ਆਪੇਸੂਰਾਅਮਰੁਚਲਾਇਆ॥
ਉਹ ਸੂਰਮਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਆਪ ਹੀ (ਸਾਰੇ ਜਗਤ ਵਿਚ) ਹੁਕਮ ਚਲਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
You Yourself are the hero, exerting Your regal power.
ਆਪੇਸਿਵਵਰਤਾਈਅਨੁਅੰਤਰਿਆਪੇਸੀਤਲੁਠਾਰੁਗੜਾ॥੧੩॥
(ਸਭ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਦੇ) ਅੰਦਰ ਉਸਨੇ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਸੁਖ-ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਵਰਤਾਈ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ, (ਕਿਉਂਕਿ) ਉਹ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਗੜੇ ਵਰਗਾ ਸੀਤਲ ਠੰਢਾ-ਠਾਰ ਹੈ ॥੧੩॥
You Yourself spread peace within; You are cool and icy calm. ||13||
ਜਿਸਹਿਨਿਵਾਜੇਗੁਰਮੁਖਿਸਾਜੇ॥
ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਉਤੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਮਿਹਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਸਰਨ ਪਾ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਨਵੀਂ ਆਤਮਕ ਘਾੜਤ ਘੜਦਾ ਹੈ।
One whom You bless and make Gurmukh
ਨਾਮੁਵਸੈਤਿਸੁਅਨਹਦਵਾਜੇ॥
ਉਸ (ਮਨੁੱਖ) ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਆ ਵੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ (ਮਾਨੋ) ਉਸ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਇਕ-ਰਸ ਵਾਜੇ (ਵੱਜ ਪੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ)।
the Naam abides within him, and the unstruck sound current vibrates for him.
ਤਿਸਹੀਸੁਖੁਤਿਸਹੀਠਕੁਰਾਈਤਿਸਹਿਨਆਵੈਜਮੁਨੇੜਾ॥੧੪॥
ਉਸੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ (ਸਦਾ) ਆਤਮਕ ਆਨੰਦ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸੇ ਨੂੰ (ਲੋਕ ਪਰਲੋਕ ਵਿਚ) ਆਤਮਕ ਉੱਚਤਾ ਮਿਲ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਜਮਰਾਜ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਢੁਕਦਾ (ਮੌਤ ਦਾ ਡਰ, ਆਤਮਕ ਮੌਤ ਉਸ ਉਤੇ ਅਸਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਾ ਸਕਦੀ) ॥੧੪॥
He is peaceful, and he is the master of all; the Messenger of Death does not even approach him. ||14||
ਕੀਮਤਿਕਾਗਦਕਹੀਨਜਾਈ॥
ਕਾਗ਼ਜ਼ਾਂ ਉਤੇ (ਲਿਖ ਕੇ) ਉਸ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ।
His value cannot be described on paper.
ਕਹੁਨਾਨਕਬੇਅੰਤਗੁਸਾਈ॥
ਨਾਨਕ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ- ਸ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀ ਦਾ ਮਾਲਕ-ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਬੇਅੰਤ ਹੈ।
Says Nanak, the Lord of the world is infinite.
ਆਦਿਮਧਿਅੰਤਿਪ੍ਰਭੁਸੋਈਹਾਥਿਤਿਸੈਕੈਨੇਬੇੜਾ॥੧੫॥
ਜਗਤ ਦੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਵਿਚ, ਹੁਣ ਅੰਤ ਵਿਚ ਭੀ ਉਹੀ ਕਾਇਮ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ। ਜੀਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਰਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ ਉਸੇ ਦੇ ਹੱਥ ਵਿਚ ਹੈ ॥੧੫॥
In the beginning, in the middle and in the end, God exists. Judgement is in His Hands alone. ||15||
ਤਿਸਹਿਸਰੀਕੁਨਾਹੀਰੇਕੋਈ॥
ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਕੋਈ ਭੀ ਜੀਵ ਉਸ (ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ) ਦੇ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।
No one is equal to Him.
ਕਿਸਹੀਬੁਤੈਜਬਾਬੁਨਹੋਈ॥
ਉਸ ਦੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਭੀ ਕੰਮ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ।
No one can stand up against Him by any means.
ਨਾਨਕਕਾਪ੍ਰਭੁਆਪੇਆਪੇਕਰਿਕਰਿਵੇਖੈਚੋਜਖੜਾ॥੧੬॥੧॥੧੦॥
ਨਾਨਕ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ (ਹਰ ਥਾਂ) ਆਪ ਹੀ ਆਪ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਤਮਾਸ਼ੇ ਕਰ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਖੜਾ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਵੇਖ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ॥੧੬॥੧॥੧੦॥
Nanak's God is Himself all-in-all. He creates and stages and watches His wondrous plays. ||16||1||10||

Maaroo, Fifth Mahalaa:
ਅਚੁਤਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮਪਰਮੇਸੁਰਅੰਤਰਜਾਮੀ॥
ਹੇ ਕਰਤਾਰ! ਤੂੰ ਅਬਿਨਾਸੀ ਹੈਂ, ਤੂੰ ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਹੈਂ, ਤੂੰ ਪਰਮੇਸੁਰ ਹੈਂ, ਤੂੰ ਅੰਤਰਜਾਮੀ ਹੈਂ।
The Supreme Lord God is imperishable, the Transcendent Lord, the Inner-knower, the Searcher of hearts.
ਮਧੁਸੂਦਨਦਾਮੋਦਰਸੁਆਮੀ॥
ਹੇ ਸੁਆਮੀ! ਮਧੁਸੂਦਨ ਤੇ ਦਾਮੋਦਰ ਭੀ ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਹੈਂ।
He is the Slayer of demons, our Supreme Lord and Master.
ਰਿਖੀਕੇਸਗੋਵਰਧਨਧਾਰੀਮੁਰਲੀਮਨੋਹਰਹਰਿਰੰਗਾ॥੧॥
ਹੇ ਹਰੀ! ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਰਿਖੀਕੇਸ਼ ਗੋਵਰਧਨਧਾਰੀ ਤੇ ਮਨੋਹਰ ਮੁਰਲੀ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈਂ। ਤੂੰ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਰੰਗ-ਤਮਾਸ਼ੇ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈਂ ॥੧॥
The Supreme Rishi, the Master of the sensory organs, the uplifter of mountains, the joyful Lord playing His enticing flute. ||1||
ਮੋਹਨਮਾਧਵਕ੍ਰਿਸ੍ਨਮੁਰਾਰੇ॥
(ਹੇ ਹਰੀ!) ਮੋਹਨ, ਮਾਧਵ, ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ, ਮੁਰਾਰੀ ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਹੈਂ।
The Enticer of Hearts, the Lord of wealth, Krishna, the Enemy of ego.
ਜਗਦੀਸੁਰਹਰਿਜੀਉਅਸੁਰਸੰਘਾਰੇ॥
ਹੇ ਹਰੀ ਜੀਉ! ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਹੈਂ ਜਗਤ ਦਾ ਮਾਲਕ, ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਹੈਂ ਦੈਂਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਾਸ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ।
The Lord of the Universe, the Dear Lord, the Destroyer of demons.
ਜਗਜੀਵਨਅਬਿਨਾਸੀਠਾਕੁਰਘਟਘਟਵਾਸੀਹੈਸੰਗਾ॥੨॥
ਹੇ ਜਗਜੀਵਨ! ਹੇ ਅਬਿਨਾਸੀ ਠਾਕੁਰ! ਤੂੰ ਸਭ ਸਰੀਰਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਹੈਂ, ਤੂੰ ਸਭਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਵੱਸਦਾ ਹੈਂ ॥੨॥
The Life of the World, our eternal and ever-stable Lord and Master dwells within each and every heart, and is always with us. ||2||
ਧਰਣੀਧਰਈਸਨਰਸਿੰਘਨਾਰਾਇਣ॥
ਹੇ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਆਸਰੇ! ਹੇ ਈਸ਼੍ਵਰ! ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਹੈਂ ਨਰਸਿੰਘ ਅਵਤਾਰ, ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਹੈਂ ਵਿਸ਼ਨੂ ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਨਿਵਾਸ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਵਿਚ ਹੈ।
The Support of the Earth, the man-lion, the Supreme Lord God.
ਦਾੜਾਅਗ੍ਰੇਪ੍ਰਿਥਮਿਧਰਾਇਣ॥
(ਵਰਾਹ ਅਵਤਾਰ ਧਾਰ ਕੇ) ਧਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਦਾੜ੍ਹਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਚੁੱਕਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਭੀ ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਹੈਂ।
The Protector who tears apart demons with His teeth, the Upholder of the earth.
ਬਾਵਨਰੂਪੁਕੀਆਤੁਧੁਕਰਤੇਸਭਹੀਸੇਤੀਹੈਚੰਗਾ॥੩॥
ਹੇ ਕਰਤਾਰ! (ਰਾਜਾ ਬਲ ਨੂੰ ਛਲਣ ਲਈ) ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਵਾਮਨ-ਰੂਪ ਧਾਰਿਆ ਸੀ। ਤੂੰ ਸਭ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਵੱਸਦਾ ਹੈਂ, (ਫਿਰ ਭੀ ਤੂੰ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ) ਉੱਤਮ ਹੈਂ ॥੩॥
O Creator, You assumed the form of the pygmy to humble the demons; You are the Lord God of all. ||3||
ਸ੍ਰੀਰਾਮਚੰਦਜਿਸੁਰੂਪੁਨਰੇਖਿਆ॥
ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਤੂੰ ਉਹ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਰਾਮਚੰਦਰ ਹੈਂ ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਨਾਹ ਕੋਈ ਰੂਪ ਹੈ ਨਾਹ ਰੇਖ।
You are the Great Raam Chand, who has no form or feature.
ਬਨਵਾਲੀਚਕ੍ਰਪਾਣਿਦਰਸਿਅਨੂਪਿਆ॥
ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਹੈਂ ਬਨਵਾਲੀ ਤੇ ਸੁਦਰਸ਼ਨ-ਚੱਕ੍ਰ-ਧਾਰੀ। ਤੂੰ ਬੇ-ਮਿਸਾਲ ਸਰੂਪ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈਂ।
Adorned with flowers, holding the chakra in Your hand, Your form is incomparably beautiful.
ਸਹਸਨੇਤ੍ਰਮੂਰਤਿਹੈਸਹਸਾਇਕੁਦਾਤਾਸਭਹੈਮੰਗਾ॥੪॥
ਤੇਰੇ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਨੇਤਰ ਹਨ, ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਮੂਰਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਇਕੱਲਾ ਦਾਤਾ ਹੈਂ, ਸਾਰੀ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਤੈਥੋਂ ਮੰਗਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਹੈ ॥੪॥
You have thousands of eyes, and thousands of forms. You alone are the Giver, and all are beggars of You. ||4||
ਭਗਤਿਵਛਲੁਅਨਾਥਹਨਾਥੇ॥
ਹੇ ਅਨਾਥਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਥ! ਤੂੰ ਭਗਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈਂ।
You are the Lover of Your devotees, the Master of the masterless.
ਗੋਪੀਨਾਥੁਸਗਲਹੈਸਾਥੇ॥
ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਗੋਪੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਨਾਥ ਹੈਂ। ਤੂੰ ਸਭ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈਂ।
The Lord and Master of the milk-maids, You are the companion of all.
ਬਾਸੁਦੇਵਨਿਰੰਜਨਦਾਤੇਬਰਨਿਨਸਾਕਉਗੁਣਅੰਗਾ॥੫॥
ਹੇ ਵਾਸੁਦੇਵ! ਹੇ ਨਿਰਲੇਪ ਦਾਤਾਰ! ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਗੁਣ ਬਿਆਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ॥੫॥
O Lord, Immaculate Great Giver, I cannot describe even an iota of Your Glorious Virtues. ||5||
ਮੁਕੰਦਮਨੋਹਰਲਖਮੀਨਾਰਾਇਣ॥
ਹੇ ਮੁਕਤੀ ਦਾਤੇ! ਹੇ ਸੋਹਣੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਹੇ ਲੱਛਮੀ ਦੇ ਪਤੀ ਨਾਰਾਇਣ!
Liberator, Enticing Lord, Lord of Lakshmi, Supreme Lord God.
ਦ੍ਰੋਪਤੀਲਜਾਨਿਵਾਰਿਉਧਾਰਣ॥
ਹੇ ਦ੍ਰੋਪਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਪਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਾ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਇੱਜ਼ਤ ਰੱਖਣ ਵਾਲੇ!
Savior of Dropadi's honor.
ਕਮਲਾਕੰਤਕਰਹਿਕੰਤੂਹਲਅਨਦਬਿਨੋਦੀਨਿਹਸੰਗਾ॥੬॥
ਹੇ ਲੱਛਮੀ ਦੇ ਪਤੀ! ਤੂੰ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਕੌਤਕ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈਂ। ਤੂੰ ਸਾਰੇ ਆਨੰਦ ਮਾਣਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈਂ, ਤੇ ਨਿਰਲੇਪ ਭੀ ਹੈਂ ॥੬॥
Lord of Maya, miracle-worker, absorbed in delightful play, unattached. ||6||
ਅਮੋਘਦਰਸਨਆਜੂਨੀਸੰਭਉ॥
ਹੇ ਫਲ ਦੇਣ ਤੋਂ ਕਦੇ ਨਾਹ ਉੱਕਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਰਸਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਹੇ ਜੂਨਾਂ-ਰਹਿਤ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਹੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਤੋਂ ਪਰਕਾਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ!
The Blessed Vision of His Darshan is fruitful and rewarding; He is not born, He is self-existent.
ਅਕਾਲਮੂਰਤਿਜਿਸੁਕਦੇਨਾਹੀਖਉ॥
ਹੇ ਮੌਤ-ਰਹਿਤ ਸਰੂਪ ਵਾਲੇ! ਹੇ (ਅਜਿਹੇ) ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਕਦੇ ਨਾਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ!
His form is undying; it is never destroyed.
ਅਬਿਨਾਸੀਅਬਿਗਤਅਗੋਚਰਸਭੁਕਿਛੁਤੁਝਹੀਹੈਲਗਾ॥੭॥
ਹੇ ਅਬਿਨਾਸੀ! ਹੇ ਅਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟ! ਹੇ ਅਗੋਚਰ! (ਜਗਤ ਦੀ) ਹਰੇਕ ਸ਼ੈ ਤੇਰੇ ਹੀ ਆਸਰੇ ਹੈ ॥੭॥
O imperishable, eternal, unfathomable Lord, everything is attached to You. ||7||
ਸ੍ਰੀਰੰਗਬੈਕੁੰਠਕੇਵਾਸੀ॥
ਹੇ ਲੱਛਮੀ ਦੇ ਪਤੀ! ਹੇ ਬੈਕੁੰਠ ਦੇ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੇ!
The Lover of greatness, who dwells in heaven.
ਮਛੁਕਛੁਕੂਰਮੁਆਗਿਆਅਉਤਰਾਸੀ॥
ਮੱਛ ਤੇ ਕੱਛੂਕੁੰਮਾ (ਆਦਿਕ) ਤੇਰੀ ਹੀ ਆਗਿਆ ਵਿਚ ਅਵਤਾਰ ਹੋਇਆ।
By the Pleasure of His Will, He took incarnation as the great fish and the tortoise.
ਕੇਸਵਚਲਤਕਰਹਿਨਿਰਾਲੇਕੀਤਾਲੋੜਹਿਸੋਹੋਇਗਾ॥੮॥
ਹੇ ਸੋਹਣੇ ਲੰਮੇ ਕੇਸਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ! ਤੂੰ (ਸਦਾ) ਅਨੋਖੇ ਕੌਤਕ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈਂ। ਜੋ ਕੁਝ ਤੂੰ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈਂ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਉਹੀ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੮॥
The Lord of beauteous hair, the Worker of miraculous deeds, whatever He wishes, comes to pass. ||8||
ਨਿਰਾਹਾਰੀਨਿਰਵੈਰੁਸਮਾਇਆ॥
ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਤੂੰ ਅੰਨ ਖਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾ ਜੀਊਂਦਾ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈਂ, ਤੇਰਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਨਾਲ ਵੈਰ ਨਹੀਂ, ਤੂੰ ਸਭ ਵਿਚ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਹੈਂ।
He is beyond need of any sustenance, free of hate and all-pervading.
ਧਾਰਿਖੇਲੁਚਤੁਰਭੁਜੁਕਹਾਇਆ॥
ਇਹ ਜਗਤ-ਖੇਡ ਰਚ ਕੇ (ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ) ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾ ਅਖਵਾਇਆ ਹੈ।
He has staged His play; He is called the four-armed Lord.
ਸਾਵਲਸੁੰਦਰਰੂਪਬਣਾਵਹਿਬੇਣੁਸੁਨਤਸਭਮੋਹੈਗਾ॥੯॥
ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! (ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਵਰਗੇ) ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਸਾਂਵਲੇ ਸੋਹਣੇ ਰੂਪ ਤੂੰ ਬਣਾਂਦਾ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈਂ। ਤੇਰੀ ਬੰਸਰੀ ਸੁਣਦਿਆਂ ਸਾਰੀ ਸ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀ ਮੋਹੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ॥੯॥
He assumed the beautiful form of the blue-skinned Krishna; hearing His flute, all are fascinated and enticed. ||9||
ਬਨਮਾਲਾਬਿਭੂਖਨਕਮਲਨੈਨ॥
ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਸਾਰੀ ਸ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀ ਦੀ ਬਨਸਪਤੀ ਤੇਰੇ ਗਹਿਣੇ ਹਨ। ਹੇ ਕੌਲ-ਫੁੱਲਾਂ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ!
He is adorned with garlands of flowers, with lotus eyes.
ਸੁੰਦਰਕੁੰਡਲਮੁਕਟਬੈਨ॥
ਹੇ ਸੋਹਣੇ ਕੁੰਡਲਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ! ਹੇ ਮੁਕਟ-ਧਾਰੀ! ਹੇ ਬੰਸਰੀ ਵਾਲੇ!
His ear-rings, crown and flute are so beautiful.
ਸੰਖਚਕ੍ਰਗਦਾਹੈਧਾਰੀਮਹਾਸਾਰਥੀਸਤਸੰਗਾ॥੧੦॥
ਹੇ ਸੰਖ-ਧਾਰੀ! ਹੇ ਚੱਕ੍ਰ-ਧਾਰੀ! ਹੇ ਗਦਾ-ਧਾਰੀ! ਤੂੰ ਸਤਸੰਗੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡਾ ਰਥਵਾਹੀ (ਆਗੂ) ਹੈਂ ॥੧੦॥
He carries the conch, the chakra and the war club; He is the Great Charioteer, who stays with His Saints. ||10||
ਪੀਤਪੀਤੰਬਰਤ੍ਰਿਭਵਣਧਣੀ॥
ਹੇ ਪੀਲੇ ਬਸਤ੍ਰਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ! ਹੇ ਤਿੰਨਾਂ ਭਵਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਲਕ!
The Lord of yellow robes, the Master of the three worlds.
ਜਗੰਨਾਥੁਗੋਪਾਲੁਮੁਖਿਭਣੀ॥
ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਸਾਰੇ ਜਗਤ ਦਾ ਨਾਥ ਹੈਂ, ਸ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀ ਦਾ ਪਾਲਣਹਾਰ ਹੈਂ। ਮੈਂ (ਆਪਣੇ) ਮੂੰਹ ਨਾਲ (ਤੇਰੇ ਨਾਮ) ਉਚਾਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ।
The Lord of the Universe, the Lord of the world; with my mouth, I chant His Name.
ਸਾਰਿੰਗਧਰਭਗਵਾਨਬੀਠੁਲਾਮੈਗਣਤਨਆਵੈਸਰਬੰਗਾ॥੧੧॥
ਹੇ ਧਨੁਖ-ਧਾਰੀ! ਹੇ ਭਗਵਾਨ! ਹੇ ਮਾਇਆ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਤੋਂ ਪਰੇ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੇ! ਮੈਥੋਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਗੁਣ ਬਿਆਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੇ ॥੧੧॥
The Archer who draws the bow, the Beloved Lord God; I cannot count all His limbs. ||11||
ਨਿਹਕੰਟਕੁਨਿਹਕੇਵਲੁਕਹੀਐ॥
ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਵੈਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਸਨਾ-ਰਹਿਤ ਆਖਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ,
He is said to be free of anguish, and absolutely immaculate.
ਧਨੰਜੈਜਲਿਥਲਿਹੈਮਹੀਐ॥
ਉਹੀ (ਸਾਰੇ ਜਗਤ ਦੇ ਧਨ ਨੂੰ ਜਿੱਤਣ ਵਾਲਾ) ਧਨੰਜੈ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਜਲ ਵਿਚ ਹੈ ਥਲ ਵਿਚ ਹੈ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ (ਹਰ ਥਾਂ) ਹੈ।
The Lord of prosperity, pervading the water, the land and the sky.
