctuary of the Holy.
ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿਭਉਪਾਰਿਪਰਾਈ॥੨॥੩੩॥
ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਮਨੁੱਖ (ਮੌਤ ਦੇ) ਡਰ-ਸਹਮ ਤੋਂ ਪਾਰ ਲੰਘ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੨॥੩੩॥
By Guru's Grace, he has shaken off the fear of death. ||2||33||
ਆਸਾਮਹਲਾ੫॥
Aasaa, Fifth Mahalaa:
ਸਦਾਸਦਾਆਤਮਪਰਗਾਸੁ॥
(ਹੇ ਭਾਈ!) ਉਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਸਦਾ ਕਾਇਮ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਆਤਮਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਦਾ ਚਾਨਣ ਮਿਲ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ,
Forever and ever, the soul is illumined;
ਸਾਧਸੰਗਤਿਹਰਿਚਰਣਨਿਵਾਸੁ॥੧॥
ਸਾਧ ਸੰਗਤਿ ਵਿਚ ਰਹਿ ਕੇ ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਮਨ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਚਰਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਟਿਕਿਆ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੧॥
in the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy, it dwells at the Feet of the Lord. ||1||
ਰਾਮਨਾਮਨਿਤਿਜਪਿਮਨਮੇਰੇ॥
ਹੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ! ਸਦਾ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਜਪਿਆ ਕਰ।
Chant the Lord's Name each and every day, O my mind.
ਸੀਤਲਸਾਂਤਿਸਦਾਸੁਖਪਾਵਹਿਕਿਲਵਿਖਜਾਹਿਸਭੇਮਨਤੇਰੇ॥੧॥ਰਹਾਉ॥
ਹੇ ਮਨ! (ਨਾਮ ਦੀ ਬਰਕਤਿ ਨਾਲ) ਤੇਰੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਪਾਪ ਦੂਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਗੇ, ਤੇਰਾ ਆਪਾ ਠੰਡਾ-ਠਾਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਇਗਾ, ਤੇਰੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਇਗੀ, ਤੂੰ ਸਦਾ ਆਤਮਕ ਆਨੰਦ ਮਾਣਦਾ ਰਹੇਂਗਾ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
You shall find lasting peace, contentment and tranquility, and all your sins shall depart. ||1||Pause||
ਕਹੁਨਾਨਕਜਾਕੇਪੂਰਨਕਰਮ॥
(ਪਰ) ਨਾਨਕ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਭਾਗ ਜਾਗਦੇ ਹਨ,
Says Nanak, one who is blessed with perfect good karma,
ਸਤਿਗੁਰਭੇਟੇਪੂਰਨਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮ॥੨॥੩੪॥
ਉਹ ਹੀ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਸਭ ਗੁਣਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਭਰਪੂਰ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੨॥੩੪॥
