ਗਰਦਸਤਿਮਨਹਮੇਸ਼ਾਪੈਇਕਾਰਮੀਰਵਦ।
ਭਾਵੇਣ ਮੇਰੇ ਹੱਥ ਸਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਵਿਚ ਰੁਝੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ,
So that you may begin to savor the taste of romantic tale. (50) (1)
गर दसति मन हमेशा पैइ कार मीरवद ।
ਮਨਚੂੰਕੁਨਮਕਿਦਿਲਬਸੂਇਯਾਰਮੀਰਵਦ।੨੮।੧।
ਪਰ ਮੈਣ ਕੀ ਕਰਾਣ ਮੇਰਾ ਦਿਲ ਤਾਣ ਯਾਰ ਵੱਲ ਦੌੜਦਾ ਹੈ ।
Even if the deep love for the Almighty ruins someone's worldly life,
मन चूं कुनम कि दिल बसूइ यार मी रवद ।२८।१।
ਆਵਾਜ਼ਿਲਨਤਰਾਨੀਹਰਦਮਬੋਗ਼ਸ਼ਿਦਿਲ।
ਭਾਵੇਣ ਤੂੰ ਨਹੀਣ ਵੇਖ ਸਕਦਾ, ਦੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਹਰ ਵੇਲੇ ਦਿਲ ਦੇ ਕੰਨਾਣ ਵਿਚ ਪੈਣਦੀ ਹੈ ।
He still considers this divine pleasure far superior than anything else. (50) (2)
आवाज़ि लनतरानी हर दम बोग़शि दिल ।
ਮੂਸਾਮਗ਼ਰਬਦੀਦਨਿਦੀਦਾਰਮੀ-ਰਵਦ।੨੮।੨।
ਪਰ ਮੂਸਾ ਫੇਰ ਵੀ ਰੱਬ ਦਾ ਦੀਦਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ।
That moment and breath is blessed that is spent in His remembrance.
मूसा मग़र बदीदनि दीदार मी-रवद ।२८।२।
ਈਣਦੀਦਾਨੀਸਤਆਣਕਿਅਜ਼ੋਅਸ਼ਕਮੀ-ਚਕਦ।
ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚੋਣ ਹੰਝੂ ਕਿਰਨ ਇਹ ਉਹ ਅੱਖ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਣ,
And only that head is fortunate that dedicates and sacrifices itself to the path of devotion. (50) (3)
ईण दीदा नीसत आण कि अज़ो अशक मी-चकद ।
ਜਾਮਿਮੁਹੱਬਤਅਸਤਕਿਸਰਸ਼ਾਰਮੀ-ਰਵਦ।੨੮।੩।
ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਪਿਆਲਾ ਤਾਣ ਨੱਕਾ ਨੱਕ ਭਰਿਆ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ।
Thousands of devotees, having risked their lives, are standing and
जामि मुहबत असत कि सरशार मी-रवद ।२८।३।
ਦਿਲਦਾਰਵਾਦਿਲਜ਼ਿਬਸਕਿਯਕੇਅੰਦਦਰਵਜੂਦ।
ਦਿਲਦਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਦਿਲ ਵਜੂਦ ਵਿਚ ਇੰਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਮਿੱਕ ਹਨ,
Reclining against the wall of the passage to His abode. (50) (4)
दिलदार वा दिल ज़ि बसकि यके अंद दर वजूद ।
ਜਾਣਦਿਲਹਮੇਸ਼ਾਜਾਨਬਿਦਿਲਦਾਰਮੀ-ਰਵਦ।੨੮।੪।
ਕਿ ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਣ ਦਿਲ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਦਿਲਦਾਰ ਵਲ ਦੌੜਦਾ ਹੈ ।
Anyone who has been sacrilegious in the Divine path,
जाण दिल हमेशा जानबि दिलदार मी-रवद ।२८।४।
ਦਰਹਰਦੋਕੌਨਗਰਦਨਿਊਸਰ-ਬੁਲੰਦਸ਼ੁਦ।
ਦੋਨਾਣ ਜਹਾਨਾਣ ਵਿਚ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਧੌਣ ਫ਼ਖਰ ਨਾਲ ਉੱਚੀ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਦੀ ਹੈ,
Like Manssor, the crucifix (of love) is the befitting punishment for him. (50) (5)
दर हर दो कौन गरदनि ऊ सर-बुलंद शुद ।
ਮਨਸੂਰਵਾਰਹਰਕਿਸੂਇਦਾਰਮੀ-ਰਵਦ।੨੮।੫।
ਜੋ ਭੀ ਮਨਸੂਰ ਵਾਣਗ ਸੂਲੀ ਵਲ ਨੂੰ ਦੌੜਦਾ ਹੈ ।
Blessed is the heart that is imbued with its love for Akaalpurakh;
मनसूर वार हर कि सूइ दार मी-रवद ।२८।५।
ਗੋਯਾਜ਼ਿਯਾਦਿਦੂਸਤਹਕੀਕੀਹੱਯਾਤਯਾਫ਼ਤ।
ਗੋਯਾ ਨੇ ਸੱਜਨ ਦੀ ਯਾਦ ਵਿਚ ਅਸਲ ਜੀਵਨ ਪਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ,
In fact, it is the (heavy) weight of intense devotion that has bent the back of the heavenly sky. (50) (6)
गोया ज़ि यादि दूसत हकीकी हयात याफ़त ।
ਦੀਗ਼ਰਚਿਰਾਬਕੂਚਾਇਖ਼ੁਮਾਰਮੀ-ਰਵਦ।੨੮।੬।
ਹੁਣ ਉਹ ਸ਼ਰਾਬਖ਼ਾਨੇ ਦੀ ਗਲੀ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਉਣ ਜਾਵੇ #
O kind-hearted person and a person of resolve! If you could listen intently to just one note of the musical instrument (harp) of love and devotion,
