ਰਾਗੁ ਗਉੜੀ ਥਿਤੰੀ ਕਬੀਰ ਜੀ ਕੰੀ ॥
ਰਾਗ ਗਉੜੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਗਤ ਕਬੀਰ ਜੀ ਦੀ 'ਥਿਤੀ' (ਚੰਦ੍ਰਮਾ ਦੇ ਚੜ੍ਹਾ-ਉਤਰਾ ਨਾਲ ਸਭੰਧਤ ਦਿਨਾ ਬਾਰੇ) ਬਾਣੀ।

ਪੰਦ੍ਰਹ ਥਿਤੰੀ ਸਾਤ ਵਾਰ ॥
(ਭਰਮੀ ਲੋਕ ਤਾਂ ਵਰਤ ਆਦਿਕ ਰੱਖ ਕੇ) ਪੰਦ੍ਰਹ ਥਿੱਤਾਂ ਤੇ ਸੱਤ ਵਾਰ (ਮਨਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ),
There are fifteen lunar days, and seven days of the week.
पंद्रह थितीं सात वार ॥
Aquél que habla de los quince días lunares y los siete días de la semana
ਕਹਿ ਕਬੀਰ ਉਰਵਾਰ ਨ ਪਾਰ ॥
ਪਰ ਕਬੀਰ (ਇਹਨਾਂ ਥਿੱਤਾਂ ਵਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਹਰ ਰੋਜ਼) ਉਸ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੀ ਸਿਫ਼ਤਿ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਬੇਅੰਤ ਹੈ।
Says Kabeer, it is neither here nor there.
कहि कबीर उरवार न पार ॥
diciendo qué auspiciosos o inconvenientes son,
ਸਾਧਿਕ ਸਿਧ ਲਖੈ ਜਉ ਭੇਉ ॥
ਸਿਫ਼ਤਿ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਦਾ ਸਾਧਨ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਜੋ ਭੀ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਉਸ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਭੇਤ ਪਾ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ (ਭਾਵ, ਡੂੰਘੀ ਸਾਂਝ ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਬਣਾ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ)
When the Siddhas and seekers come to know the Lord's mystery,
साधिक सिध लखै जउ भेउ ॥
no está ni aquí ni allá, pero el sabio Devoto que conoce el Misterio de Dios,
ਆਪੇ ਕਰਤਾ ਆਪੇ ਦੇਉ ॥੧॥
ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼-ਸਰੂਪ ਕਰਤਾਰ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਆਪ ਹਰ ਥਾਂ ਦਿੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੧॥
they themselves become the Creator; they themselves become the Divine Lord. ||1||

ਅੰਮਾਵਸ ਮਹਿ ਆਸ ਨਿਵਾਰਹੁ ॥
ਮੱਸਿਆ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨ (ਵਰਤ-ਇਸ਼ਨਾਨ ਆਦਿਕ ਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਹੋਰ) ਆਸਾਂ ਦੂਰ ਕਰੋ,
On the day of the new moon, give up your hopes.
अंमावस महि आस निवारहु ॥
En el día de luna nueva, deja tus vanas expectativas,
ਅੰਤਰਜਾਮੀ ਰਾਮੁ ਸਮਾਰਹੁ ॥
ਘਰ ਘਟ ਦੀ ਜਾਣਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਰਬ-ਵਿਆਪਕ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਵਸਾਓ।
Remember the Lord, the Inner-knower, the Searcher of hearts.
अंतरजामी रामु समारहु ॥
y enaltece en tu mente al Íntimo Conocedor de tu corazón;
ਜੀਵਤ ਪਾਵਹੁ ਮੋਖ ਦੁਆਰ ॥
(ਤੁਸੀ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਥਿੱਤਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਰਮ-ਧਰਮ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਮਰਨ ਪਿਛੋਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਮੁਕਤੀ ਦੀ ਆਸ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹੋ, ਪਰ ਜੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਕਰੋਗੇ, ਤਾਂ) ਇਸੇ ਜਨਮ ਵਿਚ (ਵਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੁੱਖਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਭਰਮਾਂ-ਵਹਿਮਾਂ ਤੋਂ) ਖ਼ਲਾਸੀ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰ ਲਵੋਗੇ।
You shall attain the Gate of Liberation while yet alive.
जीवत पावहु मोख दुआर ॥
así obtendrás la iluminación en vida.
ਅਨਭਉ ਸਬਦੁ ਤਤੁ ਨਿਜੁ ਸਾਰ ॥੧॥
(ਇਸ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਦੀ ਬਰਕਤ ਨਾਲ) ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਨਿਰੋਲ ਆਪਣਾ ਸ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਟ ਅਸਲਾ ਮਘ ਪਏਗਾ, ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਅਨੁਭਵੀ ਰੂਪ ਵਿਚ ਫੁਰੇਗਾ ॥੧॥
You shall come to know the Shabad, the Word of the Fearless Lord, and the essence of your own inner being. ||1||
अनभउ सबदु ततु निजु सार ॥१॥
Conoce intuitivamente la Esencia de la Fuente Pura y de la Palabra. (1)
ਚਰਨ ਕਮਲ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਰੰਗੁ ਲਾਗਾ ॥
ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦਾ ਪਿਆਰ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਦੇ ਸੁਹਣੇ ਚਰਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਬਣ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ,
One who enshrines love for the Lotus Feet of the Lord of the Universe
चरन कमल गोबिंद रंगु लागा ॥
Amarás entonces los Pies de Loto de tu Señor,
ਸੰਤ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ਭਏ ਮਨ ਨਿਰਮਲ ਹਰਿ ਕੀਰਤਨ ਮਹਿ ਅਨਦਿਨੁ ਜਾਗਾ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਨਾਲ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਮਨ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੀ ਸਿਫ਼ਤਿ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਵਿਚ ਜੁੜ ਕੇ ਉਹ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਵਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਹਰ ਵੇਲੇ ਸੁਚੇਤ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
- by the Grace of the Saints, her mind becomes pure; night and day, she remains awake and aware, singing the Kirtan of the Lord's Praises. ||1||Pause||
संत प्रसादि भए मन निरमल हरि कीरतन महि अनदिनु जागा ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥
tu corazón se volverá puro por la Gracia del Santo y para siempre estarás despierto en la Alabanza a Dios. (1‑Pausa)
ਪਰਿਵਾ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਮ ਕਰਹੁ ਬੀਚਾਰ ॥
(ਹੇ ਭਾਈ!) ਉਸ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਮ (ਦੇ ਗੁਣਾਂ) ਦਾ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਕਰੋ (ਉਸ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਮ ਦੀ ਸਿਫ਼ਤਿ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਕਰੋ,
On the first day of the lunar cycle, contemplate the Beloved Lord.
परिवा प्रीतम करहु बीचार ॥
En el primer día de luna, habita en tu Bienamado Señor,
ਘਟ ਮਹਿ ਖੇਲੈ ਅਘਟ ਅਪਾਰ ॥
ਜੋ ਸਰੀਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਕੈਦ ਵਿਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਂਦਾ, ਬੇਅੰਤ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ (ਫਿਰ ਭੀ) ਹਰੇਕ ਸਰੀਰ ਵਿਚ ਖੇਡ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ
He is playing within the heart; He has no body - He is Infinite.
घट महि खेलै अघट अपार ॥
quien está dentro de tu cuerpo, estando Él Mismo sin cuerpo e Infinito.
ਕਾਲ ਕਲਪਨਾ ਕਦੇ ਨ ਖਾਇ ॥
ਜੋ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਮ-ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਸਿਫ਼ਤਿ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ) ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਦੇ ਮੌਤ ਦਾ ਡਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੁਂਹਦਾ,
The pain of death never consumes that person
काल कलपना कदे न खाइ ॥
Entonces ni tiempo ni añoranza te destruirán,
ਆਦਿ ਪੁਰਖ ਮਹਿ ਰਹੈ ਸਮਾਇ ॥੨॥
(ਕਿਉਂਕਿ) ਉਹ ਸਦਾ ਸਭ ਦੇ ਸਿਰਜਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਵਿਚ ਜੁੜਿਆ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੨॥
who remains absorbed in the Primal Lord God. ||2||
आदि पुरख महि रहै समाइ ॥२॥
y así te inmergirás en el Ser Primordial. (2)
ਦੁਤੀਆ ਦੁਹ ਕਰਿ ਜਾਨੈ ਅੰਗ ॥
(ਉਹ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਇਹ ਸਮਝ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਗਤ ਨਿਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਤੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ,
On the second day of the lunar cycle, know that there are two beings within the fiber of the body.
दुतीआ दुह करि जानै अंग ॥
En el segundo día de luna, entiende que en tu interior juegan Maya y Dios,
ਮਾਇਆ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਰਮੈ ਸਭ ਸੰਗ ॥
ਉਹ ਇਸ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਦੇ) ਦੋ ਅੰਗ ਸਮਝਦਾ ਹੈ-ਮਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ।
Maya and God are blended with everything.
माइआ ब्रहम रमै सभ संग ॥
quienes compenetran cada parte de tu ser.
ਨਾ ਓਹੁ ਬਢੈ ਨ ਘਟਤਾ ਜਾਇ ॥
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ (ਇਸ ਮਾਇਆ ਦੇ ਵਿਚ) ਹਰੇਕ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਵੱਸ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਕਦੇ ਵਧਦਾ ਘਟਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਸਦਾ ਇਕੋ ਜਿਹਾ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
God does not increase or decrease.
ना ओहु बढै न घटता जाइ ॥
Pero aquél que ama a su Inmaculado Señor Sin Casta,
ਅਕੁਲ ਨਿਰੰਜਨ ਏਕੈ ਭਾਇ ॥੩॥
ਉਸ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਖ਼ਾਸ ਕੁਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਨਿਰੰਜਨ ਹੈ (ਭਾਵ, ਇਹ ਮਾਇਆ ਉਸ ਤੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਾ ਸਕਦੀ) ॥੩॥
He is unknowable and immaculate; He does not change. ||3||
अकुल निरंजन एकै भाइ ॥३॥
está contento; él no va para arriba, ni se viene para abajo. (3)
ਤ੍ਰਿਤੀਆ ਤੀਨੇ ਸਮ ਕਰਿ ਲਿਆਵੈ ॥
(ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਸਿਫ਼ਤਿ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਮਨੁੱਖ) ਮਾਇਆ ਦੇ ਤਿੰਨਾਂ ਗੁਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਹਿਜ ਅਵਸਥਾ ਵਿਚ ਸਾਵੇਂ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹੈ (ਭਾਵ, ਉਹ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਗੁਣਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਕਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਡੋਲਦਾ),
On the third day of the lunar cycle, one who maintains his equilibrium amidst the three modes
त्रितीआ तीने सम करि लिआवै ॥
En el tercer día, quien mantiene el Equilibrio de las tres Gunas,
ਆਨਦ ਮੂਲ ਪਰਮ ਪਦੁ ਪਾਵੈ ॥
ਉਹ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਉਸ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਉੱਚੀ ਆਤਮਕ ਅਵਸਥਾ ਨੂੰ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਅਨੰਦ ਦਾ ਸੋਮਾ ਹੈ।
finds the source of ecstasy and the highest status.
आनद मूल परम पदु पावै ॥
obtiene el más elevado estado de Éxtasis. Dentro de él
ਸਾਧਸੰਗਤਿ ਉਪਜੈ ਬਿਸ੍ਵਾਸ ॥
ਸਤਸੰਗ ਵਿਚ ਰਹਿ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਇਹ ਯਕੀਨ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ,
In the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy, faith wells up.
साधसंगति उपजै बिस्वास ॥
En el Saadh Sangat, La compañía del Santo, la fe crece.
ਬਾਹਰਿ ਭੀਤਰਿ ਸਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਾਸ ॥੪॥
ਕਿ ਅੰਦਰ ਬਾਹਰ ਹਰ ਥਾਂ ਸਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਹੈ ॥੪॥
Outwardly, and deep within, God's Light is always radiant. ||4||
बाहरि भीतरि सदा प्रगास ॥४॥
En apariencia, y por dentro, la Luz de Dios es por siempre radiante.
ਚਉਥਹਿ ਚੰਚਲ ਮਨ ਕਉ ਗਹਹੁ ॥
ਚੌਥੀ ਥਿੱਤ ਨੂੰ (ਕਿਸੇ ਕਰਮ-ਧਰਮ ਦੇ ਥਾਂ) ਇਸ ਚੰਚਲ ਮਨ ਨੂੰ ਪਕੜ ਕੇ ਰੱਖੋ,
On the fourth day of the lunar cycle, restrain your fickle mind,
चउथहि चंचल मन कउ गहहु ॥
En el cuarto día, contén tu mente mercurial
ਕਾਮ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਸੰਗਿ ਕਬਹੁ ਨ ਬਹਹੁ ॥
ਕਦੇ ਕਾਮ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਦੀ ਸੰਗਤਿ ਵਿਚ ਨਾਹ ਬੈਠੋ।
and do not ever associate with sexual desire or anger.
काम क्रोध संगि कबहु न बहहु ॥
y no guardes compañía con la lujuria y el enojo.
ਜਲ ਥਲ ਮਾਹੇ ਆਪਹਿ ਆਪ ॥
ਜੋ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਜਲ ਵਿਚ, ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ (ਹਰ ਥਾਂ) ਆਪ ਹੀ ਆਪ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਹੈ,
On land and sea, He Himself is in Himself.
जल थल माहे आपहि आप ॥
Entonces tú te vuelves Él, el Señor,
ਆਪੈ ਜਪਹੁ ਆਪਨਾ ਜਾਪ ॥੫॥
ਉਸ ਦੀ ਜੋਤ ਵਿਚ ਜੁੜ ਕੇ ਉਹ ਜਾਪ ਜਪੋ ਜੋ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਕੰਮ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ ॥੫॥
He Himself meditates and chants His Chant. ||5||
आपै जपहु आपना जाप ॥५॥
quien habita en la tierra y en las aguas, y así contemplas tu ser, pues tú eres Él. (5)
ਪਾਂਚੈ ਪੰਚ ਤਤ ਬਿਸਥਾਰ ॥
ਇਹ ਜਗਤ ਪੰਜਾਂ ਤੱਤਾਂ ਤੋਂ (ਇਕ ਖੇਲ ਜਿਹਾ) ਬਣਿਆ ਹੈ,
On the fifth day of the lunar cycle, the five elements expand outward.
पांचै पंच तत बिसथार ॥
En el quinto día, conoce que el mundo está envuelto en los cinco elementos,
ਕਨਿਕ ਕਾਮਿਨੀ ਜੁਗ ਬਿਉਹਾਰ ॥
(ਜੋ ਚਾਰ ਦਿਨ ਵਿਚ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਵਿਸਾਰ ਕੇ ਇਹ ਜੀਵ) ਧਨ ਤੇ ਇਸਤ੍ਰੀ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਰੁਝੇਵੇਂ ਵਿਚ ਮਸਤ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
Men are occupied in the pursuit of gold and women.
कनिक कामिनी जुग बिउहार ॥
y está embaucado enteramente en conseguir oro y sexo.
ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਸੁਧਾ ਰਸੁ ਪੀਵੈ ਕੋਇ ॥
ਇਥੇ ਕੋਈ ਵਿਰਲਾ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ-ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਦਾ ਘੁਟ ਪੀਂਦਾ ਹੈ,
How rare are those who drink in the pure essence of the Lord's Love.
प्रेम सुधा रसु पीवै कोइ ॥
Extraordinario es aquél que bebe el Néctar del Amor del Señor,
ਜਰਾ ਮਰਣ ਦੁਖੁ ਫੇਰਿ ਨ ਹੋਇ ॥੬॥
(ਜੋ ਪੀਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਬੁਢੇਪੇ ਅਤੇ ਮੌਤ ਦਾ ਸਹਿਮ ਮੁੜ ਕਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਵਿਆਪਦਾ ॥੬॥
They shall never again suffer the pains of old age and death. ||6||
जरा मरण दुखु फेरि न होइ ॥६॥
porque a él ni la edad, ni la muerte, ni las penas le afectan. (6)
ਛਠਿ ਖਟੁ ਚਕ੍ਰ ਛਹੂੰ ਦਿਸ ਧਾਇ ॥
ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਪੰਜੇ ਗਿਆਨ-ਇੰਦਰੇ ਅਤੇ ਛੇਵਾਂ ਮਨ-ਇਹ ਸਾਰਾ ਸਾਥ ਸੰਸਾਰ (ਦੇ ਪਦਾਰਥਾਂ ਦੀ ਲਾਲਸਾ) ਵਿਚ ਭਟਕਦਾ ਫਿਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
On the sixth day of the lunar cycle, the six chakras run in six directions.
छठि खटु चक्र छहूं दिस धाइ ॥
En el sexto día, el cuerpo de seis Chakras corre hacia las seis direcciones;
ਬਿਨੁ ਪਰਚੈ ਨਹੀ ਥਿਰਾ ਰਹਾਇ ॥
ਜਦ ਤਕ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਯਾਦ ਵਿਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਜੁੜਦਾ, ਤਦ ਤਕ ਇਹ ਸਾਰਾ ਸਾਥ (ਇਸ ਭਟਕਣਾ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਹਟ ਕੇ) ਟਿਕਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ।
Without enlightenment, the body does not remain steady.
बिनु परचै नही थिरा रहाइ ॥
no se mantiene en calma si no se le inicia en el Misterio de su Señor.
ਦੁਬਿਧਾ ਮੇਟਿ ਖਿਮਾ ਗਹਿ ਰਹਹੁ ॥
ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਭਟਕਣਾ ਮਿਟਾ ਕੇ ਜਿਰਾਂਦ ਧਾਰਨ ਕਰੋ ਤੇ ਛੱਡੋ।
So erase your duality and hold tight to forgiveness,
दुबिधा मेटि खिमा गहि रहहु ॥
Disipa tu dualidad y práctica la Compasión,
ਕਰਮ ਧਰਮ ਕੀ ਸੂਲ ਨ ਸਹਹੁ ॥੭॥
ਇਹ ਕਰਮਾਂ ਧਰਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਲੰਮਾ ਟੰਟਾ (ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਭੀ ਹੱਥ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਣਾ) ॥੭॥
and you will not have to endure the torture of karma or religious rituals. ||7||
करम धरम की सूल न सहहु ॥७॥
así no tendrás que vivir las consecuencias de tus acciones. (7)
ਸਾਤੈਂ ਸਤਿ ਕਰਿ ਬਾਚਾ ਜਾਣਿ ॥
ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਬਾਣੀ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਰਧਾ ਧਾਰੋ,
On the seventh day of the lunar cycle, know the Word as True,
सातैं सति करि बाचा जाणि ॥
En el séptimo día toma ésta, mi palabra, como verdad:
ਆਤਮ ਰਾਮੁ ਲੇਹੁ ਪਰਵਾਣਿ ॥
(ਇਸ ਬਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ) ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ (ਦੇ ਨਾਮ) ਨੂੰ (ਆਪਣੇ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ) ਪ੍ਰੋ ਲਵੋ;
and you shall be accepted by the Lord, the Supreme Soul.
आतम रामु लेहु परवाणि ॥
que quien sea que es aprobado por su Señor,
ਛੂਟੈ ਸੰਸਾ ਮਿਟਿ ਜਾਹਿ ਦੁਖ ॥
(ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ) ਸਹਿਮ ਦੂਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਇਗਾ, ਦੁਖ-ਕਲੇਸ਼ ਮਿਟ ਜਾਣਗੇ, ਉਸ ਸਰੋਵਰ ਵਿਚ ਚੁੱਭੀ ਲਾ ਸਕੋਗੇ,
Your doubts shall be eradicated, and your pains eliminated,
छूटै संसा मिटि जाहि दुख ॥
Lo obtiene. Su duda es disipada, y sus aflicciones desaparecen,
ਸੁੰਨ ਸਰੋਵਰਿ ਪਾਵਹੁ ਸੁਖ ॥੮॥
ਜਿਥੇ ਸਹਿਮ ਆਦਿਕ ਦੇ ਕੋਈ ਫੁਰਨੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਉਠਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਖ ਮਾਣੋ ॥੮॥
and in the ocean of the celestial void, you shall find peace. ||8||
सुंन सरोवरि पावहु सुख ॥८॥
y obtiene Éxtasis bañándose en las aguas libres de pasiones. (8)
ਅਸਟਮੀ ਅਸਟ ਧਾਤੁ ਕੀ ਕਾਇਆ ॥
ਇਹ ਸਰੀਰ (ਲਹੂ ਆਦਿਕ) ਅੱਠ ਧਾਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਬਣਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ,
On the eighth day of the lunar cycle, the body is made of the eight ingredients.
असटमी असट धातु की काइआ ॥
En el octavo día, conoce que los ocho tejidos hacen al cuerpo,
ਤਾ ਮਹਿ ਅਕੁਲ ਮਹਾ ਨਿਧਿ ਰਾਇਆ ॥
ਇਸ ਵਿਚ ਉਹ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਵੱਸ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਖ਼ਾਸ ਕੁਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਸਭ ਗੁਣਾਂ ਦਾ ਖ਼ਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਹੈ।
Within it is the Unknowable Lord, the King of the supreme treasure.
ता महि अकुल महा निधि राइआ ॥
y en su interior habita el Ser Sin Casta, tu Rey, el Gran Tesoro.
ਗੁਰ ਗਮ ਗਿਆਨ ਬਤਾਵੈ ਭੇਦ ॥
ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਵਾਲੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਦਾ ਗਿਆਨ ਇਹ ਭੇਦ (ਕਿ ਸਰੀਰ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਹੈ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ) ਦੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ,
The Guru, who knows this spiritual wisdom, reveals the secret of this mystery.
गुर गम गिआन बतावै भेद ॥
Encontrando al Guru, entiendes este misterio,
ਉਲਟਾ ਰਹੈ ਅਭੰਗ ਅਛੇਦ ॥੯॥
ਉਹ ਸਰੀਰਕ ਮੋਹ ਵਲੋਂ ਪਰਤ ਕੇ ਅਬਿਨਾਸ਼ੀ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਵਿਚ ਜੁੜਿਆ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੯॥
Turning away from the world, He abides in the Unbreakable and Impenetrable Lord. ||9||
उलटा रहै अभंग अछेद ॥९॥
que aunque Dios prevalece a través de todas Sus formas, Él permanece Indivisible e Inviolable. (9)
ਨਉਮੀ ਨਵੈ ਦੁਆਰ ਕਉ ਸਾਧਿ ॥
(ਹੇ ਭਾਈ!) ਸਾਰੇ ਸਰੀਰਕ ਇੰਦ੍ਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਬੂ ਵਿਚ ਰੱਖੋ,
On the ninth day of the lunar cycle, discipline the nine gates of the body.
नउमी नवै दुआर कउ साधि ॥
En el noveno día, disciplina tus nueve puertas
ਬਹਤੀ ਮਨਸਾ ਰਾਖਹੁ ਬਾਂਧਿ ॥
ਇਹਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਉੱਠਦੇ ਫੁਰਨਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕੋ,
Keep your pulsating desires restrained.
बहती मनसा राखहु बांधि ॥
y amarra tus desatadas pasiones.
ਲੋਭ ਮੋਹ ਸਭ ਬੀਸਰਿ ਜਾਹੁ ॥
ਲੋਭ ਮੋਹ ਆਦਿਕ ਸਾਰੇ ਵਿਕਾਰ ਭੁਲਾ ਦਿਉ।
Forget all your greed and emotional attachment;
लोभ मोह सभ बीसरि जाहु ॥
Deja toda avaricia e infatuación y apegos emocionales. P. 344.
ਜੁਗੁ ਜੁਗੁ ਜੀਵਹੁ ਅਮਰ ਫਲ ਖਾਹੁ ॥੧੦॥
(ਇਸ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਦਾ) ਐਸਾ ਫਲ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ ਜੋ ਕਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਮੁੱਕੇਗਾ, ਐਸਾ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਜੀਵਨ ਜੀਵੋਗੇ ਜੋ ਸਦਾ ਕਾਇਮ ਰਹੇਗਾ ॥੧੦॥
you shall live throughout the ages, eating the fruit of immortality. ||10||
जुगु जुगु जीवहु अमर फल खाहु ॥१०॥
Vivirás eternamente participando del Fruto de la Inmortalidad. (10)
ਦਸਮੀ ਦਹ ਦਿਸ ਹੋਇ ਅਨੰਦ ॥
(ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨਾਲ ਮੇਲ ਹੋਇਆਂ) ਸਾਰੇ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਵਿਚ ਹੀ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਅਨੰਦ ਹੀ ਅਨੰਦ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
On the tenth day of the lunar cycle, there is ecstasy in all directions.
दसमी दह दिस होइ अनंद ॥
En el décimo día vas a encontrar Éxtasis en las diez direcciones
ਛੂਟੈ ਭਰਮੁ ਮਿਲੈ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ॥
(ਇਸ ਉੱਦਮ ਨਾਲ) ਮਨ ਦੀ ਭਟਕਣਾ ਦੂਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ; ਉਹ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਮਿਲ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ,
Doubt is dispelled, and the Lord of the Universe is met.
छूटै भरमु मिलै गोबिंद ॥
y con mancha o sin mancha, con sol o con sombra, tu duda desaparecerá y obtendrás a tu Dios,
ਜੋਤਿ ਸਰੂਪੀ ਤਤ ਅਨੂਪ ॥
ਜੋ ਨਿਰਾ ਨੂਰ ਹੀ ਨੂਰ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਸਾਰੇ ਜਗਤ ਦਾ ਅਸਲਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਰਗਾ ਹੋਰ ਕੋਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ,
He is the Embodiment of light, the incomparable essence.
जोति सरूपी तत अनूप ॥
la Encarnación de Luz,
ਅਮਲ ਨ ਮਲ ਨ ਛਾਹ ਨਹੀ ਧੂਪ ॥੧੧॥
ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ ਵਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਭੀ ਮੈਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਨਾਹ ਉਸ ਵਿਚ ਅਗਿਆਨਤਾ ਦਾ ਹਨੇਰਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਹ ਹੀ ਤ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨਾ ਆਦਿਕ ਵਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਅੱਗ ਹੈ ॥੧੧॥
He is stainless, without stain, beyond both sunshine and shade. ||11||
अमल न मल न छाह नही धूप ॥११॥
la Increíble e Incomparable Quintaesencia de la Realidad. (11)
ਏਕਾਦਸੀ ਏਕ ਦਿਸ ਧਾਵੈ ॥
(ਜਦੋਂ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦਾ ਮਨ ਵਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਹਟ ਕੇ) ਇੱਕ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ (ਦੀ ਯਾਦ) ਵਲ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ,
On the eleventh day of the lunar cycle, if you run in the direction of the One,
एकादसी एक दिस धावै ॥
En el décimo primer día de la luna deja que tu mente corra hacia la dirección de Dios,
ਤਉ ਜੋਨੀ ਸੰਕਟ ਬਹੁਰਿ ਨ ਆਵੈ ॥
ਤਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਮੁੜ ਜਨਮ-ਮਰਨ ਦੇ ਕਸ਼ਟਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਂਦਾ।
you will not have to suffer the pains of reincarnation again.
तउ जोनी संकट बहुरि न आवै ॥
para que no vuelvas a pasar a través del dolor de tener que encarnar otra vez.
ਸੀਤਲ ਨਿਰਮਲ ਭਇਆ ਸਰੀਰਾ ॥
ਉਸ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਠੰਢ ਪੈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਆਪਾ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
Your body will become cool, immaculate and pure.
सीतल निरमल भइआ सरीरा ॥
Tu cuerpo estará fresco y purificado,
ਦੂਰਿ ਬਤਾਵਤ ਪਾਇਆ ਨੀਰਾ ॥੧੨॥
ਜੋ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਕਿਤੇ ਦੂਰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਸੀ ਉਹ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਨੇੜੇ (ਆਪਣੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਹੀ) ਲੱਭ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੧੨॥
The Lord was said to be far away, but He is found near at hand. ||12||
दूरि बतावत पाइआ नीरा ॥१२॥
y Dios, quien parecía estar lejos, se te mostrará muy cerca. (12)
ਬਾਰਸਿ ਬਾਰਹ ਉਗਵੈ ਸੂਰ ॥
(ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦਾ ਮਨ ਸਿਰਫ਼ "ਏਕ ਦਿਸ ਧਾਵੈ", ਜੋ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਯਾਦ ਵਿਚ ਜੁੜਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ, ਮਾਨੋ) ਬਾਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸੂਰਜ ਚੜ੍ਹ ਪੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ (ਭਾਵ, ਉਸ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਪੂਰਨ ਗਿਆਨ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।)
On the twelfth day of the lunar cycle, twelve suns rise.
बारसि बारह उगवै सूर ॥
El duodécimo día, la luz de doce soles destella en la mente,
ਅਹਿਨਿਸਿ ਬਾਜੇ ਅਨਹਦ ਤੂਰ ॥
ਉਸ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ (ਮਾਨੋ) ਦਿਨ ਰਾਤ ਇੱਕ-ਰਸ ਵਾਜੇ ਵੱਜਦੇ ਹਨ।
Day and night, the celestial bugles vibrate the unstruck melody.
अहिनिसि बाजे अनहद तूर ॥
en el interior resuena la Melodía Divina de Dicha,
ਦੇਖਿਆ ਤਿਹੂੰ ਲੋਕ ਕਾ ਪੀਉ ॥
ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਤਿੰਨਾਂ ਭਵਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਲਕ-ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਦੀਦਾਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ;
Then, one beholds the Father of the three worlds.
देखिआ तिहूं लोक का पीउ ॥
y uno ve al Señor de los tres mundos.
ਅਚਰਜੁ ਭਇਆ ਜੀਵ ਤੇ ਸੀਉ ॥੧੩॥
ਇਕ ਅਚਰਜ ਖੇਡ ਬਣ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਸਧਾਰਨ ਬੰਦੇ ਤੋਂ ਕਲਿਆਣ-ਸਰੂਪ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਰੂਪ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੧੩॥
This is wonderful! The human being has become God! ||13||
अचरजु भइआ जीव ते सीउ ॥१३॥
¡Qué maravillosa es la escena en que el hombre se vuelve Uno con Dios! (13)
ਤੇਰਸਿ ਤੇਰਹ ਅਗਮ ਬਖਾਣਿ ॥
(ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦਾ ਮਨ ਕੇਵਲ "ਏਕ ਦਿਸ ਧਾਵੈ") ਉਹ ਅਗੰਮ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੀ ਸਿਫ਼ਤਿ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ,
On the thirteenth day of the lunar cycle, the thirteen holy books proclaim
तेरसि तेरह अगम बखाणि ॥
En el décimo tercer día los trece libros santos proclaman
ਅਰਧ ਉਰਧ ਬਿਚਿ ਸਮ ਪਹਿਚਾਣਿ ॥
(ਇਸ ਸਿਫ਼ਤਿ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਦੀ ਬਰਕਤ ਨਾਲ) ਉਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਵਿਚ ਉਸ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੂੰ ਇਕ-ਸਮਾਨ ਪਛਾਣਦਾ ਹੈ (ਵੇਖਦਾ ਹੈ)।
that you must recognize the Lord in the nether regions of the underworld as well as the heavens.
अरध उरध बिचि सम पहिचाणि ॥
que el Señor debe ser atestiguado tanto arriba como abajo.
ਨੀਚ ਊਚ ਨਹੀ ਮਾਨ ਅਮਾਨ ॥
ਨਾਹ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਨੀਵਾਂ ਦਿੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ, ਨਾਹ ਉੱਚਾ; ਕਿਸੇ ਵਲੋਂ ਆਦਰ ਹੋਵੇ ਜਾਂ ਨਿਰਾਦਰੀ, ਉਸ ਲਈ ਇੱਕੋ ਜਿਹੇ ਹਨ,
There is no high or low, no honor or dishonor.
नीच ऊच नही मान अमान ॥
Para él, no hay ni alto ni bajo, ni honor, ni deshonor,
ਬਿਆਪਿਕ ਰਾਮ ਸਗਲ ਸਾਮਾਨ ॥੧੪॥
ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਰੇ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਹੀ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਦਿੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੧੪॥
The Lord is pervading and permeating all. ||14||
बिआपिक राम सगल सामान ॥१४॥
porque el Señor prevalece en todo, por todas partes, de forma igual. (14)
ਚਉਦਸਿ ਚਉਦਹ ਲੋਕ ਮਝਾਰਿ ॥
(ਹੇ ਭਾਈ!) ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਜੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਸ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀ ਵਿਚ ਸ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀ ਦੇ-
On the fourteenth day of the lunar cycle, in the fourteen worlds
चउदसि चउदह लोक मझारि ॥
En el décimo cuarto día, velo en las catorce dimensiones,
ਰੋਮ ਰੋਮ ਮਹਿ ਬਸਹਿ ਮੁਰਾਰਿ ॥
ਜ਼ੱਰੇ ਜ਼ੱਰੇ ਵਿਚ ਵੱਸ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
and on each and every hair, the Lord abides.
रोम रोम महि बसहि मुरारि ॥
porque el Señor prevalece en cada partícula, en cada cabello tuyo.
ਸਤ ਸੰਤੋਖ ਕਾ ਧਰਹੁ ਧਿਆਨ ॥
(ਇਹ ਯਕੀਨ ਲਿਆ ਕੇ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਵੱਸ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਸਭ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਵੱਸ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ) ਦੂਜਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਜੋ ਕੁਝ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਵਿਚ ਰਾਜ਼ੀ ਰਹਿਣ ਦੀ ਸੁਰਤ ਪਕਾਉ।
Center yourself and meditate on truth and contentment.
सत संतोख का धरहु धिआन ॥
Entonces fija tu mente en la Verdad y en el Contentamiento,
ਕਥਨੀ ਕਥੀਐ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨ ॥੧੫॥
ਉਸ ਦੀ ਸਿਫ਼ਤਿ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਦੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰੋ, ਤਾ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਸਹੀ ਸਰੂਪ ਦੀ ਸੂਝ ਬਣੀ ਰਹੇ ॥੧੫॥
Speak the speech of God's spiritual wisdom. ||15||
कथनी कथीऐ ब्रहम गिआन ॥१५॥
y recita nada más que la Sabiduría del Señor. (15)
ਪੂਨਿਉ ਪੂਰਾ ਚੰਦ ਅਕਾਸ ॥
ਜਿਵੇਂ ਪੂਰਨਮਾਸ਼ੀ ਨੂੰ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਵਿਚ ਪੂਰਾ ਚੰਦ ਚੜ੍ਹਦਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਚੰਦ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਹੀ ਕਲਾਂ ਪਰਗਟ ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ,
On the day of the full moon, the full moon fills the heavens.
पूनिउ पूरा चंद अकास ॥
En el día de luna llena, veo la luna elevarse en el cielo de mi mente.
ਪਸਰਹਿ ਕਲਾ ਸਹਜ ਪਰਗਾਸ ॥
ਤਿਵੇਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਭੀ ਸਹਿਜ ਅਵਸਥਾ ਦਾ ਪਰਕਾਸ਼ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ,
Its power is diffused through its gentle light.
पसरहि कला सहज परगास ॥
En donde sea que brilla, sus rayos me iluminan con paz.
ਆਦਿ ਅੰਤਿ ਮਧਿ ਹੋਇ ਰਹਿਆ ਥੀਰ ॥
ਜੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਤੋਂ ਅਖ਼ੀਰ ਤਕ ਤੇ ਵਿਚਕਾਰਲੇ ਸਮੇ ਵਿਚ (ਭਾਵ, ਸਦਾ ਹੀ) ਮੌਜੂਦ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ-
In the beginning, in the end, and in the middle, God remains firm and steady.
आदि अंति मधि होइ रहिआ थीर ॥
El Señor es Eterno, en el principio, en medio y al final;
ਸੁਖ ਸਾਗਰ ਮਹਿ ਰਮਹਿ ਕਬੀਰ ॥੧੬॥
ਉਸ ਸੁਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ-ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਵਿਚ, ਹੇ ਕਬੀਰ! ਜੇ ਤੂੰ ਚੁੱਭੀ ਲਾ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਕਰੇਂ ॥੧੬॥
Kabeer is immersed in the ocean of peace. ||16||
सुख सागर महि रमहि कबीर ॥१६॥
Él es, y en éste Lago de Éxtasis, Kabir habita. (16)
