ਕਿਤੇ (ਤੁਸੀਂ) ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਹਿਣ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਹੋ, ਕਿਤੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਦੇਹੀ ਦੇ ਰੋਗ ਹੋ।

कहूं नेह ग्रेहं कहूं देह दोखं ॥
ਕਹੂੰ ਔਖਧੀ ਰੋਗ ਕੇ ਸੋਕ ਸੋਖੰ ॥
ਕਿਤੇ ਔਸ਼ਧੀ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਰੋਗ ਦੇ ਦੁਖ ਨੂੰ ਨਸ਼ਟ (ਸੋਖੰ) ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋ।
Somewhere Thou art the medicine, drying up the grief of malady.
कहूं औखधी रोग के सोक सोखं ॥
ਕਹੂੰ ਦੇਵ ਬਿਦ੍ਯਾ ਕਹੂੰ ਦੈਤ ਬਾਨੀ ॥
ਕਿਤੇ (ਤੁਸੀਂ) ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਵਿਦਿਆ ਹੋ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਤੇ ਦੈਂਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਬੋਲ ਹੋ।

कहूं राजसी सातकी तामसी हो ॥
ਕਹੂੰ ਜੋਗ ਬਿਦ੍ਯਾ ਧਰੇ ਤਾਪਸੀ ਹੋ ॥
ਕਿਤੇ (ਤੁਸੀਂ) ਯੋਗ ਵਿਦਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਧਾਰਨ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਤਪਸਵੀ ਹੋ।
